Address: Om enterprises Nakane Road Dhule near SRP colony

I was Going to Take Amul Custurd from Om enterprises which is franchise provided by Amul india At Nakane Road Deopur Dhule Maharashtra 424001. Which has 27 Rupees MRP on Pack but Shopkeeper asking for 29 rupees which is Violating Consumer Right..When I am Asking about extra charges he argue with me and telling me Don't buy from us which again toileting my Rights as a consumer kindly take necessary action against the shop.

    I brought Amul chocochip cream but it was a plain chocolate ice cream inside no chips.You can check the video which I uploaded. Kindly please look into this matter at your earliest. Not expected Amul will do such mistakes. I request you I want my money back or replace another chocochips icecream. I am very upset after seeing no chips inside chocolate icream and I don't like plain chocolate icream feels like cheated to me. Please take action as soon as possible.

          Store brought Amul high aroma ghee 1 kg tin is duplicate . It is too solid like vanaspati or dalda and has no smell at all. I used the same product which generally have nice aroma and sand texture. It is too sticky. I really wonder how brand like Amul has adulterated.

            Selling spoiled Milk

            Address: Near Sugyan school Amul parlour Behind Padmasali Society Viratnagar Ahmedabad.

            Hello,

            Today morning I purchased 2 Tea special amounting Rs 51.00 each.
            Unfortunately both of them were in spoiled condition.
            We thought bowl might not been cleaned properly. So got another 2 Tea special Rs 51.00 each. One of them again happens to be spoil. So we returned another back to shop keeper.

            The expiry date on milk was[protected]. When asked to shop keeper why are you selling spoiled milk...

              The date of the latest incident is on 24th of october 2020.The product that I'm complaining about is amul milk.It has been continuously happening like monthly, where once or twice a month the milk received by us does not have any cream layer and feels like milk powder mixed in water .It has a bad taste and the whole of 2 l had to be discarded as it was not edible to even consume.
              As this incident has been recurring since the last few months i would like to request a refund and a promise that the issue is not repeated again.

                When i opened both, i saw it's malicious and smelling very badly.
                And colour is also changed.

                    I recently bought 3 packs of Amul ghee and it turned out to be fake ghee. It is like wax with a fat around and wax like formations in the middle that doesn't melt.

                    I am extremely dissapointed, this is a consumable product and can end up poisoning us.

                    I have photos but there is a glitch in this website and I am unable to attach it.

                      Hi Team, My name is Amit Sharma and I stay in 21/169, near Dayanand public school, baoli road Baraut distt Baghpat-250611. In my area there is grosser shop who is saling Amul milk products which he charges 1rs extra to each packet like if 500gm, print rate is 28 so he charges 29rs. Pls look into this matter

                        Today I bought 4 pack of 500 ml amul taza milk. All 4 pack are of spoiled milk. Please do something with that and our waste of money. Either give money back or give 4 fresh pack of milk. This is not expected from brand like amul. I bought new pack this morning and kept it in fridge for an hour then i boiled it but it's spoiled milk.

                          I have disappointed to see that company executives has not been visiting my shop even after contacting to him. My shop "Sweet N Sour" located at Indrapuri C sector, Bhopal and yesterday(15/10/2020) was visiting day of Indrapuri market and I couldn't place the order due to executive not visited. When I contacted to executive regarding goods he told me that visit to distributor point and collect the requirements.

                            I purchased amul butter 500 gms from near by retailers and when i opened the pack it was smelling foul the batch no of the pack is SAB2684 dtd 24th Sept 20 when i went to the retailer with the complaint he did not take back the spoiled butter and told Unique distributor mira road thane who's supplies this to him does not give a replacement for the spoiled and it must have been spoiled after i took.

                            I request to look into this and provide a replacement as it is a big pack and company has to take ownership of it.

                            Hoping for a quick response and action.

                              I have bought Amul Fruit and nut dark chocolate. after taking out its rapers I could see it's covered with fungus .I am attaching some pictures of it..It's complete lost of my money and trust about this brand specially in chocolate section .I have not expected this form the brand like Amul.

                                This is regarding overcharging of milk packets by vendors in Vasai west region of Babhola Chulna road. All the milk vendors including general store owners who sell milk charge 2rs above MRP per one litre of milk and one rs for 500ml. When asked about reason for extra charges they refuse to sell milk. Even government milk booths also charge extra money for Amul milk. I request authorities
                                to kindly look into this matter as milk is essential commodity and if one calculates, at end of months its quiet big amount that is paid by consumer.

                                    I bought Amul dark chocolate(fruits and nuts) through big basket in Bangalore.
                                    The wrapper cover is seen inside the chocolate pieces.
                                    Its not one or two, most pieces of chocolate has the plastic wrapper inside it.
