Amrapali Group — Flat possession and workmanship is very poor. | |||||
Amrapali group will be dead soon. I am humiliated by Mr. Amit Singh and Mr. Pradeep Khanna, managers of Amrapali group during my flat possession of Amraplai Zodiac, Sector-120, NOIDA. The material used is good but workmanship is very poor. There are open wires in pipes. Paint falling, un-even fixing of tiles, un-even walls etc. many more problems. Delay >29 months Non Receipt of possession of flat U-G-008, against possession intimation letter 20/02/2015 (16 months back)
I had booked A Flat U-G008 in Amrapali silicon City Sector 76 Noida. As per agreement the delivery date is Dec-2013. In April-2015 I had received possession intimation letter & paid balance amount. It is more than 16 months since my full payment against allotment letter I am yet to receive the possession.
