Amrapali Group — stopped paying subvention intt amount since 9 month & no progress in construction

I have book a flat in amrapali golf homes project in december 2014 and it was committed by builder that no emi to be paid till possesion, but they have stopped the paying intt instalment since 9 months (Dec 16) neither they pick phones. We have put our hard earned money in this flat and the builder has taken 90% amount of flat value and we are going to be loan defaulter in comming days. Please arrange to resolve it
