[Resolved]  Ambrane India — Power bank P-1310 - Damaged

I have purchased one of your power bank (P-1310) from an online site and it
got damaged with in 12 days of purchase.
As i escalated the matter with the online web site they suggested to a
service center in my town. When i consulted with them they said to raise a
query from your website, which the link directly leads to the feed back
page.
Kindly provide a suggestion for raising a query and to get my power bank to
service.
