Amrapali Group — flat possession

Hi i'm virendra, booked flat in amrapali centurian park low rise in dec 2010 and haven't received possession yet.
Builder keep on doing false pro misses and was supposed to deliver flat in 2015 and still they are no where.
As per agreement they supposed to pay penalty on late possession but that's i think is only applicable for flat buyer.
I want to file a legal case, please help and link me through any active group.
