First thing was product was not properly packed in standard American watch box,
Its has been packed in very ugly box and it has been covered with cello tape..
When i opened the box the watch was faulty piece..
I have contacted the Customer service, they are not able to help me out.
I have a product warranty of 1 year and they stopped replying to me.
Now i am helpless..
Poor customer service. Will never buy from again.

I had order product from this website 15days back and i have still not received it. No one replies to the mail send nor there number works.

I feel like cheated

    I had an order with American Swan (ORDER NO: AS[protected] which I placed on 22 Dec, 2015. However it was cancelled on 26th Dec stating out of stock. My concerns are:-  Did we realize that items are not available after 5 days? Even though it was stated that shipping happens in 1-2 days.  How do I see 2 of those items still available on your website? Pics attached along with today’s date. The third product was showing out of stock as only last one left when I ordered it, hence can believe on that part. They initiated a refund for this, which I haven't received yet.

      I had ordered 2 shirts online on 23rd Nov 2015 from www.americanswan.com. Order #AS[protected]. I received the product on 25th Nov 2015. As i checked the size by wearing it, I realized that by mistake i placed order for wrong size. Size ordered was 44 (XL), but i needed size 46 (XXL). I immediately called the customer care helpline the same day, but could not get thru their nos as it was continuous busy. I mailed them & next day again i tried to contact them. This time i got connected & they assisted me by exchange procedure. They told me that my area does not come in their pick up category, so i would have to courier them the 2 shirts & mail them the courier receipt. I did it as per them. Return Order no created was RMA[protected]. I received a return order confirmation from them on 27th Nov 2015. I couriered the 2 shirts to them in same packing on 28th Nov 2015 & mailed them the scan copy of the courier receipt. On 29th Nov i mailed them again requesting same shirts to be sent to me but in my required size 46 (XXL). On 1st Dec 2015 i received a mail from them that once they receive the product so they will credit my account with the shirts value along with courier charges incurred by me. On 3rd Dec 2015 i received a mail from them that my order has been delivered to them. Again on 4th Dec i received an another mail regarding my order delivery to them & my store credits has been updated to Rs.980 ( 800 for shirt & 180 for courier). I mailed them immediately on 4th Dec 2015 asking for the store credit of 2nd shirt. They replied to me on 8th Dec 2015 saying that they have received only 1 shirt & please check with the courier company for the 2nd shirt delivery. I replied back immediately & informed them that both shirts was in one packing. So they need to check at the place of their delivery. They should have informed us if the packing was damaged during delivery. I informed them that the packing cannot be tampered. If tampered then it would easily be known. On 9th Dec 2015 i received a mail again from them that my request is forwarded to the concerned department. On 13th Dec i mailed them asking about the status of my refund. Till date there is no reply from their side. As i am out of India, my wife had a talk with them. The customer care executive again could not reply with any answer & said we will get back to you shortly. As per the courier receipt, the weight is 500gms. We have spoken to them that their each shirt would not weight 500gms to which they agreed. All i want is my refund back.

        Few days ago, I ordered a Jeans from american swan of 30 size.Instead of size 30 they send me 40.Order no. is AS[protected] at a amount of 1024 rupees.Then I contact their customer care executive and he told me to send the item for my own arranged courier and they promised me to back whole amount whatever the courier will charged me. Then I sent this item via First Flight courier which is only available from my address, and they charged me 280 rupees for this purpose. After two days the american swan paid me only 200 rupees against this courier charge as store credits. And now they told me that maximum 200 credits is paid to customer as courier charge as per their company policy. But now the question is, they have to told me earlier about the T&C .So, I can manage the same. Firstafall, they sent me wrong size, then I have to manage my own courier and they give me whole refund amount as store credits, now they refuse give me whole courier charged. A worst kind of customer services they have given to consumer. So, I kindly request to you to take a necessary action against the site.

          I placed an order on 23rd of Oct 2015 and got an confirmation about the successful placing an order. On 24th i got a mail stating that your order is dispatched with indicn post and with a tracking id which didn't work till 26th. I called the customer care and finally the tracking id worked on 27th and updated till 28th. since 29th of Oct, i am calling customer care almost daily but not getting a reply. I have sent multiple mails even to the CEO also, as usual no reply from there also.

          Now from last 2 days i.e from 3rd, they are not ready to talk even and no refund is being given as itss a prepaid shopping.

          I am not able to understand what to do to get the refund. Can anyone help me out.

            Hi, I am Nagarjuna and i have ordered 3 jeans of sizes 36, 36, 34 with order ID: as[protected].But i got the jeans's of size 38, 32 and the other one is entirely a different product. When i have called American swan customer care [protected], they have told me to take a snap and send me the email for return and refund. I have send email and called then from then i am getting like " Please hold on the line all our customer representatives are busy and disconnecting automatically". This is worst this of American Swan at-least the packers doesn't have sense of checking the orders and packing them.


            My humble request to all the viewers do not purchase anything in American Swan, those doesn't respond properly also.

            Need a return and refund for my order...

              Hello, my self parwej khan, my order id is AS[protected]. the delivery boy call me on last saturday 26 sept. n says that ready for your order and i will be reach in 5-7 minutes after 1 hour i call him but he says i gave your order to other delivery boy and he will be delivery in few minutes or hours but no one contact me for my order, tomorrow i call him he says that why u are not again order... i have already pay money for my order by my credit balance... and i will be only 235rs pay for my this order.. i think delivery boy is trying to cheat me... plzzz help me

                I have purchased one shoes with order no AS[protected] dt on[protected] worth value of Rs 1000 thorough on line shopping but still not received the order. Have tracked the shipment no DELASWP271035 viewing as the order is In Transit to PUNE PCMC. I have called customer care of Gojavas also, they said wait till Friday - 25/09/2015 we will receive your shipment. Once received to Pune branch we will deliver to you. It is really appalling the response received from Customer care. I would recommend to Online shoppers never purchase a single product of American swan. I will post on social media sites as well.                     Order #AS[protected]Rs 1175) and # AS[protected]Rs 1251), placed on 4th of Feb'15 and 7th Feb'15. Payment was successful and order placed and even received the shipping details. But next day i received the order cancellation email and amount was never refund to my account back.
                    As per the customer care, amount failed at their Payment Gateway. But from my bank (CITIBANK) amount was successful and amount deducted.

                    I have even shared my transaction details with the merchant (American Swan) but no response has been received for last 10 days, Customer care executives don't have answer and no response to my emails.

                        Order Refund from ccAvenue for ORDER NO: AS[protected] Refund not processed even after a month since the account was debited! Your company claims to have processed the refund but the finance team refuses to provide an ARN number that my bank needs to investigate the case. To make it easier, I even suggested a credit voucher and even that was refused. Is this how you do business? I'm going to open a fraud case with immediate effect. You ought to be paying me for all the time, not to mention the emotional torture your customer support and finance team have put me through with their 'give a damn' attitude! ORDER NO: AS[protected] You owe me a goodwill credit for all the nonsense you've put me through, not to mention the time you wasted
