Amul Dairy — bad quality in toned mill

I was bought 1pkt of half ltr toned milk pouch on 9.6.15 at 9 pm at my nearest store Mangal General Store and 10.6.15 around 5:30 when opened and boiled - got converted to thick rubber fluid.
