Pathetic customer service and low quality food products availability in Big Bazaar Amul Purchased cheese block a month back which was full of fungus and not expired. Posted on twitter but still waiting for resolution. Just got a single call from Amul franchise regarding replacement of cheese block with cheese slice, you people think customers are fool. Replacing is not a solution. I think you people will be only serious until n unless a case will be filled for unhygienic and infectious product availability in so called Modern Stores like Big Bazaar and a big brand like Amu Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir the big complaint is that every week I buy amul kool coffee but it is hot not chilled shopkeeper told me that coke put their products in fridge and put out amul all products so there is only sale of coke there is so much rush in shop of that
