I had purchased Amul shrikhand kesar & elaichi 1/2 kg each on 14/12/2020 from Satyam store off veera Desai road Andheri West mumbai.While purchasing I checked the packaging date, it was 12/09/2020.It was 2 months old so I asked the shopkeeper for a a fresh pack, but he denied n said it won't be available in all nearby stores too.If its 11/2 to 2 month old stock, there won't be problem in taste as expiry of product is for 6 months.I believed...

I bought a pack of 1kg Amul Ghee, in the month of November 2020, i.e, last month..
We unpacked the packet expecting it to be in the solid form( because of low temperature during winters), and got to see liquid + solid form ( solid pieces are distributed throughout the liquid).
This clearly gives an impression of dalda+oil in the name of pure ghee, as they claim it to be.

Didn't expected it from such a known brand, on which millions of customers rely...

Utterly, butterly, ... Disgusting!!!

I purchased 1 kg of ghee packings and the same is not upto level of satisfaction.
The packing seems to be in duplicate as there is only upper card board packing and not like as usual in silver style packing inside.
Another problem is that it is very hard and is not dissolved Or cones to liquid form even after heating it up.

I think it is duplicate... Please call to remove my doubts and satistfying me that the desi ghee is upto the mark as I need. I will never purchase and recommend amul products otherwise.

Regarding amul milk retail purchase, i am being extra charged( more than MRP) by my retailer in my locality, shopkeeper giving a reason the amount of commission is very less in amul milk, and as per the shopkeeper the whole sale dealer in my locality is aware of this. i just love amul and its products and i do not want to stop consuming it as well. but if amul is going to provoke such things i have to make this into media as amul is supporting this black marketing.
hoping for a favourable reply soon.

Recently on 01/12/2020, I have ordered two Amul gold 1-liter tetra packs from the big basket. Just within one day, the has been expanded automatically and fallen into the floor. The floor became covered with curd milk which has a very pungent smell.
I am attaching two photographs for better understanding. Such quality of the product is not expected from a world-class brand like Amul.
Kindly look into this matter and let me know is there any process to get my refund.

Of late I have seen there is irregular supply of amul milk in Hyderabad and for the past 1 week there has been zero supply.

I bought Amul Fruit 'N' Nut dark chocolate yesterday from Dmart, NIBM, Pune.
Today when i opened the pack, I found a HAIR in the chocolate.

I always had blind faith on this brand and give to my children thinking it to be packed in hygienic conditions. I thought these chocolates are packed by machines in very hygienic conditions.
But during this pandemic times, finding a HAIR in the chocolate scares everyone of the virus.

Yesterday I had purchased 2 PC's of Amul lite butter and as we open the pack a very bad smell was there and was having some black matter in both of the package

I recently purchased an AMUL super fruit chocolate worth ₹150 from an store i.e. Elenza in Indore.
The outer wrapper of the chocolate states to have manufactured on 05 Aug 2020 (Which is but obvious impossible as the whole nation was under lockdown) but the inner wrapper of the chocolate states it manufacturing date on 06 Apr 2015.

Like how can a huge brand like AMUL who have always been a go to brand for any product in Indian household do such an ignorant and life taking activity? I am very disappointed and disheartened.
My mother who is 42 year old have suffered from food poison because of your chocolate, who is going to pay for her health? This pandemic have already ruined our lifestyle and here you are serving us your expired product with new packaging? Your tagline - The taste of India, is this what the people of India deserve?

I look forward to your reply and a resolution. I will wait by 27.11.2020 and that after I had to involve a third party assistance.

Today at 7.15 in the morning, i was denied that Amul Shakti Milk has not come that the milk is having expirey of today i.e. 26.11.2020.

the parlor person seems to be giving milk to local milk vendor who goes to home for deliveiring the milk.

this is a problme for those who goes to parlor personally and the milk is being denied.

reqeust your intervention to stop this on immediate basis.

Paneer was smelling too bad and went sour and unable to eat so my 200gm packet of paneer wasted niether did I get refund from shopkeeper

I purchased Amul Kaju Katli 500Gms on 23.11.20 through Big Basket, Chennai home delivery.
We noticed the the nice diamond shape bod came unsealed, one piece missing, sticky, when me and my wife ate one piece, found it is totally spoiled. It affected our throat and had to take medicines.
The product is packed on 07.09.20 and delivered on 23.11.20. Expiry date is not shown.
I wrote to Big Basket and no reply. There is only option to give feed back of the product good or bad.
I request you to compensate the trouble given to us by supplying such product by Big basket.

Shopkeeper opp. Rankala tower kolhapur Maharashtra charging 5 ruppes per pack extra as cooling charges from customer.

Amul Parlour near my residence is charging extra above MRP.
He is not even giving Bill for extra charged amount.

I have purchased one carate (30 U x 200ml ) on 21.11.20, of Amul Gold from our nearby distributor name KANAIHAYIYA ENTERPRISE, BIDHAN MAKRKET SILIGURI, DIST DARJEELING. I have purchased my milk product from there almost every months, but I found in this lot is not up to the mark, i am cutting two packets, all are showing yellow, ceriment also gather .
Pls arrange to replace my carate.

Hello team,
I am from Delhi had purchased 1.5 Litre of Amul Taaza milky milk pack on 17th November 2020 from our local dealer .

The milk which I received on 17th November had been used today and it has the smell of kerosene and I had used the half litre and some part of 1litre pack I tried calling the customer care but the call got disconnected.

I bought 3kg milk in routine amul milk, today I bought milk . Milk was smelly ...smell of oil

I was Going to Take Amul Custurd from Om enterprises which is franchise provided by Amul india At Nakane Road Deopur Dhule Maharashtra 424001. Which has 27 Rupees MRP on Pack but Shopkeeper asking for 29 rupees which is Violating Consumer Right..When I am Asking about extra charges he argue with me and telling me Don't buy from us which again toileting my Rights as a consumer kindly take necessary action against the shop.
