[Resolved]  Ambrane India (P) Ltd — Not repairing the 3G Tab within Warranty period

I have purchase one 3G Tab from Ambrane India (P) Ltd, 4-B, 4th Floor, Bigjos Building, Building No. A-8, Netaji Subhas Place, New Delhi-110034 vide Invoice No. S574A2/15-16/11693 Dt. 11.07.15 for Rs. 3999/- through Snap Deal. I have received it in broken condition, (but it was working condition)and informed to Snapdeal.They gave me the Contact No. of Ambrane India. After contacting they informed me to return the same for repair. Still I used it till 10th Sep'15, after that it was not working.Again I contact them, and they told me to courier the same they will pay Rs.150/- as courier charge, but I have spent Rs.350/- as courier charge. I have sent the set along with its ear Phone & Leather cover. Now they are telling that they have not received the Leather cover and the set is in physical damage condition.
