I had bought a box of amul chocominis and had distributed to my family. Upon eating had shockingly found a big screw and nuts and other metallic parts. My family member hurt their teeth with the bite..this is highly disappointing and very hazardous. I have lost my entire faith in amul and would never buy them..I need action to be taken.

Here is a local Kirana store near my home, this guy charges 1-2 rupees extra for Amul milk (any Gold, Toned, etc) for the last 2-3 years. This is a small town so people so not that much aware of these kinds of frauds.

Every local stores are charging more than the MRP for Milk Products,

They charge 2 rupees extra.

why AMUL is not taking any action on that?

I am owner of tgb cafe and bakery (Naranpura, Ahmedabad, gujrat).i am purchasing amul items from last 6-7 months.
But now area manager mr.dhruv (mo - [protected]) and distributer laxmi enterprise ( [protected]) they are saying that we will not supply any product to you and we will make sure that other distributers will also do same.no one is coming to shop for order and if we call them for order they denied to accept it.
I have to purchase around 5000 per week because of this blackmailing i have to travel 3-4 km to purchase from other distributers every week.
Please make some solution.

Iam owner of Mandar Amul parlour which is situated at Pethechawada Korgao Goa, we recently got the information that one more Amul Parlour is coming up in our locality and it is been approved by Mr.Vivek Mitra, without our knowledge.
please note its village remote area with less population, my parlour has not even completed 6 months yet if you are adding one more parlour in the same locality then it will affect our business very badly, as it is not even 3kms ahead, wherein korgao is remote area not even like Arambol or other tourist places, wherein tourist places like Arambol or Pernem have only one Amul parlour
if you study village people consumer behaviour of village people how much is their spending and up to what extend the spent, please study our sale compared to other places and understand the village spending, if one more parlour comes up then it will be loss to both the parlours because we have to take into consideration the electricity bills, our business loan, maintenance cost and many other things.
when I called Mr.Vivek Mitra to complaint about the same he spoke very rude to me, and did not even reverted anything over a mail.
I request you not to approve one more Amul Parlour in our locality, hope you will take it into consideration.

I purchased a 500gm pack of Badam Pista Shrikhand on January 27th, 2021 which turned out to be sour and coagulated, I also noticed a few bubbles.

Sir, recently i ordered food from one of the premier restaurants from where I received amul butter small sachets. As I opened it i didnt find butter. Itcwas ghee /vanaspati ghee.i consider this as a case of adulteration. Not even it tastes like butter.
Pls look into this issue seriously.I am also planning to send the sample for testing to fSSAI.

When The ghee did not melt on hot rotis and there were white lumps which were left. I took these out and I tasted it and it was wax! I bought this from jio Mart and it is the Amul Tetra pack desi ghee.

I would like to inform you that we only eat amul products in our home like ghee, butter cheese, etc.but whenever we go to purchase Amul Ice Cream near our house there is one vendor who never had amul ice cream in his amul pushcart..n also there is one more vendor after some distance from that pushcart, the same thing is also there. Both the vendors offering local ice cream n said the products are short from the company.

It was been suggested from the shopkeeper to raise a complain to your organization, as they were reluctant to dealt with your organization instead of returning .

I had opened a packet of Amul Taaza Tetra pack to make tea...when I started to pour it in the bowl it was green watery liquid which started coming out from it...so it showed that the milk has turned sour. The manufacture date was 10th November, 2020 and today is 15th January, 2021. So it has not yet crossed the expiry date.

At Amul Shop, Adarsh Chowk, Rudrapur 274204 U.P. milk is sold for more than the MRP.500 ML milk which MRP is written 28₹ is sold forcefully at ₹30 and for 1litr MRP is 56₹ which is sold at ₹60.

I found a hair in amul kaju katri. The hair appears in the same kaju katri twice! It was very disgusting to look at. A company like you being so careless was not at all expected.

I am Amul milk customer for the last four years. For the last three months, the quality of Shakti brand milk appears to be not good as earlier it used to be. Please look into the matter and advise.

Hi this is ice cream bhavan. One of the distributors of amul at kolkata region. We are being highly harassed by the cnf people since they are highly non cooperative. From monday a stock is pending but they doesnt really bother to contact or supply my product yet.

I was in hurry and went your amul shop one of branch in pune that retailer sold us expired product it was my mistake I didnt see date in moment but its yours responsibility that your retailer not sold expired product
This can be issue when person is illiterate

Charges more on MRP on milk

Kathua dealer delivery expire item for serve people which is very wrong, I called many times regarding expire item issues but no one responded, finely today I am going to submit complaint on consumer court.

I purchased 1liter Amul ghee can from my nearby store on 11 the nov this year. I found an insect in it. I have mailed the customer care many times but still no proper response.
Would like you to take immediate action.
