The outlet in Bochasan swll the product at overpriced rate which means sell at higher price than MRP. Such as Butter Milk of Amul is of 10 rupees but it is been sold at 11 rupees. Please consider my complaint seriously it's the second time.

Charging higher price in Hirapur Dhanbad Jharkhand for Milk (1 litre 43.00 MRP charged 44.00-45.00) and Masti Dahi (1 Kg - 63.00 MRP charged 65.00) has become a trend here and It seems that a section of Amul products supply chain management people has a covert consent to this .May be they also have a pie of the cake. Although I don't expect any action still for general awareness I am submitting the issue.From my end I am going to opt for a brand switch to Megha or Sudha or even Ossom and atleast crack five brand loyals for sure. Further Hirapur is Heart of the town centrally located with easy accessibility of transportation and not a remote place

Yesterday I purchase amul toned milk. It's taste is horrible and when I boil it a foam is created on the surface of milk. And during boiling cracking voice will come.

3 din se bhaish ka amul milk daily fat rha tha.. phle b complaint ki but no responce...

Amul milk ab badiya quality ka milk sell nahi karte venders ko customer ko itne price me 57 per litre me ghatiya quality milk deta hai paani mila hota hai dooth mai wo jaise pehle jaisa peene me doodh maja aata ta wo nahi hai ab price bhi din pe din bahut kar diya Amul brand ne kyoki customer jyada badh gaye hai ab jabhi ghatiya quality doodh pilata hai ye customer ko inke khilaaf karwayi honi chahiye ab jaise din pe din rate bhi high kar rahe hai aaur quality bhi nahi dete milk me ye Amul brand

This is mixed with dalda... you guys think u are making fool of customers...but youare ruining your own reputation...i am going to tell 100 other people not to buy it...but it was really sad to see what you do...i used to trust Amul. Not anymore.

Hello m Mrunali, I like all products of amul Nd i regularly use them but yesterday I bought fruit N nut dark chocolate and I found tiny hair in that ... I understand that was unintentional mistake but it's very disappointing ...

I bought your products with reliability but it's been second time that i have to throw whole amul cream cheese spread as there was fungus in it. I am not gonna use your products from now as they are highly
non reliable. I ignored it once but again it happened.
Do we pay the money to buy fungus food from you?
And you guys are so shameless that you do nothing about complaint.

Hi monisha here my complaint is regarding Amul milk.today I did buy one milk packet full cream in 29 rs.whn I did trying for bowl thn milk turned sour .thn I went same shop asked about another milk he demanded more money .said it’s not our fault if milk is not good.so why it’s happening.why we waste money whn it’s not fresh .don’t do with customers so plz check it (store name Yadav store)

I am regular customer of Amul butter but i am afraid because when i purchase 100 gram Amul butter and checked and the taste was totally different also the colour of butter is different than original. And when I eat the taste look like something is mixed in this like dalda. Kindly investigate if it is fake of your product.

I am living in Alirajpur district of Madhya Pradesh. All the retailers selling every product more than the MRP. For example, I got Amul chaach 400/500ml in Rs. 15, and MRP was Rs.12 from shop(Harshita Kirana Store), Umrali road. It's ruining the image of yours company. Somehow you’re also in support of this(as locals think). Please us with this, otherwise I'll lodge a complaint in Consumer court regarding ths.

I use to buy 200 ml slim and trim milk.
I buy at Gandhi society . There are many retailers at Gandhi society.one of the retailers charge 11 RS per pack of 200 ml slim and trim milk . I therefore start buying from Sindhu Nagar where the charges are 9 RS per pack.
Sindhu Nagar is quite far from my residence.
Can you tell me which is the correct rate ?
And if 9 RS per pack is correct then why the retailer at Gandhi society charge 2 rs more per 200 ml pack ?
Can you stop that retailer robbing innocent people ?
2 rs per 200 ml mean 10 rs per ltr...

I have indicated him many times but he isn't responding on it .Please do some action on it .

I live in Sector-21, Gurgaon and I have noticed these days the quality of the milk not good. The milk leaves the bitter taste in the mouth as if it is synthetic and after we boil the milk a separate yellow oil surface comes at the top of the milk.
Please look into this matter. Milk is one of the essential intake of protein that we have everyday. Amul is one of the largest producers of natural and we have been consuming this milk since 10 years, but if the milk will be adulterated then we have discontinue consuming it.
This issue is faced by maximum of residents in Sector-21, Gurgaon. Therefore, I request you to look into this serious issue.

With Great disappointment I am writing this email. I thought being a retailer and selling a brand like Amul in the store is the best thing. But after an year got to know that we should encourage the local player or new player and sell their products.
Because Amul is already big brand and they don’t need any support from small retailer like us.
From Past 8 months neither I got a single phone call nor an email revert from Amul team. I have been in touch(only SMS) with Ms. Supriya Singh but she is so busy that she can’t spare 10min to talk to me and she always tells me to
reach out to distributor or SO Mr. Niran who cheated me and of no use.

• Distributors denying to provide the account statement & duplicate invoices for the purchases I made. Surprisingly even Mr. Niran told he don’t have any data.
We purchased the items because of Amul not because of Distributor now Brand has to help us.
• GST not uploaded and distributor NOT shared any GST details with us.
• Intentionally they have given less margin and cheated us. Requested Mr. Niran and SD Distributor to provide the right margin but they denied saying that’s the best they can do.
Now they have to refund the difference amount with interest.
• Not picked up any expiry/damage items till now. Company wont take the Expiry/damage items back Is that true? Even for customer return they will ask us not to exchange. How can retailer take the burden if items get expiry?

Dear Sir,

All distributors in Mainpuri (205001), UP are selling Amul Milk to customer at a higher rate of Rs 2 than its MRP which is illegal as per Sales of Product Act. So i cant Understand why the Marketing & distribution department of Amul Milk are not taking action for the same. MRP is the maximum Rate beyond which no company is bound to sale its product to its customer. Unnecessary all the consumers are suffering for the same.Amul is a brand company in our India and it is not able to take action to its distributors for selling its product higher than its MRP, Amul co is silent for it???? It is Illegal.

So I request you to take a strong Action against the said distributors as i had bought the milk yesterday and the shopkeeper told that everyone is doing it.
