Amrapali Group — complaint about amrapali golf homes project, noida extension

I had booked a flat at amrapali golf homes, noida extension in july, 2010, whose year of possession, as expected, was 2013. It has, now, delayed for 4 years, and the status construction hasn't changed even slightly since last 3 years. I have property worth rs.36 l hung up with this project, and now, as an agitated consumer, i demand my invested money, with interest, back.

i have booked my flat in 2013, and because of some issue i plan for cancel and the refund was suppose to happen in max 3 months, now i am waiting for more than 3.5 years. the accounts department always give me fake commitments . i need my refund . can anyone can help . and i recommend to all the customer who is planning to purchase house. please never invest in AMRAPALI GROUP . because your money is not black every day we are working for earn money.
