Marketing executives give false promise.
Huge gap between marketing guys and customer care.
Customer care ask you to follow their process which is never explained to you by marketing guys and the very least expectation is that you will get threatens from customer care for issues which are not because of your mistakes.
I had filled the ECS form and submitted to marketing executive Aashtha where as my auto debit was not taken care by Amex in time. Customer care was not supportive to check with their own colleague (I gave the mail ID and phone no if marketing executive Aastha) and they asked me to follow up and get the documents courier to them again otherwise they said it will impact my CIVIL score.
