I hold an amex platinum reserve card. During diwali amex conducted one promo where if card holder makes 2.5l spend, qualified for 12.5k worth gift voucher. I qualified for the same but never received the vouchers.

I made numerous calls to amex support center in january 2018 to get them send me the vouchers. Every time i hear from them that they sent the vouchers, but i never got it (I was keenly checking my inbox and junk folder daily for the voucher arrival).

On 27th jan, one of the representative sent the voucher from her personal email id in which i first saw the voucher, which already expired on 25th jan 2018!

Again i had spree of calls with their complaint escalation chain several times. They keep of delaying the response and every time come back with same answer of not providing me a valid voucher.

I reached upto the top level of escalations. Now i somehow manged to get the call recordings of the calls i made to the customer support several times in january 2018. I need help to get the voucher which i am entitled to.

    I am an airtel postpaid customer since last 4 years, now a day i feel that your network is drastically bad, so request from all my surroundings airtel users that please change your network immediately as you shown in advertisements or else you will loose many of your customers,
    Many of your outlets also doesn’t accept form of postpaid to prepaid
    Pls work on it

      At the time of issuance of the jet privilege platinum gold card in 12-13, it was informed that one time amounting rs 10, 000 will be charged and as against, bank will provide 20k jp miles, 1 complimentary tickets and airport lounge access and american express had provided only 20k jp miles.
      At the time of 2nd renewal, again amounting rs 10k +taxes had been debited, i have asked the customer care to send a corrected invoices but they have blocked the card.
      Now, i am getting a calls from the bank to clear the dues.
      Please note, it was not the expenses, which i have incurred and not paid and before the renewal, the card had been blocked, hence debiting rs 10, 000+ tax cannot arise.
      Please resolve the issue and confirm

        As i booking hotel from mmt using code mmtamxplt, i m not getting that promise discount, when your executive told me you will get 70 % discount n no minimum amount, now there your offer is not fullfil the requirements... I m not getting that discount your executive told me.. This is extremely disappointed... I requested kindly change the offer to previous discount... Plz don't disappoint me.. Thank you

          This is with reference to gc-22p3c

          I have only just received a letter dated 6 nov 2017, from your very competent and informed staff at the one indiabulls mumbai office - a tl, mayur dhoka and under-signed by a madhu nair, national collections manager, india; about my "case" being handed over to a secure debt management consultants llp, 12-b wadala udyog bhavan, etc. Etc. Etc.
          And this agency has been given the amount of 123, 100.04 to harass me with.

          So the days and days and yards of communication initiated and pursued diligently by me - without timely or even consistent response from your side, has come to a big zero?
          You have very clearly and simply, basically gone back on your word for support and assistance to an ex-customer who is actually keeping you constantly posted and fulfilling her word month on month since june 2017.

          How do you justify harassing someone who has been diligently and honestly communicating with you and also paying as per the said communication?

          What is the upshot of all this? What am i to now expect?
          More harassment by your collection goons at work and at home? And / or 10 calls a day? And / or maybe a quick hit and run on the roads or maybe a quick slap on the face or being followed and disturbed?
          What comes next as per your sop? The amex sop?

          Please help me understand so that i can wait for your next underhand not to mention, completely cheap and unforgivable move (S) and then definitely not complain to you as well as the relevant authorities because afteral; that is how you operate and you have clearly shown that by your constant disregard to replying to any communication in any timely or relevant manner.

          Appreciate a response whenever you have the time.
          Until then, i will just have to accept this flagrant breach of word and conduct by you and your great brand.

          Do please have the very basic courtesy, decency and integrity to take appropriate corrective action about this attitude, behaviour, values, brand ethics and service you have provided to me.

            I had raised a complaint with mr. Tarun ohri around 2 weeks back but yet to receive any response. This was regarding non issuance of the card offered to me despite compliance of all requisite norms. The person who insisted me on applying is mr. Anil singh (Relationship manager). He coaxed me into applying giving false commitments & assurances. You will get the details in my mail to mr. Ohri. I also have documented evidence (Whatsapp posts) to support my claim. Please resolve the issue.

              Dear sir,
              My american express credit card pending payment was cleared but cibil record is not updated by amex.
              I request to clear my cibil status of my amex card no[protected]. My total outstanding was 99006/- in which as discussed with amex executive, i have cleared all amount through neft and customer care representative also confirmed the payment credit.

              When i check my cibil report, it is showing this account is open and status is amount overdue/ written off. I requested cibil on this dispute then cibil send mail to me saying that status received from credit institution is open please to get in touch with amex to clear the status as closed and ask to communicate to cibil. Please refer attachment mail.

              I request you to please clear my cibil status to cibil.

                In july 2017, i hv surrendered my amex card n0.[protected] to the amex but there is cr balance of rs.13, 316.42 is lying in my card account, since i hv cancelled air tickets and that refund transferred to my cr card account by the airlines automatically.

                I hv called amex customer care centre several times but their intention are not fare and not willing to refund the amount, plz look into the matter and arrange to get my refund.

                  Amex is worldwide top credit card but one of worst credit card service, amex not interested to entertain the customer, i have applied for credit card rejected, no suitable answer i found.
                  Keep trying customer care, pressing button 1234..9 for minuts, and when its connected no suitable answer found, amex even not trying to connect me after so many complains.
                  Keep your card your end go to hell.

                      I bought a watch from snapdeal for rs.7, 295 on january 17, 2017 and took it on emis of 12 months from my amex credit card. But then i decided not to buy that so i cancelled the order and snapdeal refunded the money to my amex credit card on january 19, 2017.

                      On january 20, 2017, amex converted rs.7295 in emi (Against the purchase that i made, which snapdeal refunded) and started charging rs. 653 as monthly installment.

                      They didn't stop here, they then again converted same amount of rs.7295 in another loan on january 25, 2017 and started charging rs.656 as monthly installment. This loan and emi was when i did not make any purchase.

                      Since last 8 months, these guys are charging rs.1309 on monthly basis from me and then putting finance charges, late fee charges etc etc. I am a small business man, busy in settling my business, hustling with the competition and economic reforms of our present govt, had faith that these guys are not going to do anything wrong. And today i am sitting at 1am midnight, checking all my last 2 years statements and informing these guys. This was not expected out of an organization like american express.

                        I was called by one the consultancies which amex recruits candidates and i gave a phone call interview and their hr lokesh interviewed me over the phone and told me to drop down immediately to their office to attend the ops and voice and accent round and the people in the consultancy shared the address and i went for the interview with high hopes risking the traffic wasting my time and money. And a hr name sowmya took the same interview round again and told me to leave after making me wait for more than 1 hour. She did not let me attend the ops and voice and accent round and she judged me based upon my appearance. Please take necessary actions against these type of people who play with people time and money.

                                The Amex team took very long time to approve and did not update the status for 10 days even after email confirmation was given to the executive to go head as per they suggested however the Amex team was never bothered to call or check and did not respond properly when the customer called them to check the status.
                                The team also failed to provide correct correspondence address to the Blue Dart which created confusion in delivering the card and the card is still not delivered even after 10 days of initial shipment and the customer has to call the Amex several times to track it but the executives never bothered to solve the issue or escalate it by just saying they have done their part but it is Blue Dart responsibility to deliver. Even requested them to send through different courier agent and would pay the courier cost still they defended the Blue Dart stating they have corporate tie up & they can not send it thru any other service. It just shows how the big goalmall is going on there. At last today one executive Shreya has confirmed to help delivering the credit card but same type of assurance was given by Roy on last Tuesday.

                                  This is regarding a credit card that I had taken from American Express. I was making timely payments in the card until April'16. However due to financial issues i havent been able to make payments on the card. I have now been in contact with them to settle it amicably however the settlement they are offering is too high and out of my reach. Now they are threatening to file a criminal case against me even when I have full intentions to pay them. Please advise what i should do? Thanks!

                                    The basic concept of any credit card is that, if you repay the entire closing amount of your last credit card statement, then interest will not be charged. However I have noticed that even though I repaid the full amount before due date American Express has still applied Finance charges on the full outstanding amount on more than two occasions. When I called them to dispute the charges, the waived it off. Just want to know if other people are being incorrectly charged too and people may not be noticing it. For a company that big, one would assume they have the systems calculate correctly. Or are they deliberately cheating people?

                                        Hello

                                        Few weeks back I was in Hypercity with my husband buying groceries we vet approached by an Amex sales person I was keen in applying my husband was it sure I was happy to apply I have documents I was explained well and asked to forward rest via email so far I have confirmed with 3 emails and continuous wassapp chat that I initiated myself I came to know last week no intimation what so ever from Amex an agent is communicating via wassapp, as per Amex rules and laws if they reject an application this is what their site says abt it:
                                        If we deny an application for our services or end a customer's relationship with us, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, we provide an explanation, if requested. We state the reasons for our action etc

                                        Finally I messaged the agent who said call customer service I was told its rejected due to verification upon that I was shocked there is no physical verification conducted everything is via phone and email only the worst unfair treatment and by law they cant reject my application when no one appeared for the verification. the back is hampering my credit worthiness I would like to officially complain and would like a compensation of the mistreatment
