I have bought a 500sq. ft space in Amrapali Tech-Park at Greater Noida. The builder said that i will get a monthly interest of Rs18, 375 per month but they did not paid me any interest sinve April 2016, as per the builder buyers agreement i want Rs 19 lakhs principle amount and interest from April to till now.

I bought a 2 bhk flat in Leisure Park Greater Noida West under subvention plan where builder is supposed to pay the interest payment every month until they deliver the possession of flat. Its been more than 3 months when i am not receiving interest EMI in my bank. Bankers are calling me every day to know the payment status, they are also threatening to penalize me and negative my credit scores since the loan is under my name.
Amrapali is not picking any call, neither their customer helpline is answering.
All the Amrapali buyers are in very much trouble, they have already delayed the possession and not even paying the Interest amount.
My flat number is Amrapali leisure park - A5-G01. Kindly credit the all due interest EMIs asap.

Sir amarapali adarsh awas yojna in gh 2 tec zone-iv greater noida have allotted me one flat in phase v project in january 2016. Yesterday i visited the site almost one year completed not a single work has been started by the company please update the status. It is also come to my notice that the investor clinic people are shifting the buying from amarapali adarsh awas yojna to some other nereby society. Some of my friends recently do this. Is is true. No body responding from amaraplai customer care. If i have not received the status of construction of phase v in above society then i will be free to take legal advise from my lawyer.

I booked Flat no. K4-1602 (Customer ID AMGH 04960) with Amrapali Golf Homes, New Delhi under subvention plan. It was stated that we won’t have to pay any EMI till possession of the property.
I was then referred to Central Bank of India, Old Rajinder Nagar Branch, New Delhi- 110060 for the home loan. Here I took the housing loan, and my housing loan A/C number is [protected]. Until now, Amrapali had been paying the EMI/Interest on the loan. However, for the past few months, they have not paid the EMI/Interest. As a result, the bank has sent me an overdue of payment notice amounting to Rs. 62, 000.

I have a flat booked in silicon city sec-76, project since september 2011 in tower-z.

Till now the building works are not finished and there is no sign of finishing and handingover of the flats.

Since last one year there is no progress.

1. Lifts are not delivered & installed.
2. Plumbing work is pending.
3. Fire fighting work is pending.
4. Electrical works are pending.
5. Flooring is pending in flats & staircase.
6. Internal finishing works - doors, windows, woodwork is pending.

There is no progress of work.

Mr. Anil sharma (Md of amrapali) has comitted in his tv interview that he will positively give posession by december-2016.

But he has also failed in his comittments.

Can anyone ensure when will this project be completed and we can get our flats.

I have booked this unit on 19.04.2013 and suppose to be delivered to me in 2016 but till date only 6 floors has been constructed and that too is just structure. The way they have done the construction seems that another 4-5 years will take to complete the project and as i am end user and can not sustain the burden of rent and emi for long so requested them to shift my unit to some other project where i strat living asap or refund my money with interest.
They have mnay projects in noida alone and can easily provide me one unit in exchange of that, even though i am ready to pay some extra amount or can go for smaller unit but they are agreeing to that as well.
Please help me.

Cancellation request placed : 25/06/2016.

As per point no. 20 of the agreement, I can canel the flat and the amount after deducting should be refunded. But It has been around 6 months since I placed the cancellation, but amount has not been refunded.

I went multiple times to the builder office but each time they make excuse that buider is not having funds and they got multiple cancellation reuqests so that they cant refund the amount as of now.

I have taken the loan from bank and I am paying the EMI. Please help me in getting my refund amount. I will be gratefull to you.

I booked the flat in march 2015 Verona Heights and now I want to cancel it.
I placed the request for cancellation in June 2016 but even after 6 months of placing the cancellation, amrapali staff saying that builder is not having fund and so he is currently not refunding the amount.

Please help me to get the refund. 40% amount is already paid.

Please forward this mail to right department in amrapali as only communication mail id we know is the one i am using.
With reference to the agreement dated 17/11/2010 between alv and us, we are entitled to get possession of b-267 unit along with penalty for the late possession. We have already paid 95% and waiting for possession from the builder’s side. Kindly pay penalty as per the agreement and offer us possession as soon as possible.

I have booked flat with amprapali golf homes in august 2011. We were suppose to get possession by 2014 but till date nothing has been done. I have taken loan of 20lac for duration of 20 yrs. I have to pay loan installment as well the rent of the house in which currently i am staying. Its becoming very difficult to survive. Please help us to get the possession or to get any kind of relief from bank for installment.

We had booked a flat in Dec, 2015 in Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojana under Subvention scheme(10:80:10). According to the plan, the monthly Loan interest amount is supposed to be paid by Amrapali to our Loan accounts for atleast 3 years. But till date, Amrapali has failed to transfer amount for 3 months.

Amrapali or InvenstorClinic don't reply to our queries, neither do they transfer amount. It's really a pathetic customer experience we have been thrown at. Moreover, construction work has not yet started even while Amrapali has taken about 40% of flat amount from its customers.

Is there any government mechanism using which we can take register complaint against Amrapali and get our money back.

There is no any response by builder.I have paid my all father money in this project and now we have no money to continue this flat.and need money for medical purpose.But builder is not taking it seriously if any miss happen will occur due to fund then who will responsible for it. Builder can deduct charge of 10% of paid amount as per agreement and rest amount should be refunded at earliest.As i have no money to survive my family and i am jobless now.Request you all authorized person kindly help me in this matter as its very serious for me and my family.
My father was in army and his total retirement money is invested in this project and now we urgent requirement of money for medical purpose.

Really upset to know the status of the interest which was supposed to be deposited by (group) in our loan account

Above this, no response is being recd from your so called service provider's representative through which booking was made (Investor's Clinic)
Pls ensure you take a better service provider for your next project

Pls resolve the issue or else provide the process to get the investment cancelled

I booked an apartment R-2004 of Amrapali Sapphire in April 2014. Initially I was promised that possession will be given by November 2014. As the tower was erected and only finishing were left, I believed that in an year or two I will get the possession. I kept enquiring after every six months and everytime I was given a false promise. However, on the ground check, I dont see any development in the tower for last two years.

I booked the flat and chose Amrapali over any other despite its bad reputation of maintenance because I had faith in Amrapali's CMD-Mr. Anil Sharma. Hailing from the same place as his, I overlooked the suggestions and considered the problems as small glitches towards my dream of having a flat in sapphire. But, after having paid EMI of 40, 000 for two years and watching the hard earned money going down the drain, today, I have been left with no option other than writing to you.

I am writing in utter despair as I see no sign of development. My husband is the sole earner in a family of 5 and after the birth of our baby, we are unable to pay the EMIs and have reached a point of defaulting on it.

I request you to either speed up the possession process or refund my hard earned money.Or please let me know what can I do.

Hi,

Amrapali builder is biggest fraud !!
please do not get into trap of this builder. i have booked 3bhk in Amrapali Crystal homes 2 years back and till now construction has not yet started..they have no funds for construction and they keep befooling ppl.
no body picks up your call..when you go to their office..no one is there to meet you.
once you have booked your flat..you are doomed.
one more fraud is no emi till posession scheme, they initially paid for 6 months after that they have stopped paying money. I have lost all my hard money becz of this pathetic builder. i just want my money back !!!

I had booked one apartment in amrapali kingswood on 15 april'2013. My flat no. Is j5-203

At the time booking of flat your sales person mr. Sonu sachdeva promissed us that possession of property will be given in next three year so i was hoping to get the possession of my flat in april'2016.

After one month when i go to your office for agreement then concern authority told me that possession of flate will be given in 42 month after the date of this agreement so accordingly possession of flat should be offered on or before 14 nov'2016.

Till that time also i have full faith on amrapali group

So today i am writing you the mail as commitment date from both angle is passed on today. But still till today construction of project is done only till 7th floor of casting.

Sir, i am 30 years old service class person from up and with all difficulties i had paid my bank installment till date. I had married 2 years ago and now i am unable to pay rent and installment both at the same time as i am only person in my family who is earning.

So i request you either to offering me flat so i can live in that or refund my hard earned money so i can live my life with family

Currently i am not seeing any way & fully dependent on your decision.

Looking forward to your immediate response to refund my money or give me my flat.

F1 2802 amrapali adarsh awas yozna phase 1 .I have booked flat under subvention plan.loan was sanction from bank of Maharashtra wef jul 16.after giving two months of emi, builder has stopped payment.I find mysel[censored]nable to pay to the bank .it has developed alot of tension in my mind .i am unable to do my job.they are not picking the phone call since I am a defence personnel I can not make regular visits to their office.pl do the needful

Following are the complaints against Amrapali Group.
1. The booking of flat no R-1706 of amrapali verona heights was made against Amrapali adarsh awas yojna. No such unit exists in Amrapali adarsh awas yojna and booking of property which is elswhere was made. All the documents provided to us are under the name of Amrapali adarsh awas yojna though the said flat doesnt exist under this scheme.
2. Through prospectus and advertisements it was advertised that the project is approved from central bank but the bank has refused the same.
3. The documents reqd for grant of loan were not provided by the Amrapali group when demanded.
4. The agreement between Amrapali adarsh awas yojna and myself has not been signed yet but still the Amrapali adarsh awas yojna is threatening to forfeit the entire amount paid. The amount of 5, 62, 000 had already been paid.
