I don't know if I should continue my subscription for this gold card, I always wanted an Amex Card since I started working as all my seniors had one. But the response on my various complains to the call centre has been bad. I have always been promised a call back with resolution of my problems, commitments are never fulfilled.
I don't understand that
1) after address verification done by the cr. card company how can a courier company declare my add as bad address.
2) how is the card not delivered due to whatever reasons but the 1st bill is ontime delivered to me by a courier.
3) a commitment from various call centre executives are never followed up by the service recovery team. There is no one to validate and close the complain calls
4) on lodging a complain for the non receipt of my card, but bill is due, I am threatened to pay the bill or I will be charged interest on the outstanding amount.
5) if at all Amex has any customer complaint cell or it's their culture.
