As a staunch and steadfast customer of all Amul products, I'm very concerned and deeply disappointed about the extremely poor quality of the Amul cheese slices that I have bought.

The cheese is so sticky that it sticks to the plastic wrapper and to the teeth and tongue.

The cheese slices in my previous two orders of cheese slices had incredibly thin slices which fell to pieces before I could even take it out of the wrapping paper.

My family strongly recommends that I switch to another make altogether for our cheese requirements - Milky Mist or Britannia or any other make and avoid Amul altogether. I thought I should flag this up to you.

    It was a most embarrassing experience for me. I have gifted amul chocolate gift pack to my sister and when she opened a sealed pack chocolate box 2 chocolates were missing in it. This was totally unexpected from a brand like amul. Disappointed.

      We had a horrifying experience where 2 pieces of sharp glass pieces were found while eating Amul American fruit and nuts icecream.
      It is extremely scary to think about the circumstances had we ingested those glass pieces.
      This is a serious matter and needs urgent intervention from the company.
      The experience has been horrible and needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

        Having severe stomach ace after ingesting Amul spoiler bitter paneer batch no :SAG2572 MFG DT: 14 SEPT 2021..last time a whe pack of slice cheese had thrown away dur to the same awful burnt plastic taste.. Udiy I thought is an isolated instance. But when I have experienced it on paneer also I have decided to talk to people regarding this.. is it acceptable for a company like Amul to pass off dangerous food items like this as most of the consumers will be small kids .

            There is a rotten patch(off white plus green) on the cheese block. i only noticed it when already consumed half of it. I am really disappointed and worried too. Please check why this happened and kindly ensure that this does not happen again. Also i wish to get a get a refund or replacement of my product. I asked to the retailer also but he denied me of fulfilling any such request and advised me to make an online complaint.

            Attached the photos along with batch no., bar code and MFG Date.

            Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.

              I Mohanlal Narayanji Choudhary the owner of Janata Sweets & Dry Fruits Palghar is a retail saler of your product writing this letter to bring your attention that I had order Amul Processed Cheese Block 200gm, which I had received on 22/09/2021 through one of your distributor (Hari Om Trades (Boisar)).After Sale the Product has received complain from our the customer that the product is hygienic and defective.and same as been inform to the Distributor.

              Due to Such Complain our reputation has been suffer by circulating such thinks on Social Media.

                Hi, I want to complaint of one o[censored]r supplier, I am from Rampur UP LIC Chauraha, Custom Office.. Here is one supplier sold Ice Cream as per his choice rates. I stopped him but he use to argued with me. Doesn't realize his mistake. So I want to inform you to take action against him. He is l destroying ur value in the market.                   I have been using and consuming Amul Gold for years. However, from last many months me and my family members are experiencing something shocking when we see malai being formed on boiling the milk. It feels like plastic paper. First we ignored, but today we found it's actually plastic paper. Really it's very shocking and worrying for my family including little kids who consume such milk. Not expected this quality from Amul.

                        This is to inform you that one of your retailer Amul ice cream BIGBITE, Malakpet is selling Amul Milk at the price more than the MRP. Mr. Adnan is the name of owner who is selling products at rates higher than the MRP because there is none other than him selling Amul here. Cant you appoint anyone more shop here in the Malakpet locality?

                        I request the Management to stop him for doing this malpractice of selling products above the MRP just because of the monopoly in the market.

                        Or let us know any other seller in the locality so that we can buy from there.

                            We had purchased a 400 g tin packaged butter. While opening the box for using, the sharp packaging had cut my mother hand and she started to bleed profusely. We had bandaged that night and opened the wound next morning to monitor the condition. But again blood started flowing too much. I request you to make customer friendly packages. If any child tries to open this kind of package, the damage could be something beyond repair. Kindly look into this as a Critical hazard!

                                I have been a loyal customer of Amul since many years but today I found something dirty while pouring the amul cream..it was thumbs down..as amul is the brand known for its quality but it had something black in it... also I would like to share that as amul full cream milk also is now days turning of low quality as the cream upon it does not comes nicely upon it..

                                    Sir, I want to draw your attention towards Amul dairy opened by company at village area in up. Dairy person tempering the rate fixing machine of milk as former are coming to dairy for selling their milk to get best rate of their animal milk but they get breached by Amul dairy personnel and poor former not getting exact rate of milk as standardised by amul company.it is request to amul official to get snap visit at below mention milk dairy and get tested their machine and do needful for poor former.

The dealer name is raj milk parlour, paigamber pur-841403 and also all dealers in baniyapur - 841403, kindly take strict action on distributor as it impacts on amul goodwill.

                                        Dear Amul parlour, at Vastrapur, You have given one franchise. There is some people are standing from the UP and other states... when any girls enter to the parlour they people are starring to the girls from face to leg.. we girls feel so weird.and than after they comments on the girls and misbehaving and disrespectful to the girls and womens.. this so so cheap thi g happening at the parlour you started...
                                        Please do the needful otherwise u have to complaint to the consumer.
