[Resolved] Ambrane India — Not working as expected

Hi,
I bought the Ambrane power bank recently. It is of Ambrane p-1310 product. This is not working as expected. From the day i got it, It has lot of issues like the charging cable recieved with this doesn't charge the mobile (loose coupling). I used my own cable and it charges only one mobile after charging it fully. Today I charged it fully for 4-5 hrs and then connected to mobile it doesn't respond nither the charging nor the torche associated with it.
I don't know what to do. Please do the needful. I have original bill and invoice of the purchase of the power bank.
