Dear sir I have purchase one carat of 1 litre Amul taaza blue coloured box milk the milk when I have boiled after bowling the plastic came out when I burnt it burns.
My milk was made up of plastic and it harms my family and children's.

    Sir actually here sum of company executive are not giving the response I am trying to contact them past 2 weeks m calling him but he had to say only that here hi already had a distributor ship but in our location there is only 1 distributor nd the most of the retail shop bringing the milk from out of are so plzz here my request that now wee are dying from Corona plzz amul helps as to increase from both by financing nd for our relation nd the tag of taste of India

      A big chunk of Ice Creame from a Family Pack of Amul Rajbhog Ice Creame was taken out by one of the owners of the distributor. The distributor is called Shree Mart, it's a local grocery store in Pune, Pisoli. Upon complaining to the shop owner, they accepted that they did it, but did not want to provide any substitute or any compensation.

      The name of the owner is Raju Sirvi. This is their contact number: [protected]

      I don't want any refund or exchange, but I just wanted to make this incident come to Amul's attention because I know from experience that it was the owner who did it and not something that Amul could have done.

        Respected sir,
        My self sunil kumar, is a genuine seller of AMUL milk through my provision store, Located at Baprola Delhi-110043. Yesterday on dated : 9/6/2021, i have purchased 60 kg of milk, lic no: [protected], which have been stored at proper constant required temperature in deep freezer. In the morning of 10/6/2021, it is observed that all packet seem to be contained semi liquid and semi solid, milk. Post selling Customers, are returning the packets complaining the curdling of milk on heating.All packets are within limit of Expire date
        Being as very small scale seller, the monetary loss of 60 kg milk is bigger for me.
        I hope you will pay attention towards my grievances

            I got a black creepy thing from there...right now while having...expiry date is also ok...what if something happens to me... who the hell will be responsible...your team...and I already had 2 sips . As the hole is small we couldn't see what's inside it ..but thank god I saw it...if I wouldn't have seen that at time I also don't even know what would have happened... such a big company..my god such shame...

                Milk was stinky and thus logged a complaint 140239 with customer care but no resolution yet. Amul representative asking me to accept partial replacement but why, when it is not my fault.

                    When we opened Amul dark chocolate wrap, it was incomplete bar. Looked like rejected product. Disappointed to see that as we are very fond of dark chocolate. Shopkeeper refused to take it back as he said mujhe kya pata andar kya hai

                        Dear Amul,

                        I buy Amul tricone ice cream in which the toppings of nuts and ice cream was less and taste was also not good with walnuts. Everytime I buy, we receive plenty amount of choclate toppings on the top of ice cream.

                        I would request to look in to this case. As being lover of amul ice cream, its my feedback on this. I am sure that amul will look in to this.

                        Kindly find the attached image of ice cream where the choclate topping was not present fully. Also I mail all the details with the attached image to the amul customer care id-

                          Today my father purchase 3 box of amul Lesnar pedal and mava peda.

                          And all packet expired and sold by out later 50% off.

                          One packet ate by family including children and then find fungus on next packet,

                          When we give back all packet to parlour then he told material received today by amul.

                          It's mean amul sold expired material to customer

                              Hi Team,

                              I bought an Amul Ice cream home pack from one of the Pune shops (Puneri market shop, Ubale nagar- 411014), manufacturing date Feb 2021, After opening it I was shocked to see a piece of hair stuck in it. Amul is a very big brand and I could totally trust it, however after seeing this I have a doubt now on this Company/Brand.

                              Please find the attached video and the photo.

                              Let me know who is responsible if due to this anyone's health gets impacted. Please call me to discuss further.

                                Today on 22.05.2021, I had purchased Misti dahi ( 85gram box ; 2 boxes; Rs 15*2= Rs 30 ) from Amul counter located at 33, DN Sarkar Rd, Sarbamangala para, Khosbagan, , Bardhaman, West Bengal 713101. the date of manufacturing was 16.05.2021 on these two boxes.

                                After eating at home, we found that both dahis were rotten, and it caused severe indigestion to all my senior citizen parents and myself.

                                I want strict disciplinary action against that Amul counter at 33, DN Sarkar Rd, Khosbagan, Bardhaman, West Bengal 713101.

                                Also I want compensation from them.

                                  We bought Amul kesar pista family pack ice cream one day ago and today at 11 pm when I was eating ice cream, there was a small stone that came in my mouth, it totally looked like some dry fruits but it was hard so removed it from my mouth and found that it’s a small piece of stone .
                                  This is not acceptable, I might have ate it and anything could have happen to me.

                                        I had bought Amul milk chocolate and fruit and Nut worth Rs 25 and Rs100 respectively.The chocolate were completely disintegrated and grainy and seemed rotten.I have never had experience like this with Amul iver the years.I will refrain from buying any Amul chocolate further on.Please look into this issue.I want this issue solved, We don't pay for damaged products.
