I am being charged price of milk beyond the MRP and the shopkeeper says its the same around the locality and is charged extra by the company itself.

    I have brought Amul ice cream kis mis kaju flavor of 2 ltrs variant on 21.03.2021 from one of the Cart vehicle in ASHOK VIHAR, NEW DELHI.

    To my surprise the ice cream was puffed from inside though the packaging seems fine.

    Seeming it could have been pressed hard therefore making the ice cream puffed, I opened and took the ice cream out for eating.

    Shockingly the taste of the ice cream was different as I’m a regular buyer of this particular flavor. The taste was little sour and is also having a bad crunch, the cream looked different also. That afternoon I also had stomach ace.

    I would want the concerned to take up the ice cream for tasting as it looked and taste duplicate.

    Please look into it urgently.

      I was taking brick of chocolate and butterscotch of mrp 230 which comes as buy 1 get 1 free...to my shook dealer is charging extra 10 rs ..when asked he said u r taking 2 different flavour which have same MRP..
      Please clarify whether the dealer can take extra for change of flavour irrespective of same cost of both products

        M a amul milk distributor of kolkata named Krishna enterprise...i hardly earn rs 300 or 400 in a day after cutting all expenses i hardly left with anything...pls dont send me anything other den my order...every alternate day company send me buttermilk of rs 300 ..on frst day i went to all my nearby shops to sell it but no use..no one is interested to buy buttermilk in my area..i request u to not send me anythng other den my order..i request please

              While taking necessary precautions arises out of COVID-19 chaach, I washed the tetra pack
              The colored Green printing of the pack instantly came out on my hand which seems to be harmful as it may have dangerous chemicals

                Meree dukan ka naam krishan kripa sweets hain mai amul ka milk bechta hoon par jo hamara distributor hai vo battamiji se baat karta hai aur doodh time pe nahin deta hai jiski vajah se hamen bohot zyada diqqat aur pareshani aati hai na tatha wah jaarda hai ki aap hamari amul ki bread bache nahin to hum aapko amul ka doodh bhi nahin milega gande shabd istemal karta aur uske baad hum na Complain ke liye jab mamuli customer care par call kiya to unka customer care kab kohli hi nahin milta hai tatha mail par bhi yahi reply jaata hai ki aap is number par call karen

                    I had purchased two packets of 500 g net weight of Amul Butter from our nearest store.
                    After opening one of the butter packet, the taste was not the usual one and that after consuming it has started giving me irritation and discomfort.
                    I shall be sending the same for food testing in a reputed lab also.

                      Your Railway distributor in Asansol West Bengal name Manju Ram agency/Bengal trader is damaging the Asansol and nearby wholesale markets by providing huge quantity of Amul cool and other products in railway approved margin in market.
                      your company personals name Amitava Chakraborty Branch Manager Durgapur, West Bengal is also involved in this.
                      thus creating loss to the company.So i request you to please take necessary action against this distributor.

                                    We are buying Amul Taza 12 box of 1 litre each carton since long time (decade) but in recent purchase, tetra pack of all 12 of 1 litre carton seems problem when we try to make froth for hot milk or coffee. This has never happened in past but in recent purchase of 12 box carton and each carton in that specific box have same issue.
                                    We are sure that there is some issue in these milk carton we bought (it could be exposure to head by distributer or something else. Please let me know if we shouldn't consume it or what is the problem with these specific box of carton
