American Express India — regarding amex platinum travel card | |
I had raised a complaint with mr. Tarun ohri around 2 weeks back but yet to receive any response. This was regarding non issuance of the card offered to me despite compliance of all requisite norms. The person who insisted me on applying is mr. Anil singh (Relationship manager). He coaxed me into applying giving false commitments & assurances. You will get the details in my mail to mr. Ohri.
