It is about their diwali offer if tanishq vouchers rs.25000/- for spending rs. 475000/- in november 2018.
I am very disappointed by the things have experience though americans express.

On 30th november 2018 i have spent around rs. 415000/- out of 475000/- and tried to spent rs. 70000/- whole day that is 30th november 2018 but couldn’t execute even though i have limit. This is purposeful done by amex. To avoid vouchers.
I had tried till midnight to execute the transactions and also contacted customer care 10 to 12 times but not able to send.

Next day on 1st december 2018 i had contacted customer care they informed me to do the transactions of rs. 70k and they will consider the transactions for the diwali offers.
It’s totally unfair do earn someone’s money without any faults.

This particular case pending from one and half months without any solutions but other side even though i have made full payment with delayed for his 5days you have been charged me an interest of rs 16000/- plus tax. Why this double standards of services.
They have to hear your customers also just putting finger on to system doesn’t work.

Genuinely, i have spent an amount of rs.475000/- to grab the offer but the americans express has some hidden things which are now preventing me the offer voucher as well as financial charges.

It’s very frustrating to get nothing and in return the huge interest as reward of spending money on the transactions of rs. 4.75lacs.

I was out of country for past many years, i came back and found as amount overdue in my cibil against credit card no [protected].
Kindly advise the process for final settlement and to close this account as soon as possible.

    Hi,
    Wrt amex credit card, i have two complaints

    1. After full and final settlement, and closing the card, they charged one more emi. Its been effecting my cibil score.

    2. Even after cancelling a product by using amex card using emi, they added emi on monthly bill. I have not even aware about it and was paying the bill. Do we really need to check that and update them by calling? They have reversed the amount after i lodged complaint. But i want people to know how they get cheated if they are not aware of their monthly bills. Standard credit card providers like amex itself is doing such business, so dont believe anybody, do your checks properly

    I was fed up of the unprofessional behavior of the american express customer care executive, i decided to clear the outstanding amount and do a full and final settlement. I have paid whatever they did a total.

    Shocking thing was, after 6 months when i chefk my cibil score, it was very low. And it was due to american express bill which was getting piled up every month.

    Its getting really tougher for me to get a home loan.

    Also, amex card personnel, while giving me card, had informed that it would be life time free card, and to my shock, they charged heftily.

      This to inform you that one credit card as been issued on my pan card to a fraud person by american express, infact it has not been applied by me. Even the no registered is not mine. Even i was not knowing of this incident. I came to know this when i checked the credit score on paisaabazar.com. Than i came to know. About this fraud. I called to custome rcare helpline no but got no response. So kindly do the needful and put a query against this fraud work. This has happened without the knowing actual customer.
      Credit card no..[protected] and [protected] (Not applied by me).
      It should be blocked immedialtely and put query on this how this has been issued, and by whom it has been applied and also to whom it has been delivered and whose number has been registered.

        I am the bearer of SBI Credit Card and American Express Credit Card. November 28, 2018, at 11.14 am when I was busy at my office work, I got a call on my mobile phone number from SBI Credit Card from Mobile number[protected] and told me that your Credit Card is upgraded due to day by day spam. We have sent you a Card with Chip and more security feather. The Card free of cost for lifetime. after that she is given the phone to Avinash and he told me that your card reward point is 8408 is pending so you want to convert with Rs 1. So I agree with his statement and he has done transactions from American Express Card Rs. 26944/-

        When I checked with customer care center of American Credit Card at[protected], I learned from customer care executive that someone impersonating.

        This shows that some unknown person or gang in an organized manner has fraudulently stolen my personal data or someone having access to my personal data, that is required for getting TPIN issued, is misusing it for a fraudulent purpose.

        Hence I would request you to give your serious attention to this serious issue and take immediate legal action on the fraudsters involved in this malicious crime of cheating innocent people.

          Dear, i wanna unsubscribe your from promotional sms. I don't want your credit card. Please deactivate my profile and account details and please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my phone number. I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option where ever! Otherwise i would have done it myself!

            No i will not take your answer. You forced me to apply for the card where as i told you clearly that i have low cibl score. You gave me wrong promise. This not accepted by an american express representative. I need to make complaint on this after informing that i have low score you forced me n now its rejected i will not buy this. You have to revert changes on it. I told you please let me know as i do not want my application to be rejected, why did you promise me? I need full justification and i want to make complaint on your portal.

              I got a message that the reward point reimbursed shipment is send by bluedart courier on sept 19. It is oct 1 and not yet reached.

              I have checked the courier tracking and it is called back by the shipper.

              The american express courier service is ridiculous. It is always a tension with them be it important card or anything it never reaches on time.

                Due to my official work i was out of country, so i have not received e - mails regarding the bill payment. I am a regular customer of american express but now i have received the password of my credit card email id, so you will not facing any problems against the late payment of bill from my site.

                So kindly request you please reimbursement charges for rs 500 (Late fees)+ rs 593.03/- (Gst) rs 2794.62/- (Finance charges) total rs 3887.65/-

                  During 1 year I sent the application forms 4 times to given address (Gurgaon Cyber city office).

                  Every time i got the answer they've never received.
                  Then they have given me the same address and same forms by email.
                  The same repeated 4 times in a year,
                  So i made a complaint in the web site, then the person suggested to send a scan copy to the person incharge "prashant mishra".

                  After sending the scan copy at 2. Jul, again no one respond even i've sent email and scan copy several times to prashant mishra(prashant.[protected]@aexp.com).
                  Is this AMEX customer care general quality ?
                  Or is this just that customer representitive person problem ?

                    I have booked a ticket using my american express card issued in united kingdom. Status says as pending from bank end on the irctc website.
                    Transaction id is [protected]. Can you please confirm if the money is deducted and transferred to the irctc as i cannot see that transaction in my account. If it is not transferred to irctc, then let me know so that i can rebook a new ticket.

                      My self fuzel pehlari and no. is [protected] using american express credit card.Due to hack of email id there is missuse of my credit card on 24-5 of rs 40000 rs for which i call american express customer care and told to block the card and remove my mail id. though after calling to block my card has not been blocked and then after ther is transaction has been made of rs total 35000 for whcih i called customer care and inform. so exeuctive says sir dont worry its zero liable card and you dont have to pay anything, ;So after assurity i was like its ok they have given assurance. but afterwords i recive letter stated that your transaction are don by you and you have to pay for that, Though they not bloked the card they are saying you have to pay. plz do needful as 75000 is big amount for me which i have not used at all. and cant bare the sum as its is not used by me

                        I had credit card of american express number ending with 81005. I lost the same on 20th of mar ’18 and i immediately block that card for any transaction. There is confirmation from american express about blocking of that card also. On 23rd, a transaction of rs 1 l made from that blocked credit card number ending with 81005. When i asked to american express about this transaction done through that blocked card, they assured me for full support but later on started making excuse saying that the transaction of rs 1 l done because there is ‘standing instruction’. This is totally a baseless argument because there must not be any transaction from a blocked card. Card number ending with 81005 is not valid anywhere or for any transaction once it is blocked. There is no any other definition of “blocking”. Secondly while blocking of card, it was not clarified by american express about that so called ‘standing instruction’. So that transaction of rs 1 l is totally an illegal and not valid transaction.
                        It is to inform rbi that i have approached today to consumer forum and complaint reference number is 759455.

                          I have been charged extra amount and they have already took my 2000 rs. They promised to revert it and now not reverting it.

                          They said please pay 2141/= and we will revert your amount back.

                          Now they are threatening me and saying to send collection people.

                          Even they are asking for extra money now.

                          The language of amex doesn't looks good.

                            Hello team,

                            I was trying to book a cab on lyft usa app, although the booking was not done payment o[censored]sd 12.49 has been initiated on my american express card number[protected] on 09/05/2018 at 12:57 am ist.
                            Since this charge was made without my authorization and usage of the services, i request this charge to be returned to me on my account.

                            Kindly look into this matter, as i have been charged without using.

                              I closed the membership of american express since i found that it is not accepted at many of the merchant stores/vendors where i shop. This, inspite of the fact that i had to pay for it. When i closed it i had a credit balance of rs. 900. When i asked for a refund they are saying there is late fee charge... If i had a credit balance, what late fees? They should actually pay me interest. This is a malpractice. How does one go about it? I just need them to refund me.

                                  It has been more than 22 days since i had applied for life time free amex gold card. I wasn’t given any application reference number and i have been tracking with both amex web and customer service they say card is on hold due to name mismatch in application and aadhar card. I am not sure what name your sales advisor has written down in application which is causing concern. While call back someone in sales team supervisor rudresh doesn’t care answer the call his associate who collected my docs says they are following up with processing team and will expedite the process.

                                  I request you to take charge and help in resolving this issue. I am also sharing the contact number of sales personnel [protected]

I have done the analysis and found that this is happening because this train has been started by sonia gandhi. Train no-14257, railway people always try to run this train on time because it starts from narendra modis chunavi kshetra. Just check the running history for tommorow or of the last 1 month you people will come to know the truth.

                                      We hired reliable express (India) and url relocation india from just dial. This company is totally fake and are fraud. They took our luggage and expensive articles from mumbai and had to be dilived to chandigarh. The company hired a third party vendor to deliver the goods. The goods came one week late and the onwer (Naresh) and his expecutives stopped responding to the phone call. The goods we're all boken when it arrived this incuded expensive electronics. I have attached the pictures for reference. I stongly urge just dial should remove such companies from there data base. Please look into this

                                      I, had requested for moving my luggage from Bangalore to Pune on[protected], which reached Pune on[protected].

                                      When I received my luggage, they were in horrible condition. I did not expect such a pathetic service from M/s America Express Packers and Movers.

                                      I had even made the full payment prior to shipment expecting best service from their side.

                                      Now, I regret my decision of making full payment. I have requested to consider all the damages and reimburse the equivalent amount on priority basis as i had also paid the insurance amount.
                                      I have been following up from a month and just no response from these no work ethical people.

                                      I can also give another option where you can pay me an advance amount to get the things fixed, I can submit all the bills and we can do the final settlement accordingly. Let me know which is suitable for you.

                                        I have paid the full due amount against my american express credit card and called the customer care to get my noc / clearance certificate. Each and every time they are saying within 7-10 days you will receive the copy in your registered address. 10 time i have called and got the same feedback but didn't receive the noc.

                                        My cibil score is showing low because of this.
