When i opened the top side second wrap of the chocolate i found some of the chocolate part empty. I took a video and photo immediately and opened the rest of the cover to see this. Weight and quality is worst

Today i bought amul gold 1 litre paack from behl store, situated in maya enclave, near gate no. 1, hari nagar, delhi-110064, on 21.0.2020. The expiry date was 21-09.2020.

Batch no. Was not visible properly, but i think, it is bisf18fe for 55 rs.

Within 5 minutes, i kept it for boiling at my home. It turned sour.

Few days back, I picked up Amul Ghee(1lit) from Store (Sodhi Super Mart Sect46, Gurgaon) and to my surprise, after transferring the ghee in the container ... the Ghee was liquidy & sedimentation was there.

One fourth of ghee was solidifed and balance is very liquidy, unlike the consistency of Desi Ghee. How come? Quality & taste was horrible and there is no odour in Desi ghee.

We spend so much on ghee, just to get this nonsense quality . Pl get this corrected and avoid such marketing to other consumers. It impacts the health and society. Pl help to fix this.

I purchased amul butter 100gm packet from a local vendor in majlis park, delhi. The product has ample shelf life but it tastes extremely weird - a mix of medicine and some kind of oil. I have had some butter toasts last evening and have been vomiting since then. I had felt the weird taste then also and stopped eating midway. This looks like a clear case of adulteration. Plz look into it.

I would like to inform that amul cow milk is getting broken once or twice in every week, even though it is getting hot twice or thrice and day, kept in fridge.
I asked to my retailers, he said what can i do what packing it comes we give to you.

I use cow milk feeding my 9 month kid as doctor suggested amul cow milk to be given.

Most underlining fact, there is no date when milk is pasteurised and then packed, just giving the date o[censored]se date by date.

What cow milk i receive is with date o[censored]se by tomorrow only.

Request to amul to provide how to properly take care the milk to avoid of breaking and how often get it heat.
Request to stamp the dates i mentioned on the milk packets.

I bought your amul pure ghee in 1litre pack few days back. While using it i found it very low standard. Does not match with indian standards. Please look into this matter on priority basis. And refund my amount paid. Otherwise i will file case in consumer forum. As i don’t find it edible.

This is the first time i was having a problem eating Amul's salted butter. It tasted like oil and smelled like sunflower oil. And that's why i have been trying to call the customer care of Amul from the past 3 days but they just keep putting me on hold.

In dhandhuka, dist-ahmedabad Gujarat, pin 382460 all distributors collecting 30/- per 500ml pouch instead of 28/- mrp. On asking all tell that they got it at 28/- itself.please help to stop this loot.

Damage product

It's a complaint against distributor at our locality adra, purulia, west bengal.

Where each day my distributor called me to collects the delivery at 7. 30 in the morning but if i reached he refused to provide milk although i have reached 7 in the morning but not got the shipment. Today even i called him at 7 and he told me to come to collect the milk but when i have reached the point after 5 minute he refused to provide mile in our small locality it's very painful as a small retailer if distributor behave like that seems very hectic and i am not able to provide milk to our locality.

Please look into this.

I bought amul butter of 500gm from big bazar, wood square mall, narendrapur on 15.08.2020 but it was full of fungus which immediately i communicated to amul and big bazar but no action has been taken yet adequately.

Dear Amul Team,

We are regular users of Amul products but from past 1 year we are facing problems in Amul ghee as vanaspati is mixed in it. We tried purchasing from various shops but the result was same. Recently we shifted to miraroad and purchased the ghee of batch no as mentioned below but half of the packet is mixed with vanaspati ghee. If this continues than we would be forced to shift from Amul ghee to govardhan.

I have bought the mozzarella cheese recently and i am storing in freezer but after a day it is infected and smells bad odour.

Now amul are compromising in product quality and braking the customer trust.

We have been an ardent Amul customer.

Recently we purchased 1L Amul Ghee carton pack.

Upon opening the pack, the product inside was not giving the feel and smell of the ghee.

The product was solid and very hard. when we removed the product and examined, the product was found to be adulterated with dalda.

This is a way of cheating innocent people.

This is least expected from the brand AMUL.

I want Amul to inform me why such a adulterated product is marketed and sold.

I m Deepak residence of bahadurgarh I'm customer of your milk for daily use I use daily tond milk for my family.i Happy to us for this product .
But sir on 13August 2020 I purchased one carrat (12kg) milk near a distributor for my family function . Expired date of milk already mentio two days advance 15/August 2020.But sir all milk have a very dirty smell like as a lassi, As soon as i heated the milk, all milk burst.
I told the about this local dealer, he also heated the milk, result was same.
But dealer not given replacement milk.
Dealer contact to their plant but plant not gave any advance.
At last I contact to your customer care but not got any response.
Sir am very disappointe that type of response.i have lost of 480/-which is cost of milk.plz tell who is responsible of that milk.why I m lost this amount .plz take a action regarding spoiled milk as soon as possible take a action on milk plant and refund my money or milk.

From the several days i got a complaint from the retailers as well from customers regarding the milk burst of amul gold. I have already called at your customer care no [protected] but i dint get any kind of response from there and apart from that they gave me a unregistered no for submitting a complaint of dehradun region. A retailer of your amul product named m/s gopal diary haripur kalan ([protected]) had a complaint of milk burst of almost 12 packets of amul gold of very same date having a batch no bbu08ae. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. This will result in gaining your goodwill on my complaint. Today i purchased a 1 litre full cream milk packet from a nearby shop. The expiry date of that packet was of today i. E. 15 august, 2020.

However, when the milk was boiled, the milk became curdled and the entire milk was wasted.

Request you to please refund the cost of the same or provide milk in replacement of that.

Their is not proper supply of milk, buttermilk and other items and have the negative attitude in his language and saying no when he have that perticular item in his stoke
