Meree dukan ka naam krishan kripa sweets hain mai amul ka milk bechta hoon par jo hamara distributor hai vo battamiji se baat karta hai aur doodh time pe nahin deta hai jiski vajah se hamen bohot zyada diqqat aur pareshani aati hai na tatha wah jaarda hai ki aap hamari amul ki bread bache nahin to hum aapko amul ka doodh bhi nahin milega gande shabd istemal karta aur uske baad hum na Complain ke liye jab mamuli customer care par call kiya to unka customer care kab kohli hi nahin milta hai tatha mail par bhi yahi reply jaata hai ki aap is number par call karen

The chocolate has turned bubbly and muddy it tastes weird

I had purchased two packets of 500 g net weight of Amul Butter from our nearest store.
After opening one of the butter packet, the taste was not the usual one and that after consuming it has started giving me irritation and discomfort.
I shall be sending the same for food testing in a reputed lab also.

Your Railway distributor in Asansol West Bengal name Manju Ram agency/Bengal trader is damaging the Asansol and nearby wholesale markets by providing huge quantity of Amul cool and other products in railway approved margin in market.
your company personals name Amitava Chakraborty Branch Manager Durgapur, West Bengal is also involved in this.
thus creating loss to the company.So i request you to please take necessary action against this distributor.

All local shops at Navi Mumbai, Sector21, Ghansoli charging Rs 1 extra on evey packet milk over MRP. Since last one year we are paying Rs2 extra per Litre.

The container box is broken and cheese is oozing out

I purchased six butter scotch tri cone ice cream from Amul Ice Cream parlor at Jai Hanuman Sweets, Market Lane, Murud-Janjira, District Raigad, Maharashtra - 402401
The batch number was BPG0311 packed on 31st Jan. 2021
The Cones were half empty from top and had test unlike usual Amul cone.
I just want to confirm that the product was not tampered or was not duplicate. I am a fan of Amul ice cream and have procured the ice cream from the same parlor on many occasions in the past.
I have promptly brought the fact and my doubts to the notice of the owner of the establishment.
I feel it is my duty to convey my grievance to you.

I am the distributor of AMUL milk but amul company daily sends me amul's bread on daily basis.
quality of this bread is wrost and it is too much hard.
There is nither return nor refund of this bread in Company.even they didn't exchange that bread
We complaint against this matter to amul authorities many times but they didn't take action about quality

This is not only mine complaint but this is most of the distributor's complaint
Please help in this matter so that company taken back bad quality bread return

We bought kesar peda from Amul Distributor and he is selling it at low cost . The package date is 24th jan and we got it on 18th feb . As suggested by him and printed on the box the product must be good for 1 month .

Smell observed in milk

I literally received this faulty ice cream and refund a demand.

We are buying Amul Taza 12 box of 1 litre each carton since long time (decade) but in recent purchase, tetra pack of all 12 of 1 litre carton seems problem when we try to make froth for hot milk or coffee. This has never happened in past but in recent purchase of 12 box carton and each carton in that specific box have same issue.
We are sure that there is some issue in these milk carton we bought (it could be exposure to head by distributer or something else. Please let me know if we shouldn't consume it or what is the problem with these specific box of carton

I had bought a box of amul chocominis and had distributed to my family. Upon eating had shockingly found a big screw and nuts and other metallic parts. My family member hurt their teeth with the bite..this is highly disappointing and very hazardous. I have lost my entire faith in amul and would never buy them..I need action to be taken.

Here is a local Kirana store near my home, this guy charges 1-2 rupees extra for Amul milk (any Gold, Toned, etc) for the last 2-3 years. This is a small town so people so not that much aware of these kinds of frauds.

why AMUL is not taking any action on that?

I am owner of tgb cafe and bakery (Naranpura, Ahmedabad, gujrat).i am purchasing amul items from last 6-7 months.
But now area manager mr.dhruv (mo - [protected]) and distributer laxmi enterprise ( [protected]) they are saying that we will not supply any product to you and we will make sure that other distributers will also do same.no one is coming to shop for order and if we call them for order they denied to accept it.
I have to purchase around 5000 per week because of this blackmailing i have to travel 3-4 km to purchase from other distributers every week.
Please make some solution.

Iam owner of Mandar Amul parlour which is situated at Pethechawada Korgao Goa, we recently got the information that one more Amul Parlour is coming up in our locality and it is been approved by Mr.Vivek Mitra, without our knowledge.
please note its village remote area with less population, my parlour has not even completed 6 months yet if you are adding one more parlour in the same locality then it will affect our business very badly, as it is not even 3kms ahead, wherein korgao is remote area not even like Arambol or other tourist places, wherein tourist places like Arambol or Pernem have only one Amul parlour
if you study village people consumer behaviour of village people how much is their spending and up to what extend the spent, please study our sale compared to other places and understand the village spending, if one more parlour comes up then it will be loss to both the parlours because we have to take into consideration the electricity bills, our business loan, maintenance cost and many other things.
when I called Mr.Vivek Mitra to complaint about the same he spoke very rude to me, and did not even reverted anything over a mail.
I request you not to approve one more Amul Parlour in our locality, hope you will take it into consideration.

I purchased a 500gm pack of Badam Pista Shrikhand on January 27th, 2021 which turned out to be sour and coagulated, I also noticed a few bubbles.

Sir, recently i ordered food from one of the premier restaurants from where I received amul butter small sachets. As I opened it i didnt find butter. Itcwas ghee /vanaspati ghee.i consider this as a case of adulteration. Not even it tastes like butter.
Pls look into this issue seriously.I am also planning to send the sample for testing to fSSAI.
