Amrapali Group — B-267 amrapali leisure valley, possession delayed, claim for penalty and possession

We wrote following mail to amrapali and they are not responding hence please intervene and get us possession with penalty..

Dear sir/ma’am,

Please forward this mail to right department in amrapali as only communication mail id we know is the one i am using.
With reference to the agreement dated 17/11/2010 between alv and us, we are entitled to get possession of b-267 unit along with penalty for the late possession. We have already paid 95% and waiting for possession from the builder’s side. Kindly pay penalty as per the agreement and offer us possession as soon as possible.
