Amul Distributor Complaint

We are shopkeepers and we take Amul milk from Subhonil Distributor in Howrah and he doesn't deliver the milk at our shop at time intentionally and he creates monopoly among his all purchaser and his milk van driver ask for bribe for early delivery of milk. We sell around milk of around 12-13 Carat and due to his late delivery, we are losing our customers. I would request Amul's authority to take strict action against him and cancel his distributorship....

I visit Amul Parlor shop no 3 Sharnam recedancy near Asharam Bapu ashram Jahangirpura Surat 395005.
8.55 pm Today I was buy a cow milk for my little girl, but Shopkeeper not giving me cow milk because he saying me why you not buy regularly from me and he saying get out from my shop i am not sale milk you.

    I have purchased sagar ghee 1 ltr teen...april 2021 (MAG 1123/22 APRIL 2021 ) packaged, which is smelled while eating.

    so request you to replace it by new 1 ltr sagar ghee teen.

        As per the norm, no product to be sold more than Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the pack. It seems that this is not appicable to AMUL and SUMUL Milk and MIlk products.

        You go to any shop in Surat, where AMUL/SUMUL products are sold, they take at least 50paise to 2 rupees more than the actual MRP printed particularly MIlk and Curd products packed in 250ml, 500ml and 1L.

        If you question the shop keeper or shop owner, you will not get product at all. They produce an excuse such as cooling charges after 8-8.30AM onwards. From next time onwards, you could face NO STOCK message from shopkeeper, as he recognize your face. :)

        May we know what is the action AMUL/SUMUL Milk Federation takes in this regard.

        Milk Federation/ respective Govt Authority can visit any shop in Surat city/urban area under the zone and check themselve on this issue and confirm.

          He is a arrogant person and Talks very Rudely.

              Mr. Deepak (+[protected], Amul Executive for solving Costumer Complaints is a very Rude and impatient person. He delays Costumer Complaints and thus results in no proper solution for the pending Complaint.
              He talks very rudely with Costumers.
              I hate Amul now after talking to this person.

                  I purchased a amul paneer packet 1kg (rs 350, batch no SAG1571, packed 06/Jun/ 21 from a local shop at Silchar, Assam. After I opened, I tasted the raw paneer and found to be different taste (bitter + sour). It has spoilt.
                  The local shop is not willing to return or refund.

                        I am Jay Ballav owner of Harsh General store R/O S-127 School Block Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.I would like to inform you that i am not getting milk supply at my store. It's been a long time we have been selling Amul products like milk, dahi, lassi, etc. But your distributor name Vikram Singh(Area manager-Sudhir) who provides milk supply is not providing us milk supply at my store.It is very disheartening to not able to provide products to our customers. Since lockdown, we have been providing good business to you by selling your products more.

                        It's a humble request to please look into this matter and provide us milk supply at our store.

                          I purchased half litre full cream milk from shiva dairy Rani bagh which was burst. when i check date it was expired. I went to shop he argued with me he did not payback money. it was ridiculous moments for me.

                              Amul Distributor Jalandhar, Punjab (+[protected] is not listening to the complaints regarding spoilt Products. There are many rumours that he is selling expired products by changing the manufacturing Date and thus spoiling the big brand name of Amul.
                              He is a very arrogant person.
                              I am very shocked how AMUL can give franchise/ or dealership license to such person.
                              So, thereby, I am seeking Amul to ensure it.

                                Hi Sir/Madam,
                                I am A retailer( N A Store) from New Delhi Dwarka more 110078.
                                I am Selling Amul Milk but not receiving a supply on a daily basis/Regular from your area distributor ( Rahul Enterprises). So it is very difficult to catch a customer for amul milk and sell other milk competitions .

                                  I purchaged half litre milk pouch dated on[protected] at 7:20 PM from "Shiva Dairy, Rani bagh New Delhi 110034. When I open milk pouch it was burst. When I checked that pouch date it was mettioned as "26th August 15:42.The distributer argued with me when I complained to AMUL customer care he gave me a complaint number. complaint number is 166161 but there is response from AMUL.
