Hello there,

The below response which i got is really embarrassing and frustrating. Now my frustration level is increasing like anything as this is really bad response.

While purchasing the phone the guys told me that i will get the insurance even if the phone gets stolen and many more sweet words to get phone. While selling the insurance they said in just 6100 inr you will get all the benefits and said it is a very good insurance company.

You guys are playing with customer feelings/emotion. While selling insurance i was told by by giving the fir report and the bill i will get the claim.

When i first logged the request these people made me run 15 days that these documents are missing and something or the other. I have sent all the documents many time since 16th may 2018 when i logged the request. Whenever i call to check whether you people have received the documents or not they say we are unable to find the documents, don't know whether the emails get deleted automatically form the companies mailbox. I have shared all the documents and follow-up with the company time to time to check what else they need. Around after 16 days of so much of tension these people say dues to your description it is not a theft.

You people made me to run to police station for days to get the written application. I have been to them for so many times but i was unable to get the written complaint as i already logged an fir report. The fir report which i logged was from police station, the guys were helpful and helped me with an app and asked to submit all the details over there and as soon as i submitted i received the email with fir copy with digital signature and dully stamped. But still with the companies request i have been to them many time and as they said the report is already logged and the email which you received is an fir report which is genuine.

When i was with the call with the amtrust after reading the description even the guy's who picked up the call said it is stolen case they said this over the call it self, but you are rejecting stating that it is mysterious disappearance which not acceptable.

From my end i have provided all the details, i am a genuine person and if any thing is missing from end then let me know but saying like this that it is mysterious disappearance is not good.

Now i am going to write the concern in social media, i will write to george karfunkel,
Michael karfunkel, otherwise i have to contact consumer care department.
