Delay in handover at Amrapali Zodiac Flat NO- W- 1205 A (1305) Even after 100% Payment in August 2015.


This is to inform you that I purchased a flat, NO- W -1205 A ( 1305) at Amrapali Zodiac, Sector-120, Noida from Mr. Yadav i( 1st Owner) n the month of March 2015. As Per the seller Mr. Yadav the possession was supposed to be handed over in 2012 it, which got delayed.

I agreed to purchase the flat only after assurances from different executive’s at Amrapali I, e Mr. Khanna, Mr Pankaj Kumar ( Project In charge / Accounts), Mr. Rai ( DGM-Construction), Mr Amit, Mr Patel etc in March 2015.

I paid the balance amount after receiving the ‘Final Demand Letter and the possession letter in August 2015 only after above mentioned assurances that the flat will be handed over with in 60 days of 100% payments made.

My suffering started after I got to know that from July onwards people have got their possession in the same wing (W), as of now more than 28 people have got their possession and living there but my flat is still unfurnished after requesting and regular follow ups. I have visited the project site more than 10 times and have met several sites in charges since then but all I have got is assurance.

I am a 65 year old retired service man from TATA and have put my entire amount of money in the said flat and even after 10 months of wait / follow ups and calls I have not got my flat ready. I request you to look into the matter urgently. I hope To get a revert on my issue.

I booked 2 bhk flat in amrapali dream valley-ii on jan 2011. As per builder buyer agreement, amrapali builders gave june 2014 date for giving possession to flats. It's more than two years now but amrapali builder is not giving any penalty for not delivering flat neither there is any progress on construction site. Amrapali builders are not responding to our calls and doesn't entertain any complaints. Amrapali builder is cheating thousands of buyers in noida extension who booked their dream house in amrapali dream valley ii.

I had booked A Flat U-G008 in Amrapali silicon City Sector 76 Noida. As per agreement the delivery date is Dec-2013. In April-2015 I had received possession intimation letter & paid balance amount. It is more than 16 months since my full payment against allotment letter I am yet to receive the possession.

My name is Rajan I have booked an apartment in Amrapali Silicon City in Sect 76, Noida. As per agreement with builder the possession of the flat was in Dec 2013, later they had issued possession intimation letter on 20/02/2015 to give possession in two months after full and final payment.

I had paid final instalment (100%) payment on time. But till date I am yet to receive possession of my flat even after 21 months.

I had mailed 50 reminders to the CMD & Others at Amrapali Builders but no response from their side.

I Request you to look into the matter and help me to get the possession of my flat with delayed interest as at present I am finding very difficult to meet my ends, paying hefty EMI's and the builder doesn't responds to my mails (asked for meeting), nor I can meet him in person as no one allows to meet him in office.

The scene at the Apartment site is pathetic. When I meet the site personnel, the tower incharge is not available, they say there is no fund, no material available etc. they also say that they are not getting salary since 6 months etc. I am only getting dates of possession verbally, 28th Feb-16, 30 March-16, 30 April-16 by the then head DGM Sh Rajiv Ranjan, After that all the persons in site office were changed. by the new personnel the dates are July-16, but in vain. Amarpali hired a consultant Sh Sanjay who said by 15th August 2016, When I met the control room (Specially created to tackle such issues) they promised by September-16, now November has come but yet to receive the possession of my flat.

Sir/madam,
We the residents of Amrapali zodiac;sec-120, noida are facing the problem of stray dogs. This is to bring to your knowledge that these stray dogs are creating lot of nuisance and they are threat to our children playing on the ground. In the past several accidents have been recorded. One ederly person was terrified and fainted while taking a walk in the morning. I request you to please take necessary action and ask the builder to tighten the security as well so that stray dogs should not be allowed to enter the society.

I booked a flat f-14a, in courtyard project by paying 13 lakhs in 2014 but after one year we came to know that project has been cancelled. We are following up with their offices in noida after giving written application in october 2015 but even after 7 months they are not refunding money which they have kept with them for 2 years. Forget about the interest money. Please advise what to do.

Hi! Am the owner of flat no. E-2101 at amrapali sapphire phase 1, sector-45, noida. I need to urgently upgrade my flat's electricity backup limit. The maintenance people at the society have no clue about the process to do it. They say you will have to speak to a concerned person at amrapali group. But noone picks up the call at amrapali head office. It's highly urgent.

Dear sir,
I have booked a flat w-206 at "amrapali zodiac sector-120, noida" on 28/04/2010. The amrapali had promised to hand over the flat by 31/03/2012 with 3 months extension. Amrapali has given possession intimation vide letter 030/w206/az-00754/15 dtd 09.06.2015 with promise to give possession within 60 days (Delayed by 38 months from original date). I deposited 100% amount including possession amount on 07/07/2015. But even after 07 months the flat is not yet completed by amrapali & not handed over to me. The matter may pl be strictly taken up to protect my consumer rights.

I had purchased a one bhk flat in amrapali dream year jan 2013 and as verbal conversation the amrapali staff had mentioned that the possession would be given by june 2015 but as mentioned in agreement that the possession period would be completed from 36 months from the date of foundation of tower.As the date of foundation of tower has not being mentioned in agreement how can the consumer know the actual date of possession.

As my payment for the flat has being deposited 95% of total flat cost but the possession has being delayed.

I had booked one flat measuring 1835 in h1-103 in silicon city pvt. Ltd. (Now crystal homes) and signed buyer’s agreement on 26.08.2012. Later on, the project was converted into crystal homes and i was offered 2140 sq.Ft. Flat no. T7-103.

Against the above booking i have already paid 40% of the amount. Since then, i did not hear anything about the progress of the flat. As about four years have lapsed, i am worried about the construction and occupation of flat. In this connection, i have made numerous calls to your office but every time, an assurance is given that construction will be started soon.

As an honest buyer, i would like to know the actual status of the flat with the following clarifications:

1. When you are going to start construction if not started as yet?
2. As to when you will be handing over the possession?
3. Do we have options to move in to some of your other ready to move flats viz. Sapphire, princely estate or silicon with the same rate charged.
4. In case, you have not yet started constructions, refund of booking amount.

Why you making the people fool in your project even you cant provide a better service i m talking about pricely estate near silicon city sec 76 noida from the last 1 week there is a electricity problem suddenly it gone away in mid night abt after 12am and gone for whole night and guard say diesel is over i think that have no money to amrapali to fulfill or pay for electricity so many people are in trouble from summers and hotness of the day after this amrapali not look into this matter i suggest all my frndss never buy any flat of amrapali.

I am having a flat in Amrapali Kingswood project and opted for subvention payment plan during booking. At the starting the payments were sent to the bank on time but since last 4 months the payments are constantly delayed by your side due to which I had received multiple warnings from bank side that they will put my loan account in the list of NPA accounts. I had called to their respective executive so many times but he is not taking the appropriate action. The payment which was supposed to be made by Amrapali group 1.5 month back is still pending. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP as it is creaing so many problems for me.

I have a flat booked in Amrapali silicon city sec-76, Noida in Tower-z.

The booking is of year 2011 .
It is already 5 years and till date work status is very slow and there is no sign of completion as there are lots if works pending in the tower.

I want to know the complete status of this tower and when we will get posession along with registry.

We also require interest for delay in this regard.

It is quite true as amrpali has lost trust and they have cheated the customer in the name of spacious flat, there is no commitment of timely delivery. surprisingly they have diverted the customer fund into some other project or for personal need. recently we have heard that MR ANIL SHARMA contested the ELECTION in which crore of rupees had been wasted . it is customer fund only. golf home and other project are stand still and no customer care is there. they have deployed staff just to fool customer and avoid them. there is no site incharge and no commitment from them. they have not paid complete amount to GNOIDA AUTHORITY as well and their financial situation is very bad shape. they have not filed their return as well for the last financial year. MR ANIL SHARMA and team just trying to grabing more customer and fooling them in other project. while this bigger project like GOLF HOME is stand still. it is nothing but clear cheating case but surprisingly government and SO CALLED UP GOVERNMENT Is doing nothing as all officials are well taken care by THIS FRAUD GROUP. DONT BUY ANY FLAT IN AMRAPALI. if you feel that BANK IS APPROVING LOAN and project is ok, then forget it, READ ALL THE CLAUSES WELL, BANK IS NOTHING TO DO ON IT UNTIL AMRPALI CLEAR THEIR DUES TO AUTHROTIY AND GIVE POSSESSION TO CUSTOMER. they dont have any money now for MATERIAL. and neither for salary to their staff . GOD SAVE US.

I am having a flat in Silicon City Society Sector 76, Noida. It's been almost 1.5 yr since i got the possession of my flat. I am really sorry to say but the construction quality of the material used is really not good, also the finishing work of the apartment is really pathetic. I've already raised the concern to builders designated stake holders in written but till the date nothing has happened. I already rasied this concern to consumer forum & they've suggested me to move to consumer court.

Kindly suggest what i can do...

I have bought one flat in the project in 2012. Structure was ready at that time. As per Agreement possession was in 2013. Now its 2016 structure is as it is..no development in the same. Amrapali people are cheating people by their false promises of delivery every time. Total wastage of money & time. I request people not to associate with this group. They will make you fool.

Despite my calls & SMS I have neither received the receipt of the online payments of the following flats purchased nor any statement of account. PROJECT; AMRAPALI TROPICAL GARDEN F 9 :FLAT NO 1407 & 1408 Please either send the original receipt of the online payments or send statement of account of the mentioned flats.

Amrapali group will be dead soon. I am humiliated by Mr. Amit Singh and Mr. Pradeep Khanna, managers of Amrapali group during my flat possession of Amraplai Zodiac, Sector-120, NOIDA. The material used is good but workmanship is very poor. There are open wires in pipes. Paint falling, un-even fixing of tiles, un-even walls etc. many more problems. Even they have not paid delay penalty since sep 13 to jan 15.

I am a resident of Amrapali Sapphire Sec 45 Noida. This house we rented is not even 3 months old in construction and the Modular kitchen simply collapsed unwarranted. My mother and maid working in kitchen were just saved by a minute. Extremely awful quality of cement and absolutely pathetic interiors led to this.. Within minutes the blame game started between the cupboard installer and the construction incharge.. If this is the kind of quality this big builders provide what do we expect after earthquake. These builders have got all clearances from required ministries by bribing and it is us.. The consumers who have to suffer this way.. Had someone been in the kitchen I cant even imagine what would be the outcome. Big celebrities like Dhoni vouch for such builders.. Can he come and see the absolute mess created in his own advertised homes.. Why doesnt he shift in Amrapali Sapphire???who is to be held responsible?? These builders are cheating everyone with the poor quality of material being used in building.. Why dont they themselves stay in such awfully created houses??
