Amrapali Group — Not got possession of flat

I booked flat in March 2010 in Amrapali Zodiac sector 120 Noida. Builder insisted to pay full amount to avoid penalty in December 2014. I did full payment and got NOC in December 2014. Since then no further development done. The builder is not available on phone or in office. About 100 times i tried. If anybody is sitting then he casually tells that it will take 2-3 months. It is more than 6 years but the flat is not ready. Iam living in a rented house. All my savings the builder has taken. He is the biggest cheater on earth. He should be in jail. Please do the needful and oblige. Thanx

Builder insisted to pay full amount to avoid penalty in November 2014. I paid full amount in December 2014. I got NOC in December 2014. After that nobody is attending in office. About 100 times i have been to the office then either they are not available or simply tell it is a matter of 2-3 months. It is about 3 years but i am not getting flat. I am living in a rented house as all my hard earned money has been taken by builder. He is the biggest cheater and should be put behind the bars. I am helpless and want to file complaint in consumer court for help. Kindly do the needful and oblige. Thanx
