I would like to inform you that serious discrepancies with regards to distribution of bonus to customers for the FY 2018-19 & 2019-20 have been noticed at Amul Milk Collection Unit at Village-Satarhuli, PO- Padri-Lalpur, District- Kanpur Nagar (UP) under the jurisdiction of Amul Plant at Ramaipur, Kanpur Nagar. Bonus for FY 2018-19 has not been distributed to customers and the amount of bonus has been misappropriated by the Chairman & Secretary of the Amul Unit in conjunction with Area Supervisor & Area Manager (Ramaipur). Bonus for FY 2019-20 distributed to farmers but very less than their entitlement. Despite of repeated requests & reminders to Area Supervisor & Area Manager Sh Gyanendra Singh (Mob No- [protected]) no investigation has been carried out si far by the concerned authorities. I request you to intervene in the matter so that the farmers/ customers can get their rights/ dues/ entitlement.

Dear Sir,
I have been regularly buying Slim & trim milk from your dealer, outside Air India colony gate, Munirka Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 110057.
I bought 3 packets of 500 gm Trim & Slim milk, on May 6, 2021 and immediately kept it in the chiller. All the 3 packets were spoilt while boiling individually. I gave all the 3 empty packets to the dealer, as they were possibly old stock and lodged a complaint,
But unfortunately the seller after follow up on May 7 and May 8, 2021, told me their is no response to my complaint from Amul and he as a seller cannot verify, that all packets delivered to him are fresh stocks. He also advised me that I should take it up directly.
I have been a customer of Amul for long and while serving my posting in Ahmedabad, was frequent visitor to Amul Parlour. I am deeply disappointed and intend shifting to Mother Diary from tomorrow, as they at least have a cld storage for storing the milk. I request you to take immediate corrective action and advise me in this regard.

We had purchased Amul Ghee last month and find it adulterated. We are very disappointed as we have been using Amul Ghee for a very long time and this is the 1st time we are seeing this. We give Ghee to our daily to our kids so very disappointed to see the adultration.Attaching photos for your reference.

This is to inform you that I purchased kaju anjir pack of one from amul parler which located in shaktinagar nakhtrana.

In that price mentioned on one pack is 300 and there was a offer of buy 1 get one free

I purchased one pack which suppose to get in 150, when I asked price one people say 155 and another say 160.

What's going on I not understand but it cause to lack of trust on amul brand.

Anyway whatever you want to you can do my wish is only that make the price fix of your final product. And people can't charge more than MRP.

Respected Sir, Recently I purchased a packet of Amul Chocolate cookies from Everyday Mall in Amaravati Enclave, Panchkula, Haryana. Packed date is 05.02.2021. My family ate 4-5 cookies. To our utter surprise my wife found out in one of the cookies an item like rubber into it. In these tough trying times it is very unfortunate on part of Amul as the product is adulterated. if she may ate it or any child have taken it god knows what had happened. As we all know there is second wave of movie is happening, It caused a mental stress to whole family as now we are thinking we might ate the rubber also in those 4-5 cookies. I wanted a strict action against them and to compensate us.

The quality was so bad if anybody eat it will create problem and health issue and 100% disease will flow out.

We have to company about this to FMCG consumer court against it.
The way amul parlour representative reply it was also so bad.
Please file a compalint against it.

I have purchased 1 litre Amul ghee pouch from grofers.Your product have no taste and mixed with dalda.I am shocked big brand Amul supplying low quality product.I shall not suggest any body to buy Amul product.

The amul milk tetra pack(1 L) i bought from Big Bazar Bailey road, Patna was tasting extremely bitter like Neem. Attaching the carton image. We boiled it 2 pack separately, one got spoiled other tasted so bitter. This packet had date of 11 Feb 2021. It seems like some chemical was mixed, it could be dangerous. Amul should take the responsibility.

Amul parlour at our place are selling at higher price than MRP yesterday I've asked for 500g curd packet mrp is 25 only but she asked ₹5 extra& the reason for that is other brands are selling for higher price why should we need to sell for a low price and it's our wish to keep whatever price. If you want to take them take it not go front my shop. This is the conversation happened. This the way they treat customers. What the point in printing a MRP on it . Please take an acting on the parlour as soon as possible

Yesterday we bought amul buffalo milk 4 kg from M/s Suman Dairy, sector-8, Rohini, New Delhi-110085 after purchasing it was cracked milk. The shopkeeper is denying to refund the money. we are requesting you to kindly refund the same.

The milk is giving a very stinky smell and taste which is not disappearing even after boiling it two times. It's making my whole family vomit

The cheese was spoiled. It has the worst smell. The cheese was eaten by ants... And has 2 dead ants inside it... It also had fungus

I recieved My first order After 4-5 days of i ordered, and didn't got any advertisement Material, even i told them To send it With ice cream please, now i am calling them from Last 2 days To send Advertisement matierial, But they don't know the way to talk to a Customer, , , please Handle Bhasin Amul Distributor And Talk to them, , ,

They are many job posting on monster shine and many other websites they are asking for money and fraud if people

We bought paneer from a amul palour in Ahmedabad Navrangpura area and the paneer was sour and could not be consumed kindly redress this complaint as soon as possible

I was travelling with my family
With 4 kids and we just parked our car near amul store on mumbai pune Express higway.

We had amul strawberry lassi for all my kids, they had the hole lassi and we also shared the same suddenly I noticed that the product we had was without shelf life, some one has deliberately had done so
I asked the store person for the explanation on same he said mujhe nahi pata seth ko malum hoga.
I do not understand the store was fully packed with the expire product
I was shocked
I request you to please tame immediate action on same and need a explanation on same ASAP.

I brought Masti Dahi 400g packet on 31st March 2021 from a dairy product store located in Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai located near SBI branch. It was very watery and tasted different than usual as if someone had changed the contents with something else. After some time my body had an allergic reaction after consumption. Details for tracking: B.PH02HE. Use by date: 05/04/21. I checked other stores in the locality and noticed the contents were watery compared to your usual supply. Please check the manufacturing unit or the supply.

Purchased Amul cheese on 13 March 2021from Veeta Shop of our Society and The cheese was full of fungus. Our address is 402/5, The Palms, south city-1 Gurugram- Haryana - 122001

I am being charged price of milk beyond the MRP and the shopkeeper says its the same around the locality and is charged extra by the company itself.
