I Laxmikant Mahour R/O WZ 1588 Main Market Rani Bagh New Delhi 110034.
I purchaged half litre milk pouch dated on[protected] at 7:20 PM from "Shiva Dairy, Rani bagh New Delhi 110034. When I open milk pouch it was burst. When I checked that pouch date it was mettioned as "26th August 15:42.The distributer argued with me when I complained to AMUL customer care he gave me a complaint number. complaint number is 166161 but there is response from AMUL.

if you can resolve problem then there is no worth of customer care.

    Patel enterprises your Jogeshwari west distributor is vry rude dnt give fare deal dosnt give fresh stock and telling me not to take Amul products from him as he will not give me any. Because he is boss and he has agency he is telling. His

      I am vipul from Bareilly. Experienced Worst service ever. Provider me defective freezer by Amul due to which 2 times my stock get melted (loss of approx 25k each time).
      Amul area manager not providing me the scheme.

      Amul is so irresponsible and fraud.

        I am Ner Dist. Yavatmal, Maharashtra I have Cafe named Pizzahub & FoodBazaar Ner The agent of amul does not take my orders and not providing amul products such as Amul mozzarella cheese, butter, burger patty, cheese slices etc .I tried to convince him to deliver but he tries to sell this products as a retailer. I need these products as box quantity.plz take action against this agency and convey this msg to distributor

          On the packaging of the product the image demonstrates almonds, hazelnuts and some purple circular things, although respectively I don't seem to find any hazelnuts and purple circular things. Why is that so?

            Amul Masti dahi stale and bad taste

            Bought amul masti dahi from nearby local shop.The taste of dahi was very bad there was some kind of foul smell when packet was opened.The taste of curd was very bad and disgusting it was like some kind of powder was mixed with curd.I thought that i had bought expired product but when i checked the date i saw that dahi was within its expiry date.
            Don't know how they are preparing it's curd never expected this from amul.From now onwards...

            We bought 4 packets of Amul Taaza milk today at 8 am from Shiva stores Survey Park, Kolkata-700075. The date mentioned on the pouch is 27th August, 2021. At 10:30 am while boiling the milk we found that the milk was spoiled/curdled and it was smelling very bad. We are your regular customers since 25 years and have witnessed this incident in the past too. When we tried complaining about it to the shopkeeper he refused to listen and hence, we are registering our complaint here.
            This is a very serious issue as it impacts the health of the customers.
            Expecting a positive response at the earliest as you are such a big and esteemed organization and to ensure the faith of the customers in you.
            Please find attached the images to find the evidence for our complaint.

              Dear sir,
              I m recently started an super bazar, I m using amul products from my childhood and I love amul products. I also wanted to start to sell these products, but as I new in business I can not purchase in bulk quantity but definitely with in 2-3 months I will.
              But the distributor of shirpur is very rude and not supportive.

              So I requested pls intervene in this matter, and help us to grow amul business.

                I bought 4 jars of Amul Cow Ghee (High Aroma) from Grofers. All of them are fake and defective. Once you remove the top layer from jar, its all black. Ghee is not pure and is fake. When I tried to return to Grofers, they are not accepting it as its been more than 7 days since the purchase. I want to highlight this issue as how can a reputable company like Amul have fake/defective products? I want my refund for the fake items which I purchased and need to bring this issue to company's notice.

                  I am staying at Rajkot (Royal park). I use to buy AMUL milk from 5 year. I got last day milk very bad taste. It seems like china clay or something else in Amul Gold 500ML pouch in 23/8/2021. I have sample for that, If you want I provide.

                          I purchased 1L Amul Fresh Cream from a well known Bakery. The cream brought was fresh according to manufacturing date but was DETERIORATED when opened. It's texture was weird. I am a regular consumer of this product and thus used it a number of times. After so many calls at [protected], I received call from one of their Executive and told to return the product to the Bakery. But the bakery owner said that he will give new cream only when they will receive from the company. Yet company has not given the product. Not aspected from such a well known Amul Brand.

                            Bought icecream chocolate cone for my kid but found so soft that it runs melting and the cone was very soft and fussy. Complained to your delivery store and suggested us to contact you and refused for any assistant or exchange .
                            Very desperate about the way people you provided to sell the product. Got so disappointed that i have to pacify myself only to fulfill my kids wish to have other companys product.

                            Kindly look into the matter and take adequate steps.
                            I may have gone for CDRF.
                            Hope a positive reply.

                              Cheese is not melting properly.
                              I’ve a pizza cafe, and I’m using Amul cheese from the start, i.e. one year. Since then I’ve have had this problem twice that the cheese does not melt completely as always.

But the hotel owner took twenty-five rupees more of refrigerator charge.. that is he sold me 15 rs chocobar to 20 and amul frostick of rs 30 to 40. I showed them on rapper there will be printed that MRP is inclusive of all taxes, but they give me reason of freezer charge.

                                      Hi, Purchased a packet of Amul Kaju Katri from Annapurna Dairy, Shah Arcade, Sector 6 Kharghar Navi Mumbai on 12th August 2021 for self. After opening the pack found that kaju Katri has a layer of fungus below the katri.. A good amount of visible fungus was also present at bottom and paper on between. Already had half, Haven't expected this from such a reputed brand.
                                      This must be taken as a complaint and suitable proactive must be initiated against the Amul company keep health of public at large.
