    We have been consumers of Amul since many years. However, since the past three months, the quality has been horrendous. Even full cream and buffalo milk has been slim and odorous. It has no nutritional value especially for the cost. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

      We are running a shop . Since many years . We have been selling Amul milk in morning since a long time. But since last 4 to 5 months . The guy doesn't come in morning to supply milk . My shop is in opposite of a school name St.xaviers school . Where many students and their parents comes and they ask for milk pouch like amul shakti (MRP 26), amul taaza (MRP24). And we are not being able to give them, because of the person who gives milk doesn't come in morning and hence they have to go a long distance to get milk. And they feel sad . I would request if you kindly look into this matter and help me ..

          Amul cow milk has deteriorated in quality. Since last 1 month, not a single layer of malai deposits on it. Taste has also changed. We have been using amul cow milk for many years. Now, have to change the brand if this is the condition.

                    Dear Sir, I purchased Amul Cow Ghee from DMart(Aundh) on 26th Dec. I see this is still liquid in pkt at 10 degree temperature. I liquidate the ghee to use and then it never became solid till now, looks like this ghee is mixed with oil as its texture has also changes post heating the Ghee and keeping it in freezer to see the effect.

                    Below is the Dmart bill lien item. Order was placed on 26th Dec and received on 27th Dec.

                          I believe that The ghee which i bought of Amul is adulterated and is not pure as mentioned in the packaging. I did not expect this negligence from the manufacturers.

                            The distributor M.B.Sales cannot provide the products on time. They issue bill on my shops name and deliver it to some other shop. They takes back the expired product but failed to return or deduct the amount in the bills. Instead they have stop taking orders from my shop.
                            Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

This is prohibited under your agreement as well as government notifications.                                 I bought 1 L Amul Cow Ghee from online store, it has a very bad smell, smelling like a slauter house... Very foul smell.. that now I can't consume that ghee.
                                Pls improve the quality of ghee otherwise don't play with the health of consumer.

                                  Amul cow milk has become powdered milk. the taste of cow milk nowadays is same as that of powdered milk. There is no cream on top when the milk is brought to a boil.

                                    Regret to inform you that Amul cow milk supplied in Dwarka Sector 9 South-west Delhi is of very bad quality for past 5 days. Taste of the milk is not up to the standard we have been getting earlier.

                                      Shopkeeper charges more than MRP and it is our right to take action. Amul milk price is 24 and they sold for 25 it's not legal every rupee matters

                                        Regret to inform That cow milk being suppliead at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi is of much deteriorated quality for last 3 days. The thickness density etc., has reduced. The milk leaves coating on utensils and no Malai formation is there Thus doubting fat content as well. The batch of yestardays milk is BN-BF22. Expiry on 4th Jan 2022. The Distributor informed It is supplied from Faridabad plant.
