Hi, I am student at Amrita University, pursuing bca from Amrita Vishwa vidyapeetham Coimbatore, at the start of the 2nd semester we were informed that the end semester exam for distance learning will be of m.c.q based . Now suddenly on 23 October 2022 . We received a mail, that the exam pattern is changed and now it will consist of short answer type questions as well as long answer type questions also. Just before 15 days of the end semester...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I BRING TO PARENTS NOTICE THEIR CHILDREN UNDERGO IN AMRITA VISWAVIDHYALAY, VALLIKAVU.
THEY CHARGE BIG AMOUNTS BUT RUN THE COLLEGE LIKE ASHRAM. THEY SAY THEY DO MANY PHILANTHROPHY WORKS, BUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD IS KILLING.
CROWS, COWS AND STUDENTS EAT TOGHETHER. STUDENTS ALSO EAT CROW DROPPINGS AS PICKLES.
DUE TO WHICH PEOPLE HAVE TO MOVE OUT OF CAMPUS TO LOOK FOR NON VEG WHICH IS CATERED BY SHANTIES OUTSIDE.
    THE VEGETARIANS STATE IS PATHETIC.
THE HOSTELS BOAST OF BHAJANS, WHICH IS BODY WITHOUT SOUL, LACKS COMMON SENSE.
HOSTELS ARE FOUR WALLS BUT CHARGES ARE EXHORBITANT.
WE CALL THIS AMRITA VISWAVIDHYALAYA. TRULY INTERNATIONAL

Amrita University Coimbatore is definitely one of the best universities in terms of Academics.

But it FAILS MISERABLY when it comes to every other aspect. This complaint is about the bad food quality.

The canteens and messes hold complete monopoly with every student who eats having to eat in either of them as students are treated like 6 year old kids not being allowed to go out at will. (Same treatment to married PG students too! what a shame!).

The food is always substandard, and you find hair in the mess food often. The situation is pathetic. It is not a problem if they serve less variety or low quality food, but NOT UNHYGENIC food with follicles of the cook!
We definitely do not get our fee's worth of food. Worst part is, we aren't allowed to go out when we want to eat!

The other day, a student went to the canteen and ordered a Bhel Puri, and found a dead cockroach in it! And believe me, the students said "This happens all the time". Worst part is, the canteen management/stuff does not bother at all, and we cant take pictures to expose to the public as mobile phones with cameras are not allowed! what a wonderful rule to restrict technology among bachelors of technology?

The management does not care about us at all. They only preach love and compassion from the books of amritanandamayi. They do not practice it at all. We the students are treated like dirt by the wardens and management.

It would be nice if some authority can inspect and impose strict rules concerning food quality.

Whenever I’m told that Amrita School of Engineering is the “best one can get” and whatever happens over here is for the “greater good”, I’m on my guard . What I’m being taught in this college is to accept the present conditions as immutable facts of life, and to trim my aims/goals accordingly. The fact that we(students) are being ushered into a dungeon of injustice is enervating. The energy drain clubbed with the idiocies of the management adds to the irascible behaviour of the students.

Trying to prioritise the problems faced by the students,I ended up in a tussle with my alter ego. Being an advocate of logic, I could classify the problems based on their magnitude and intensity. Whatever it is, I’m quite aware of the fact that neither debating nor brooding over situations is a solution to a problem.
I presume you got a vivid picture of my mental status. Unfortunately, it is the same with every student residing on campus. Now..The student community is up against the wall with yet another problem. Millions o[censored]sers across the world have witnessed this problem:”Sorry! Page cannot be displayed”. This time it would be unfair on my part if I were to blame the Internet Service Provider. It is pretty obvious to conclude that we have NO access to the World Wide Web. It is indeed nerve-wracking. We are all well-aware of the fact that Internet has revolutionized the world and has been instrumental in the progress of millions of people .The question is Isn’t Amrita School of Engineering part of this E-world.
It is hilarious to note that our course structure is exactly the same as IIT –M(Even the course codes happen to be the same..ROFL..) The management has aped the course structure and is strictly abiding by it since its inception. Like the IIT’s ,we have plethora of quizzes, assignments, tutorials… The IIT’s provide their students with internet….Why didn’t Amrita choose the IIT as an idol in this aspect??

The pedagogues apparently used their “kidneys” (or should I say “Penis/Vagina”) and have come up with an idea to evade from delivering lectures..They call the lecture hour as a SEMINAR where the student has to deliver the lecture. How does a student understand a topic which he wasn’t taught? Are books the only banks of knowledge?? If so,how many books to refer to?? The library closes by 10.00 pm. The thing that still obfuscates me is how the hell are we supposed to seek knowledge when the doors leading to it are closed….This reminds me of a poster put up on our notice board. It reads as follows:
        1.Multimedia presentation.
        2. Photography.
        3. Poster designing.
For posters, we need images which available only on the internet. For various Fonts, we need to access the internet. For classwork/assignments, we need google and Wikipedia. I just gave you a score of examples proving my point-Internet is part and parcel of an Engineer’s life. It’s a huge database. One of the classes were asked submit an assignment within a stipulated time. The prof. expected distinct content in the assignments(It is really not possible ‘coz a problem cannot have 60 solutions…). He also gave the students the “liberty” to use the internet. Students are usually boisterous…So you can expect clamouring at its peak. One of the studs said,” Sir, It is impossible to access the internet. We don’t have Wi-fi in our hostels.”
Prof: Okay..What’s the big deal..Go to the IT-lab and get material from there…
…………..Finally,the student was convinced to use the services in the IT LAB!
My point is:If you want distinct assignments, then everybody must go to the lab, at least make an attempt to browse through various sites and get information…If the whole class happens to go to the browsing center, the speed goes down(The download speed is too low.)..Again,this browsing lab has a timing..The lab closes by 10.30pm…..Between 6.30 -8.00 pm,they close the lab because the lab assistants go to have their food…So basically we are left with 2hrs 30 mins….How on earth is it possible to access the required information??
If the guy is clever enough,he starts browsing on his mobile..But you don’t get signal everywhere..Sometimes you ought to come out, stand in a particular location where the refresh rate of pages is fast. Now….The warden comes, snatches your mobile because it has a camera…. Your mobile is gone forever and all you are left with is pangs of fear.
We have a club called photography club. These people show-off by using Professional cameras. You can find them at every fest/event. (God knows what they snap… I presume under the pretext of photography, they practice pornography…)
The management allows them to snap photos using cameras but it doesn’t allow the students to use a mobile with camera. When a brave soul demands for a reason, the buggers give evasive and irrational replies like “ You may misuse technology..” What a stupid reason..!! What’s the difference in using a professional camera and a mobile camera????? It is more economical to buy a mobile with a good camera..Our college as always has concentrated on the micro economics and has lost out on the macro…..
I have a hunch that swamiji & CO have been drug peddlers in the past..Under the ruse of an instituition, they probably help the mafia and other small gangs in flesh trade.
The management made sure we are totally disconnected from the world..We aren’t "austere" people like them…We are here for technical education ,not to learn how to meditate or master the techniques of penance …When the whole world is converging towards cutting-edge technology, Amrita,on the other hand has adopted horse-and-buggy methods and expects progress. You cannot continue to run a space-age institution with horse-and-buggy methods. The approach to any problem by the top-level people is irrational. For example: Laptops and mobile phones were being stolen…The management got to know about it..
A week later on the hostel notice board:
It has been identified that the cause for theft is going into others rooms after 10pm. From now onwards, any student who is caught in a room that is not his shall be punished and has to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- as fine. I don’t get them again..If there is a thief in the hostel, he might as well steal things before 10 pm..It is surprising to know that the DEAN has a pea-sized brain..There is a discontinuity in the governance at the perimeter of Amrita. Outside..it is democracy whereas inside it is dictatorship. The rules have sabotaged the learning process , killed originality and begetted banality.
The school of Engineering has promised to provide it’s students with Wi-fi in the brochure. Apparently, the staff has the access to the internet..The money we have paid for our benefits and comforts is now being used to pamper the senses/desires of the faculty. An educational institution is tantamount to a noble cause. Instead the management has resorted to extracting the maximum from the parents. NRI’s have fallen into the trap. The ramifications of the internet are always highlighted and are exaggerated beyond reason to prove their point. An edifice has been designed to loot money from students.
I don’t want temporary solutions which might seem pragmatic to the pea-brains of the administration or to a group of people who have lost faith in life and are trying to debate about life and death. I don’t want to be a victim of stupid schools of thoughts.I wish to be a brave soul and confront you..But I fear your wrath. There is no dearth of talent in the students in this institution. Only the walls and time have sabotaged them. I’m talking about UTOPIAN vision, not horse-eye view(which you call as pragmatism) which can be a convenient tool to blatantly ignore the lingering injustices.
        Warning:
Your parochial attitudes have irked the student fraternity beyond reason. You begetted hate and you are the reason for the irascible, rather tempestuous behaviour of the students. You haven’t struggled hard to besmirch your image in the eyes of the junta. You can definitely expect an outburst in the near future…You have committed sins for which I cannot forsee a plausible explanation. The only way to perhaps regain your identity is to walk-the-talk and for now provide Wi-fi as promised…It helps in expanding one’s horizons…

        School — access

sir,for last 2 weeks i'was not able to access my account usage details from dataone .in ,is there any further way to access my account details of my broadband connection...?????
I was once a victim of injustice...I shall kill the dean in the near future..Lanja munda!!
Adding more to what I said..Laptops are supposed to be used only for academic purposes..But our tech fests have gaming contests! Can anyone give me a plausible explanation??
        this is a mother[censored]in(amma) college...
ahhh... well said...truth in its purest form... any ways thanks for initiating this student fraternity...lets hav a common motto -"SLAP THE DEAN"...
Im moved by the motto!..Let's make it our slogan
I agree with the laptop/internet facts. The management must provide them.
But we definitely do not have the same syllabus. I suggest the author to read this before posting crappy info http://www.iitm.ac.in/images/stories/iitm/b.tech%20curriculum.pdf
        @Days scholar:
First off, get your facts straight man...I have gone through the syllabus of various colleges, including the pdf you pasted as a link..Let me tell you that our syllabus is At Least subset of theirs. If you defy that, I have an explanation that might appeal to your ethical senses.
Exp:The brains of the organisation and heads of various depts. have trimmed the syllabus according to the talent and the intellect of the faculty...
A dauntless spirit, like you, definitely disagrees to such immutable facts because such people, generally, have a rigid set of constructs to which you adhere to ...
I suspect, you haven't gone through the syllabus yourself...Unlike you, we neither launch diatribes nor cast aspersions without doing a systematic study.
Let me tell you something else..Framing a syllabus is an art and is definitely not a skill in the arsenal of our faculties. We have witnessed plagiarism in the best of the fields(music, sports..etc..) and education is no exception.
The age of "ditto-ditto" copy has gone. You might be knowing it because you keep doing it with your assignments..Even if there is a minute mismatch, it is because the curriculum has obfuscated them and not because they tried to make it different..

Moreover, the COO of the college has told in front of a large audience that we have emulated the syllabus of IIT-M because it is by far the best known institution in TN for progress...

hi, iam a 2008 passout from the Bangalore campus... and i have to say.. i agree to whatever was said here and in the other post which disussed about the food and water problems .. we were sick too with the same IT LAb with 15th century computers and low stocked libraries ..Iam surprised that the internet facilities there has still not changed from the time we used to be there !! We were the first batch of the Amrita deemed University (i.e we were not under VTU University unlike our seniors) and we have had a lot many arguments about these issues to the extent that we went on a big strike during our final year.. which was soon subdued of course.. you will understand what i meant here if you have been there long enough...i am shocked that the management has not taken a single step towards fixing all this other than increasing the tution fee tremondously year after year !! when me and my batchmates heard about the hostel fee last year we taken aback ! there are no great facilities in that hostel which is worth that much of money - esp not the girls hostel ! it is very close to the city's garbage dump ! so you can imagine the scenary around in case you get a room on the wrong side of the hostel..i dont want to get started on all of the major issues we faced during our 4 years in college just for the reason that the word "comment" would lose its meaning :)
Joshi C Haran is one person who has no sense of shame but can call everyone else shameless on earth. He is one person atleast every one in the college would have hated(and is hating). I am a pass out of 2009 batch and We should say this stupid university has all unworthy people on the top rung of the ladder. Though people(especially this ) hold a large number of credits behind their name, I doubt if they all deserve to be respected. World's stupidest wardens, the most arrogant Chairman Mr.Joshi, a very un-understanding Chief Warden are all the highlights. Mr.Joshi has one superb character. Yellinggggggggggggggggggggg... like all the time. And why would he yell? a)If two people are standing on the corridor during the interval break to have a slight relaxation and get some fresh air
        b) If girls ' dont wear their duppatas covering... holy crap! even the guys of that class wouldn't have imagined more. c) If someone meets his/her friend on the road and stop to greet each other... etc., He would just come up to you with a 15kHz noise and yell, " Hey... Why did you not get up when you saw me? You shameless . Get up and wish me. And GGGOOOOOOOOOOOOO I say." If the victim tries to innocently wink, after such a scary ghost's monolouge, there ends the matter. Mr. Joshi... Grow up man(?). Its just not enough to talk too much about your 'logical reasoning skills' in ur profiles. Be logical and understand everyone has his/her own self-respect. Don't overdo your job. U are not the crusader of this earth. And every person has the right to decide what he/she must do in life. You shut and let people go. Talking of The Mahabharatha all the time, memorising slogas lead u to nowhere. Just respect another human being. Love and Care has a better role to play in correcting people. Nee mattum Chairman a illa, unakku oru naai mariadha kudukadhu. Respect has to flow from one's heart. WE DON'T KNOW WHEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND IT. How much we suffered in Mech dept. My GOD!Atleast one thing is sure... U have no one who wants to respect you, son of a b----
The DEAN is an Arrogant Piece of INTELLIGENT , Chief-warden is a DUMB-, Student welfare is ANTI-WELFARE , Amma is a HOLY-. They all ruin the Student's life.
Agree with what you all say, but why defame "Amma"? I don't get it Engineers.
There is one incident that I cherish with hatred. In the first year, PSG's Kriya had the honour of Jimmy Wales' visit. We needed permission to go listen to him talk and all we got from Studen Affairs, was "NO, You will be spoilt". 2011!
I need book slot for my Amrita b.tech entrance test .when I am keeping my application number and date of birth it showing application number error .My application number is AM65593. and date of birth is 10-december -2001 .Can you please check and set it right

Take a stroll round the college and it is highly improbable that you wouldn't come across it's "MISSION" statement.Let me have the pleasure in reiterating what they claim so boldy.."To provide value-based education and mould the character of the younger generation through a system of wholesome learning,so that their earnest endeavour to achieve progress and prosperity in life,is matched by an ardent desire to extend selfless service to the society, one complementing the other."..
I had gone through the aim's and objectives of various colleges across India but none of them stand a chance to compete with the above stated mission. It's indeed a bliss to be a part of such a noble cause, provided things work as they stated. Alas! Nature can neither tolerate perfection nor can it tolerate a state striving towards perfection...It makes sure that there are loop holes in the system to sabotage progress..! Well, you can't blame mother nature for everything.A keen examination of the system would definitely help in identifying the cause of the problem. The problem is:straitlaced approach and parochial attitudes of the management. On the topmost rung of the ladder are people who have been losers in life and so-called "educated officials" who made ruining the college life of a student as their primary motive. With such people handling and executing the ultimate "MISSION", it is practically impossible to move an inch in the graph of progress. If questioned, the management would definitely claim the other way round and might perhaps give you a glimpse of the laurels they had accumulated over the past as a mark of progress. All those spiels and litany of awards work well on an outsider whom you are trying to hoodwink but you can't cast a spell on those who already fell into the trap..Yes! I'm talking about the thousands of students who fell for the value-based education and are ever-complaining about the "value of education(fee)".Poor parents never knew that they would be collateral damage . Well,I cannot baselessly accuse the college in committing an irreparable crime..I have facts that cannot obliterate the truth.I shall be revealing facts one-by-one and to the end succeed in making the college partially-naked.
          Fact #1: Food..
However great a man is ,whatever be his/her stature, food is essential to work effectively.Food gives us energy to work-- not spirituality or meditation.Even to pass on the ethos which the institution claims to have bequeathed to us ,we need energy, which is a direct consequence of having good food.. The fact is all the sources of food have restrictions on them. For example: Canteens, one of the places for college students to hang out and rejuvenate the lost energy, has a time restriction..I don't say that there shouldn't be a time restriction but 7:00 pm is too early for the canteens to close..The mess starts at around 7:15 pm and closes by 8:20 pm.Within one-hour a student is expected to fill his stomach with food enough to work for the rest of the night..Okay! Let us assume it is possible to fill our stomachs with the required amount of food.Medicine says that our food digests within 4 hours from eating...But the tasks we are assigned,if done properly(without resorting to commonly practised techniques like copying) takes atleast 5-6 hours...So even if we finish having our food by 8:00 pm and start doing our work by 8:30 pm,the energy that our food gave wouldn't last for more than 2 hours...So we are again hungry by 10:30 pm and left with almost three quarters of work..What do we do???? Ha...the management is heartless....Okay! I'm talking about the ideal situation where a student does his work on a day-to-day basis and doesn't accumulate work...
Okay..Consider a student who has a particular inclination towards sports..The classes end at 4:00 pm(only if the Prof decides not to take an extra class or he shows pity on us and doesn't conduct a tutorial..).Now the sports enthusiasts go back to the hostel, perhaps wait till 5:00 pm for the snacks and walk about 3 kms to the ground to play...The place gets dark by 6:30 pm and perhaps you can see your shadow only if you come to junction near the general stores(more about General stores later..)....There might be more street lights but they haven't switched it on perhaps in years of my stay to open my eyes to the fact- that there are actually many...Now the sportsman finds his way back to the hostel, choosing the shortest path--the ashram way,to conserve some energy, reminding himself of the fact that he would be given grass or may be as food in the mess hall..All his attempts to conserve energy would be futile for he has to walk back three loooong kilometers. On the way,he might take a pit-stop near the thorough fare and refill his senses with the scent of the Malayalee beauties...Beauty does stimulate one's senses..Afterall they are the figures of our college..Now..he whacks himself to surge on the tar road which leads to a rather dusty road with bumps here and there which finally leads to "MESS" hall..Ah! such a messy place...Hi-fing a few classmates who have a disguted look,he reaches the plate section...Well,you don't have to search for a neat plate because all are equally bad..The odds of you getting a bad plate even if you pick blindfolded are too high..So the dude doesn't waste energy in thinking as to which plate to choose. He does succeed in conserving a little energy but eventually drains a lot into wash area scrubbing the plate..Haha!!..You can't escape..!! Now..he gathers all his energy..moves forward drying his plate...hoping for a delicious dish..All he finds is Puri's which are one-fourth the size of his hand, with newspaper stuck underneath..He smirks at the mess staff and takes small steps to serve himself chole(chola,as they call)..He might be facing resistance or might get a few elbow blows as his mates jostle for some liquid called sambhar or rasam(mostly water)..Jostling is at its peak only for Panneer and the last time I witnessed a peak was ages ago..
Sweat, like any other thing cannot defy gravity and finds itself a place in the food and perhaps feels happy for adding flavour to the blandness...
Now what does the dean/other officials who framed the rules do??All they do is spend some time writing their bucket list and have delicious food....
Okay!!! Ditch the canteens and mess halls..Can we prepare our food in the hostel rooms??
Ans:Food..?? That's a punishable offence..Atleast a fast food like maggi noodles??? Noway..do u have kettle??...It might have been confiscated by now and perhaps you might have deluged the warden's office with apology letters..You all know how much we pay!! Needless to say..

This just marks the beginning of Fact #1..More to come..So stay glued!!(It helps in conserving energy..!!)

DAy scholar life is a BLISSSSSSS
hey com'on.. its not as u hv expressed..
u might feel its strict, but as the days pass by, you would come to know its value. u might take some days to get adjusted to college. when this is done, u'd be the most happiest person in tis world. try taking things positively rather going against!

          regards
          Abhishek
hey frnds... i am from ase bangalore :)final year :) im using my pen name n You ll know why wen u r done reading this comment.. ive lived in this place for like almost 4 years ..one of my frnds from here sent me this link and asked me to check it out with a " is out college that bad?? " label :) well to frankly admit, i do agree with few of the facts mr.joshi has shared with us. the ones wrt food. we bangalore guys went to the extent of striking for the want of good food wen v wer actually being served lizard tails, cockroach wings n legs, houseflies iron nuts screws bandages ect. actually claiming to be a purely vegetarian mess :) i myself witnessed a guy stuffing a bajjai with an iron rod inside into the complaint box :) : ) finally we wer punished with suspension and some more stupid rules into effect which ruined our free slots and lunch breaks. we wer left with 20 mins of lunch break evryday within which v wer supposed to fight the queue, fidn gud plates to eat, wash them n finish the food.. its tufer than getting ladoos from thirupati ladoo queue ...:) above evrything there is a strict rule that v r forbidden from bringin in food from outside into the hostel premises evn if its vegetarian which includes no delivery of pizzas or burgers from anywer...all saturdays wer working full day.. v wer being royally scrwed. our culturals was cancelled n v couldn think of anythign but classes n exam the whole semester. over to hostel rules - we were/are not supposed to use our fones in the corridor after 9 30 failing which vll be fined a gud 2500 n suspension depending on how much the warden likes you ..and not to forget our fones wil be checkd(inbox sent msgs, drafts, saved msgs, call log, gallery musci files) and anythin found odd wil be reported to parents to ruin the satisfaction they got in enrollin him in an engineerin college inspite of the worries they had in leavin him in a hostel n the pain of missing him..over to next..we r supposed to be inside campus by 6 30 n punishment again for BEING A MINUTE LATE. cameras to monitor students. 2 gate passes a month to visit parents n oly parents. there wer times wen letters from frnds n parents wer checkd before they wer handed over to us. n the funniest of evrything.. v r not supposed to wash clothes after 9 o clock.. or visit our frnds room after 9 o clock.. v cant use kettles steamers, iron boxes fones which have evn a radio for multimedia.. v don have water most of the day.. jus 3 hours a day, we get water in the bathroom taps.. for all the money v pay here all v get is this much. n yeah not to forget something very important, a student is required to be the jell jum n soo gud a guy to score in exams.. else he s scrwed. cannot be done with his 4 years of college without an F grade or atleast an I grade .. this happens specially if a guy n a gal are seen together quite often in so calld flirt zones like cafeteria, chaat canteen n ice cream parlour.. or evn in an ATM queue..:) but ppl who choose abandoned classrooms and staircases for their "DEEDS" go unnoticed by faculty n officials... k done with these.. bout culturals.. this is the time v have fun amidst evrything going around us. but still evn here we have rules on what kind of songs to sing n wat kinda songs to dance for.. art is a culture n wer does the meaning of songs come here as long as it doesn have four lettered words... freshers r the prime targets.. they r scrwd maximum wen they r still young frightened n lost..there s no room for affection n love wen all the AMRITA missions talk is about giving unconditional love to people all over the world.. i sometimes feel the things which r going on here r insulting the holy AMMA.. many many end up with killing themselves coz of these rules.. n many many i know have attempted to kill themselves n ve been saved.. if a guy commits a mistake then he s the bolded news in the students notice board which will have all the worst words chosen to degrade him to death..and wen u step forward to lodge a complaint about one of our faculties, that seals it all.. we will be subjected to emotional blackmails n threatenings which finally reflects in our grades and unhappy parents who get memos which state all possible reason illustrating their child like some criminal. which s worser than being beaten black n blue by a set of gundaas...half our college life was spent drafting apology letters for silly n stupid reasons like walkin in the corridor alone or sneezing in class n lookin under my table during exam ect... havin said this much to wat mr. Joshi had to tell, i would also like to add soemthing more.. its definitely not a disclaimer..
well you learn a lot wen u r in such a place.. u leanr not to trust ppl.. you learn to live with broken hearts n insulted minds.. u learn to control yourself evn wen u don like to n this character might help u fit in the corporate world.. u make gud frnds to share the pain n stress u undergo n finally after 4 years you have tears which show the pain of missin your frnds n that moment will make you feel u lived in a place which gave u such good ppl in life and wil make u regret less... n finally
rules can be there... but shud not torture mankind and their emotional quotient of life..
but still v survived the hell for 4 years n our last 40 days r left for us to still njoy our own times together... hats off to ’06 batch ASE bang... i salute u mates :)
i agree to every word stated in the complaint.i am from ase batch 07 ! the 2nd batch of bakras that landed up in amrita! we were lucky in a way coz we were still fallin under vtu, so we cud be sure atleast we wudn be failed as per the managements will. but else, every word that is said about life at amrita campus, esp the hostel is so true. its worse than a torture camp!!
iam also frm amrita cbe..the above stated complaints are true...and its getting worster than ever...if we raise against this torture then we will get a reward called suspensions...its all fate!!!
