Amozan — The product return to amazon but they didn't give my money back | |||||
Hi I'm p. Thiyagarajan i had purchased mobile phone (Lenovo vibe k4 note black 16gb) on 3.1.2017 our ref no :[protected] rs.10999/-. After one month i have problem on that phone that's why i was contact amazon customer care. They are told me to send a person for collect it and then they are accept for amount refund. On feb 2017 they were send a person and collect my phone after that i give my bank account details but my mistake i send 14digits only but actual my account have 15 digit number i missed 1st digits '0' but i informed to amazon but they are not accept. They are told me that we were send your payment. I don't know i could they send the amount. Now they are updating in my amazon account 'the payment refunded ' please help me what can i do.?
