American Express Credit Card — Amex card charging

My card was charged over $ 60 for an online purchase that I did not authorize. Amex is taking the side of the merchant (which is an internet SCAM website by the way). simply they had put skype charge which iam not user of skype at all.contact customer care no proper reply they had told to send mail.I had replied but no response.so kindly don't use Amex card.
