It's with deep regret i am writing this to bring your attention towards my worst purchase experience, have been a long term customer with wonderful shopping experience in the past however my current shopping experience has turned out to be horrible, triggering a serious negativity..

Happened to purchase gents full sleeves tees which was available on a discounted price tag making it a catchy offer to grab, within a few days, the material started fading despite proper machine wash and within 3 washes the material has turned patchy, loose like a gunny bag, loosing all its shine, texture and fitting which is seriously unbelievable cuz even the cheap and non-baranded tess available in the market for peanut prices last for years altogether but the durability of this item has surprised me, raising a serious concern about the veracity of your brand...

Is this what you sell at your outlets & post sales you leave customers lingering for addressing their complaints / issues..?

I had taken the product for return but was told to report the same to the customer support for further actions...

Upon approaching mismanaged & duplicitous customer support, i was given false commitment about resolution which has not taken place till date and all the concerned support executives have vanished from the scene.. Cuz my concern has gone into deaf ears i believe, have never seen an irresponsible customer support...

I want stern action for this apathy & recompensed for the same...

I ordered a black anarkali dress from dani fashions which looked really nice on their website. However when I received the dress I was sooo disappointed with what I got. The dress was completely different to the picture on the website. The pattern at the front and back was different, material was different and the quality was poor. What they sent me was unacceptable. I tried emailing several times but no response and they are ignoring me on live chat. This website is a fraud and I do not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered an anarkali from this website as they promised to deliver the product within 15 days. I even called to make sure product was in stock. I needed the product for an occasion. I been waiting for more than 30 days now and they still saying that it's in manufacturing unit. I have been explaining them on the phone how important it is for me to recieve it before this time. I am very disappointed with this website. Now I just want my money back. It was waste of my time and money.

I ordered and paid online from this website 2 sets of anarkali suits on 3rd (order #[protected], rm416.46) and 4th february 2015 (order[protected], rm444.40) . i received the 1st order by DHL but i complained about they didnt sew the suit according to the measurements submitted and thus i have to take it to my tailor for alteration. i lodged a complaint and a Brijen Dani replied to me on 28feb promising to take care of my 2nd order. but yet, up to date i still have not received the 2nd order above. i have sent numerous emails enquiring the status of this order but all went unanswered. i even left a message on their fb but nobody responded but yet i saw them updating their fb quite regularly. i am beginning to think that i have been cheated. it is so sad since to me this is a lot of money involved. i just hope someone could help me sort this out. now i am afraid to purchase online from india.

Place order #[protected] on feb 20. Did not recieve it yet. Phone, message, email nothing works. Once told me that one of the outfit was on backorder. Then called again and told me that it will be ship soon. Called multiple times on 1866 number, sent email to [protected]@danifashions, no luck, then found another phone # and they picked up the phone and told that it is stucked in Bombay. Still no email or tracking #. Made a big mistake. Also bought some outfits from sareez.com and sareeka.com. Excellent customer service and prompt email reply. Waiting for genuine reply from danifashions owner.

Placed an order and paid 09 September 2014 and was promised to receive my garment before Diwali (23 October 2014). I paid extra for stitching as well. To date (10 November 2014) I still have not heard from Dani Fashions. Numerous emails were sent and their telephone just rings. Shocking and very Unprofessional behaviour? How do I get my money back?

I purchased two items from this company which were not delivered on time despite being promised. The company then promised to issue a refund but I have been chasing them for 3 months and still a refund has not been issued. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever come across, they are lying cheating frauds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are looters.

Hello, I would like to bring to the attention of all customers who are interested in shopping online from Dani fashions that they are not very helpful in resolving problems. I purchased a bollywood replica saree online in December 2013, when I received the sari there were stains on the net portion of the saree, it was very visible considering that net portion was beige. I emailed and reported that matter, my email was ignored. On sending my 3rd email to Mr Brijen Dani ( attached pictures of the defective saree) he responded saying that this may be stains from the factory and I should have the saree dry cleaned and they would reimburse me for the costs. I had trouble finding a dry cleaner who would take on the risk on dry-cleaning this saree and most were closed due to the festive period here in South Africa. I informed Dani fashions that was having difficulty in finding a dry cleaner - again there was NO response to the email. I finally did have the item dry cleaned and the stains are still there. I have informed Dani Fashions and here was there response: ************* Respected Madam, Hope you will be doing well, We are apologies for the delay reply please accept our apology, Madam you can sent the saree back to our office address, please take in to your consideration that the return shipping charge will be bear by you and the sending new product that shipping charges also bear by you as per company T&C. If you have any query or suggestion please feel free to discuss with us we will be happy to assist you. ************ I replied to this email saying that it is unfair as the cost that I will incur will be more than what the saree costed me in the first place. It has been 10 days since I sent the email and still NO REPLY from Dani fashions. Its is shocking that they are not even willing to reimburse me for something that was THEIR was their fault. There is not attempt at making any amends to this matter, and no reimbursement was even given for the dry cleaning costs either I caution all shoppers to please be aware when making purchases from this site, and if there is anyone who can help me escalate this matter further please send me suggestions. I am actually disgusted with the way everything has been handled and I feel like I have been cheated. I hope that they have some sense and reimburse me for my purchase.

I have ordered clothes worth Rs.. 10, 000 on 23.11.2013 from dani fashions.. On checkout I was informed delivery will take max 20 days and I would get a confirmation email from dani fashions which would enable me track my order. I have since then been checking my mails but haven't even received a confirmation email. Further, the company contact number is continuously switched off. I have got my brothers wedding where I was supposed to wear these clothes but now i am doubtful about the genuineness of this website and company. I want my full money refunded asap as I can not afford to spend so much for buying clothes. Planning to file a suit against dani fashions in the consumer forum and get them accounted for their unprofessional practice.

Placed an order with Dani Fashions on July 14,2013. The website states that the order will be dispatched in 15 days. It's now over 6 weeks later. Have emailed the at least 5-6 times, messaged them on Facebook, and left a message fro them. but have heard nothing back. no answer at all. Have a wedding in a week and wanted to wear the item there. I paid via pay pal. So will ask for a refund. Very poor customer service and absolutely no communication with the customer. Will not buy from them in the future.
