[Resolved]  Ambrane India — Low quality product and failure to fix under warranty

I purchased a Aerosync charger from Ambrane from their website and within 3 months, the adapter stopped working which they sent a replacement for. However, the second adapter also stopped working (hence the low quality) - they asked me to ship the product to their Delhi address (even when I asked them to share a local service center in Bangalore) - the courier company couldn't deliver despite 6 attempts and then the product came back to me after 2 months - by then the 6 months (yes, only 6 months warranty) had passed and then they share a local service center (wonder why they couldn't share this earlier) who went by the book and did not fix the issue (without charge).
