I am from Jhansi, as a day I went to buy milk the shopkeeper charged 1rupees extra, as i asked the aunty told me they don't get any profit from selling milk of amul and the uncle started to shout at me and said the same thing and told nobody argues you are the only one who said this. Then i asked them to stop selling it they told if you want take it or go, they also said every one sells like this. Can you please take some action on it.😠The shop is agrawal confectionery, in shivaji nagar Jhansi, near gyan sthali school.

I regular customer of yours and would like to make a complaint abt Amul dealer n sanand, SBI road, near to radhe skyline, distt- ahmedabad, gujarat, pin 382110.

Dealer name- Harshiddi Parlour

One of the shopkeeper there is very rude n behaviour and charging for very trivial things like plastic bag that too without informing customers.

Pls look into such small
Issues as these create bad impression of company.

The Amul cheese cube has whole plastic piece in middle of it.

The stick inside was broken and has a sharp pointy edge which could easily pierce through the skin.

This is the quality check by Amul it could easily hurt any child and the issue is very serious.

I brought a 5L amul ghee tin pack half of the pack was fine, some amount of it was in liquid form because it was in 30-32 degrees of temperature and taste was also great. But towards the end now ghee is in solid state and doesn’t taste like ghee at all. It is definitely not ghee, and tastes very bad. It gets sticky in mouth, we had to brush our teeth and drink water to take it off from our mouth.

It is very disappointing...

I am resident of Ratlam MP pin code 457001, have tried purchasing Amul Gold milk of 1 lt or 0.5 lt, from each and every distributors and dealers but they all are charging 1 or 2 rupees extra other than MRP..
Either make them sell on MRP or just take away your dealership.. form the city..

I am vimal kumar gupta and distributer of Amul milk at Sadh Nagar palam, new delhi . Have been getting Amul bread from last 5 month without my consent so am getting huge loss on bread and am trying my best to sell Amul bread to retailer but no one is interested to buy because there is no return policy by Amul even I'm giving buy 1 get 1 offer to minimise my loss .
I'm getting loss on daily basis . No one help me in this case . br...

The Amul chocolate that was brought today is fungal infected.
I want the Amul to take the correct measures for the following product deatails :

I bought amul masti dahi today. It is smelling very bad. I am regularly using amul gold milk. From last one month atleast once in a week milk is also smelling very bad. It test like some chemical is added to it. We are purchasing amul product from umiya dairy parlour, dental college road, ghuma. Store owner is giving us fresh product. Do needful. Amul is manufacturing best milk products. Don't compromise with quality and do needful. Please confirm such products are replaceable or not?

We've purchased two litre packing milk today from Madhav Dairy, Bharat colony, Faridabad but this milk curdling when it's hot and it's expiry date use before 2.08.2021 and batch no B:BF56 09:32. I said to him today is last date to use this packing milk you give me another packing but he told me that this is company packing date. We've already face the same problem many times before today. So I request you to please randomly checking at Madhav Dairy or you need to improve the milk quality. We've noticed many times that Madhav Dairy owner or persons always gives last date expiry packing milk, so please take the action against him and improve of your milk quality. Your quick and positive response is highly appreciated.

Today I have purchased Amul's roasted almonds & Kesar pista flavour from nearby store located at Vasai East. First of all, the quantity which they r giving is too less as compared to the price of Rs. 60/- and secondally the taste was not good and almonds had bad quality and bad odour was coming from whole ice cream. I have totally wasted my money for bad quality as well as too much less quantity.
Also the storekeeper is so rude & doing cheating for quality as well as quantity.
I won't recommend Amul Icecream anyone. Very bad experience.

I am vipul from Bareilly. Experienced Worst service ever. Provider me defective freezer by Amul due to which 2 times my stock get melted (loss of approx 25k each time).
Amul area manager not providing me the scheme and now not picking up the call.
I have no stock due to which my shop is closed last week and guys have nothing to do with it.
Amul is so irresponsible and fraud.

500ml milk price 26 when MRP is 24

Mrp on amul buttermilk is 12 rupees but I pay for it 15 rupees at katni station mp as a railway traveller in train 08214 S4 sheet no.78.
At your Amul Counter may be which is on plate form no.1 at here.
After asking your guys saying it's rate you want if or not. That the way of customer dealing.
It remarks on my mind because we using your milk ghee butter but in future we think about other company or local.

I reside at Arihant Adita, Pal Gangana Road, Jodhpur. The retail shop named Arihant in the premises of Society charges at least Rs. 1 - Rs. 2 per litre extra on MRP mentioned on Milk poly-pack. Request you to take appropriate action against the Retailer mentioned above.

I purchased amul butter, a package of 1/2 kg, yesterday. Today morning we had a bun with amul butter. And we have been eating amul butter for a long time. But today everyone was complaining about its too much salt level . And when I tasted it, it was too salty (not the same as its authentic taste). And I would say, it is not tasty at all.
It is looking same as other butters that i have purchased before

I want to know if the company has changed the ingredients to make the butter.
Or the package that I have purchased is faulty one.

Please let me inform whether it is fault from your side or it has arrived with new taste of too much salt (really unbearable).

if you want to take sample then you can ask me.
And give me solution to this that should i further consume it or not, as soon as possible.

We have a confectionery shop nd the milk comes is mostly expiry nd where we take that shopkeeper says that there is no date matters on milk nd we daily had a wastage because he never gives fresh milk

1. The above Plot is my Ancestral properties & I am the owner. It is reserved for Public Purpose under New Development Plan notified by state . I desire to surrender to MCGM/ State for Public Purpose in exchange of compensation.
2. On my Complaint on 17th Sept 2020, MCGM has carried out demolition o[censored]nauthorised structures in my property erected by Allan Miranda and Sidney Miranda and Steven Miranda & at behest Vitreous D’Souza
3. Pursuant to that I have filed a suit before Hon’ble high court Bombay for Injunction which is pending hearing. Taking advantage of adjournment in high court, Miranda family members have threatened my caretaker Pritam Naik, today i.e. 24th Dec 2020 and have dumped construction material on the plot I have made complaint to BMC on 24Th March 2021
4. It is a matter of record that that MCGM has demolished dated 15th Sept 2020 & later a Notice of demand dated 19th September 2020 against Sidney Miranda of Rs 18000. For recovery of expenses for demolition and the same remains unpaid till date.
5. It has been seen by my caretaker Pritam Naik that BMC P/North staff who is called as “Nana-Jadhav” along with Ganesh Sidney, Allan, Steven Miranda and Vitreous D’souza have started unauthorised construction in June- July 2021 (Photos attached)
6. Kindly register MRTP Police case against Ganesh, Nana-Jadhav Ganesh Sidney, Allan, Steven Miranda and Vitreous D’souza, failing which I will file writ petition against BMC in Bombay High court .

This complaint is regards to amul butter purchase... I purchased butter few days back with packaging of feb'2021 but when I opened that I was not fresh and was full of algae I want to escalate this further and want a answer that if I eat that by mistake who is responsible for my health...

4 kgs milk brought from Bhatia general store ( Krishna Nagar ) got curdled on heating
so we want to request a refund as the whole batch that was sold on that day had the same issue .
