I have purchased a unit a1-1006 10th floor vide agreement dated 15/10/2010 under project amrpali leisure vally developer pvt., ltd., greater noida west, up. Completion of projetct 30 month (Max 6 month extended i. E. Total 36 month). 95% of payment made since long back as per agreement. After passing of more than 6 years i. E. 76 month, project has not been completed & construction work stopped. Now, they intruduced third party contractor milestone highrise pvt ltd., for further communicaion. Its looks purely that cmd of amrapali anil sharma trying to divert consent of buyer in other side and they can make underground / fraud or exit to county. I am middle man salaried person and it is very difficult to pay bank emi while so many family obligtions on single earning person and feel that builder has cheated me or i am a lose my money under very big real estate scam. Requested competend authority to interven the matter and help in getting unit @ same cost from other ready to move project of the builder, or refund money with interest @24% as applicable with buyer on delay payment + oppertunity loss based on 4 year market value. It is also possile that mr. Anil sharma can exit from india like viay malya, so that their passport needs to be locked and they need to give their presence with current business activity status to approprate authority. This complain is not only one buyer, it is related to many buyer and this is very big scam in the sector of greater noida west real estate. If a builder is not providing you possession or interest during delayed possession. You should wait for long, and you should file a complaint before RERA or NCLT.
It is very fast and inexpensive, if the company files insolvency you will not get anything.
