Ambrane India — The charger was fine after all

My RAAP M20 suddenly stopped showing fast charging on my phone after a few months. Charging still worked, but much slower than before. I assumed the adapter performance had dropped. Customer support asked me to try another cable before raising a replacement request. Apparently my older cable had become loose internally and was not supporting fast charging properly anymore. After replacing the cable, the fast charging notification started appearing again immediately.
