Dear Sir, I, Ambarish Trivedi & Harish Chandra Ram had bought 300sq feet shop in AMR’s “Kessesl-i-Valley” Project under I-Mall in June’2012. At the time of agreement, it was agreed that builder will pay assured return of 12% on amount paid till possession and after possession they will leased out the shop for 9 years and provide 11% return. Based on this condition we made builder-buyer agreement. Now builder has stopped giving assured return even possession is not given. Apart from this they have made allotment letter, in which they have mentioned Kiosk instead of shop which is completely fraud and cheating on behalf of builder.
