Complaint Against the Amul parlour franchise shop at Vadodara. Below mentioned are the details of that parlour:

I Mayank Rochani, living at Vadodara (Gujarat). Today I had purchased an Ice-cream cake from Amul parlour and When I unboxed that cake at home, the cake was kept in the wrong direction in the box and the whole cake was demolished. On the other hand, At the shop, I said to the staff that this cake is kept wrong but he didn't hear of me.
Not only the cake was kept in the wrong way it was opened from everywhere, in fact, but there was also no seal the whole box was opened.
All the members/ staffs of that Amul parlour are untrained and they are washing the Amul name and making it to third class (unfair) name.

It's my request please don't just simply give the franchise of the Amul brand to all. First, check staff members and trained them and have some knowledge.

Please take the respective action against this Amul parlour franchise holder.

This is to inform you that I purchased a carton of Amul Shrikhand kesar 100g *12 units from a amul parlor in Patiala, address- 22 no. phatak road, near verma bakery, Charan bagh, Patiala 147001.

I found that all the units are expired as it tastes totally different from the actual taste. It takes like lot of sour rather than sweet.

I request you to please replace the product aa soon as possible.

This is about an Amul Distibutor of my colony in Lucknow. Now my aunt has a grocery shop and also has dealed with this distributor who agreed to provide dairy products on time everyday. But he is very irregular, lies about arriving on time and doesnt picks up calls when she calls him regarding being late or not coming. Its not about one day, or two, sometimes it happems multiple times consistently . She is a single woman working here and runs her financials with this work. Its very troubling for her . She has now decided to cut off his supply and switch to another dairy company for supply .

Today on 30/06/2021 in the morning when I purchase a Amul Taaza Milky Milk 1 litre packet it gets destroyed /got curd within 2 minutes. So I need to submit a complaint regarding this matter as it also happened earlier many times. I hope your kind attention will be fallen to grant my complain and help me by resending another 1 litre of milk in either my address or in my nearest store from whome I purchased that milk. Thanks.

On 25 th June 2021, I bought Amul Paneer from Sufal Bangla Shop in Krishi Market.When I opened, it has a funky smell like of fried ghee and it tasted bitter as hell.I had to throw it away.The batch no. of the product is SAG1172 and was packed on 26th April 2021.It was not even 2 months before packing but was already spoiled.I didnt expect it from Amul Brand.I want to get the replacement of the product as soon as possible from the same shop.

I have purchase cow ghee at bhopal shop at near bittan market bhopal M.P. in tetra pack. Body texture of ghee is poor feel like mixed vegetable oil and another 1 kg packet showing crystal crystal after boiling ghee smell not coming. I am very upset from 1kg tetra pack ghee.Now shifting to another brand.that ghee appearing milabati ghee.

An insect found inside my butter which was provided by near by grocery store.
My brother have consumed some butter with bread. Who will take the responsibility. Charging high amount for that ###. I have to post this on social networks.

I have bought two KG of Amul pure ghee. The ghee seems to be adulterated as it is having small little balls which are not dissolving and are tastes like dalda ghee.
I reported this and the sample of more than 500gm was collected. Now a solution that product was ok was provided to me, why would it require to collect so much sample, why the report wasnt shared. Why I wasnot provided the sample quantity
Pathetic amul

Cheese not taste well. Its waterry and after consumption creates gas issue.
Although it's not expired but taste like stale

Sir I have apply for a dairy because farmers can not gain a good price of milk.And when we apply for a dairy in my village your supervisor did not gave me a permission without any checkout. Sir my village is also supported to open a amul dairy. Lastly I want to tell you that please help me.

I am a resident of Krishna Nagar Delhi 110051.

We have been using amul milk since previous 15 years and never faced any quality issue. But the milk (single tonned 1KG pack) which was delivered to me on 22.6.21 was different in color ( yellowish orange) as if it was overcooked like kheer. When I boiled it there was no creamy layer (malai) which can be seen some time after boiling when the milk gets cool. It appears that the milk has some quality issue.
I have photograph of the milk and its packet with batch no. and other particulars.

The product has not yet expired and it got fungus on whole cheese. I am also attaching the photo of it. I want you to look into the situation.

I have purchased amul ghee 2 ltr in 1 kg pack on date 14 april 2021 with order no.JB8953-865 from ondoor store add. danish kunj kolar road bhopal
this product is worst and mixed other ingredients like uria&sabudana that is why i have returned the product at store next day but my payment not received till yet. Kindly do the needful action on ondoor store as soon as possible or i will complaint this matter to the higher section. For your kind information I have attached order slip and return material slip.
Kindly make necessary action and do the refund process as soon as possible.

I am regular customer o[censored]r amul milk but on 27 may i found that chemical smell in milk and i complained ur customer executive call me and say i am working with ur issue and after 20 days no any information provided and not receiving my call i fell bad experience with your customer care service my last call with ur executive names as prince my complaint no is 138703

I have purchased amul french fries from a supermarket and the packaging was good and not tampered or damaged and it is within its shelf life period, but after reaching home and opening found fungal & mould growth inside which is completely spoiled even though the temperature was maintained below -18 degrees celcius.

Sir, I bought a 2 litre packet on 13th june and it's spoiled before it's expiry date i.e. 14th june.
Please help me whatever way possible.

We are regular consumers of milk, so we were quick to figure out how it was not of the normal consistency, quite watery . We even switched different variants of the brand- Amul cow,
Amul gold,
Amul toned
but with every variant we are facing the same problem
