I have booked a flat (Flat Number M3/1204) in Golf Home (Noida Extension) project in Oct2010. Honestly, I experienced that service of builder is pathetic. They initially confirmed that possession of flat will be given in 3 years (e.g. Dec2013). I understand there were some hurdle in delivering flat at that time. But after sorting all issues Golf Home management informed me that possession will be given in Oct2016. Following up them after this date, they informed that possession will be given in Jan2017...and further afterward they say it will be in Mar2017. Having recently talking to Nishant (executive from Golf-home) got to know that they are planning to give possession in July2017. Frankly speaking, I have no trust that they will even deliver in July2017. Not even believing that they will adjust "Penalty Amount". However other builders in the same area are giving possession. What happened to Amrapali group? Why can't they deliver? Can I have a confirmed date (surely confirmed by MD of Amrapali group Mr Sharma) on which possession will be given?

I have booked one flat in F-12 in 2013, in Tropical Gardens. But Neither the builder has demanded any installment or any update regarding construction is provided to me. Bank is taking EMI regularly, even bank persons are not making any query about the EMI status from the builder.
They are not replying properly and telling how much time it will take. No update on site too. They updated pictures (pictures are same as one year back no update only date changed ) last in Aug 2016.

My booked flat number F-1 2802 under subvention plan, AMRAPALI ADARSH AWAS YOZNA.
Interest amount which is suppose to be paid by the builder to the consumer till possession has not paid by him to me since Oct 2017.Interest amount of the last seven months is due.
I find myself in difficult situation to pay interest of the loan amount to the bank which i have taken against the above said booked flat.
here I raise my official complaint for not payment of the interest amount by the builder .through this forum i request you to raise my point to the concerned authorities and do the needful as early as possible.

I have booked my flat in tropical gardens 3 years back in F-11 tower. Till now only basement roof has been casted and building has to go 22 floors. No work is going on from last 2 years. No body from Amrapali is giving response what is happening. I am paying rent and EMI which is a lot of burden on me. I request to please cancel my contract and get my money back.

I had bought a flat in amrapali zodiac tower r -1101 sec 120 noida in dec 2010. Its 6.5 yrs and yet i have no clue on the actual date of possession. Tried calling them, mailing them on what ever id's i could get hold of. But there seems to be no one giving any response to my queries.
Kindly help me in getting this sorted out.
I got in touch with mr sazid in july'15 at the corporate office and was advised that the possession will take another 8 to 10 months more and its been over that period also and no news on the possession of the property. I have been paying the emi as well as the rent and i am bleeding from both ends with no clear picture as to when i will get the hand over of my flat.in case if there is a delay then amrapali should start to pay my emi's as a penalty for the delay.

I have booked in amrapali leisure park, unit 1201, noida extension in the name of anuradha under subvention scheme.

And i did'nt receive interest from last four months i. E from november 2016 as it was mentioned and agreed in our contract.

No representative are available who can answers our queries.

Kindly transfer asap as banks are frequently calling us.

I am Sujay Khattri... I had booked an apartment in Amrapali River view project in Dec 2014.. The flat was to be handed over to me in 42 months.. Going by the status of onsite construction and considering that more than two years have passed, it seems very unlikely to me that I would be handed over the flat in stipulated time.

I am more concerned because my EMI will be commencing in next few months. I am currently staying in a rented accommodation. My plan was to shift to my own flat as was promised by Amrapali while I was booking my flat. I would be coming under heavy financial pressure as Milestone (the project has been handed over to this company for completion on behalf of Amrapali)..has intimated me a completion time till 2019..

I would appreciate if Amrapali either hands over the flat to me on time or refunds the amount, so that I can purchase another flat which is ready to move...

I got a call regarding vacancies for rf engineer post in chennai, bangalore, hyderabad. A offer letter is received after a telephonic interview which insisted a payment of rs.2100 through bank. Mailing bank receipt is considered as confirmation.
After payment my calls were rejected and mails are left unresponsive.
I continued to contact them which is a failure. I called from another number to which they attended and responded in tensed manner to my sudden call.
On further actions to contact them from both numbers failed.
Don't trust them...

I have booked one flat in Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna in Dec 2015 at plot GH-02, TECH ZONE IV Greater NOIDA and paid the 20% amount in Mar 2016. Since then no work has started and no communication from them. Recently i came to know that Project will not take off. I have invested my hard earned money and now feel cheated.
Recently, i have written letter to refund the money but so far no reply received.
I urged and request Amrapali to return the money immediately to settle the case.

i booked my flat in Amrapali Jaura Heights (Verona Heights) in F1 tower in 2014 at Noida Extension and paid the amount of 40 % of the total cost. however till date, the tower has not been started. the possession year of the tower in 2018. even no work is progress in the tower. the building is too long i.e 34 floor. no body contact in the matter. i call several time but no one bother.

I have purchased a unit a1-1006 10th floor vide agreement dated 15/10/2010 under project amrpali leisure vally developer pvt., ltd., greater noida west, up.
Completion of projetct 30 month (Max 6 month extended i. E. Total 36 month).
95% of payment made since long back as per agreement.
After passing of more than 6 years i. E. 76 month, project has not been completed & construction work stopped. Now, they intruduced third party contractor milestone highrise pvt ltd., for further communicaion.
Its looks purely that cmd of amrapali anil sharma trying to divert consent of buyer in other side and they can make underground / fraud or exit to county.

I am middle man salaried person and it is very difficult to pay bank emi while so many family obligtions on single earning person and feel that builder has cheated me or i am a lose my money under very big real estate scam.

Requested competend authority to interven the matter and help in getting unit @ same cost from other ready to move project of the builder, or refund money with interest @24% as applicable with buyer on delay payment + oppertunity loss based on 4 year market value.

It is also possile that mr. Anil sharma can exit from india like viay malya, so that their passport needs to be locked and they need to give their presence with current business activity status to approprate authority.

This complain is not only one buyer, it is related to many buyer and this is very big scam in the sector of greater noida west real estate. (Area earlier named as noida extension)

I have booked a flat in feb 2016 in said project, by paying Rs 13.13 lakh i.e. 20% of total amount as registration through Invester Clinic & Rs17700 brokrage charge to Invester clinic. . After 1 yr project not yet started, .I could not contact at all no.s /mail even after all efforts as helpline no always found busy or tell adv. only.I found myself cheated as i have invested hard earned money in a fraud project by breaking FD, s, RD, s from GPF, &Pli adv .
Now i want refund with 14% interest as cannot continue lost faith

Amrapali has failed again and again on their commitment to deposit the interest charges every month in my bank account against the loan dispersed to them for construction of my flat.

Even after booking the flat in april 2014 till date no construction has started at the site and it is been disappointing for us.

All the employees of amrapali have an irresponsible and apathetic attitude and no one ever replies to any customer phone call, messages or mails. I have been continuously sending email to [protected]@amrapali.in but he is so irresponsible.

I request you to kindly help me is getting my flat cancelled and get my complete amount refunded.

I booked a 1 BHK flat having area 585 sq ft (super area) with Amrapali group, in their Dream Valley High rise 2 project in Nov, 2012 under CLP plan and it was promised to deliver with in 3 years with a grace period of +- 6 months. In agreement, they are supposed to give compensation for every month of delay as 5 Rs per sq feet but they are refusing to pay the delayed compensation. I gave my second last payment in January last year i.e I have paid 19 lakhs till January 2016. But since then developer has stoped construction work at site and there is no progress. I am stuck between paying loan EMI and rent. Developer gives false promises every time we ask for possession. Their intentions does not seem good. Please take necessary actions against developer and help me get my home with compensation from Amrapali. Thousands of other buyers suffering from same situation

Dear Team,

I've booked a flat with Amrapali Terrace homes (Centurian park) in Dec2014 under subvention scheme[protected] plan, as which I had to pay 10% in advance and 10% at the time of possession, and remaining 80% would be funded by bank, for which EMI would start after possession.
However, bank has disbursed 80% of amount despite me making only 10% of payment and per Law, banks cannot disburse more than 4times of amount paid by me.

Also, now that bank has disbursed this amount, Amrapali is suppose to pay Interest part to bank till possession, but Amrapali is failing to do so and Bank officials are after my life by making repeated calls and sending letters at home which is having ill effect on my and my family's health and this is also badly impacting our reputation in society which is non recoverable.

I request you to kindly take this issue and safeguard my hard earned money which Amrapali seem to have looted from me.

A 2 bhk flat was allotted by amrapali group in princely estate sect 76 Noida alonsgwith 350 sqft of lawn. full payment of the flat alongwith the cost of lawn has been paid in may 2015 . no due certificate by amrapali was issued on 21/5/2015. But till date the possession of lawn has not been given. I have tried too much at my own level, contacted many of the officers of amrapali inc Dy. G M sh Rajiv ranjan sharma. But all in vein. no one is giving satisfactory reply.In fact the possession of lawn is not possible in the next 5 years as at that place there is deep digging for basement.Neither the amrapali group is giving the possession of lawn not refunding the cost of lawn.

I had mad a booking for one flat. After about 6 months of booking i am informed by the property agent that the project has been scraped. They want me to shift to another project. I have requested for refund of my money but the builder says that the money will be paid only when they have money which may be 1 year from now and that no interest shall be paid.

Even when the builder has scraped the project, he is not willing to return my money.

I've booked a flat under the AAAY scheme for retired govt employees. After March 2016, there has been absolute no correspondence from them. It's been almost a year now and these antics are fraudulent.
It's been brought to our notice that the project has been canned now and our money is at stake.
Our life savings are into this and we want a fair action to be taken into this asap.

Would like to draw your kind attention that I have booked a plot in your project "Amrapali Hi-Tech City Jaipur". Initially I paid Rs 2, 70, 000/- towards registration/booking vide receipt no 2187 dated 10/08/2007 (Chq No 124214 Dated 22/05/2006 drawn on HSBC Bank Limited).
Subsequently, I received a letter from your end on 10/12/2008 to deposit Rs. 90, 000/- towards first installment and the same has been paid vide chq. No 138104 dated 02/01/2009 drawn on HSBC Bank Limited. It may be noted that you have not send me the receipt for the same till date.
I have paid 40% of basic cost of the plot so far to you.
Then I got the priority allotment letter (Priority No - HTC/Jaipur/0421) from your end on 07/09/2009 and was asked to fill a form and deposit the same. The form with associated document was deposited at your Jaipur branch on 31/10/2009. At the same time, the plot no A204 ad-measuring 200 Sq. Yd was provisionally allocated to me.
In the last 7 years(Since 31/10/2009) I have not received any communication from your end. Also, you have not been able to execute Builder Buyer Agreement till date.
In the past I have contacted your customer care and Jaipur branch on several occasion but have not got any satisfactory response.
