AMR Infrastructures — NON-RECEIPT OF ASSURED RETURN FOR MORE THAN SIX MONTHS

I had booked for a fully furnished office in their Tech Zone (Manthan II) project and made the payments. They had committed to give us a monthly assured return of 12% per month on the cost of the office but now they are not issuing any cheques nor making any payments towards assured monthly return. Today I had talked about this with the owner of the company Mr Kapil Agarwal (Mob no. [protected]) and he being the owner of the company block my mobile no. as well as my landline. Is it the proper way to deal with a client and I had sent him a mail showing all the details and regretting his bad activity which has upset me a lot. Being a investor he is not supposed to do so to me or any investor who ever may be.From such a activity from the owner of the company is a bad indication and he will never fulfil his commitments and our hard earned is totally in loss. Now we the investors are in trouble and all the staff and officers of the company avoiding to attend our phone calls and also not allowed me to see any one in their office to put up my grievances and totally ignored me. Such attitude from the staff and officers is also indicates that we are totally in loss and silently replying to all investors that forget this investment and do not disturb the owner and we the staff and officers. I may request to the concerned authority to please take up necessary action against this fraud company and ask Mr Kapil Agarwal to return our money already taken by him with interest update. Pl take appropriate action against the culprit under intimation to us.
