American Express India — Credit card default - threatening with legal action | |||||
This is regarding a credit card that I had taken from American Express. I was making timely payments in the card until April'16. However due to financial issues i havent been able to make payments on the card. I have now been in contact with them to settle it amicably however the settlement they are offering is too high and out of my reach. Now they are threatening to file a criminal case against me even when I have full intentions to pay them. Please advise what i should do? Thanks! Was this information helpful? | |||||
