It has been more than 22 days since i had applied for life time free amex gold card. I wasn’t given any application reference number and i have been tracking with both amex web and customer service they say card is on hold due to name mismatch in application and aadhar card. I am not sure what name your sales advisor has written down in application which is causing concern. While call back someone in sales team supervisor rudresh doesn’t care answer the call his associate who collected my docs says they are following up with processing team and will expedite the process.
I request you to take charge and help in resolving this issue. I am also sharing the contact number of sales personnel [protected]
