Dear Amul Team,

We are regular users of Amul products but from past 1 year we are facing problems in Amul ghee as vanaspati is mixed in it. We tried purchasing from various shops but the result was same. Recently we shifted to miraroad and purchased the ghee of batch no as mentioned below but half of the packet is mixed with vanaspati ghee. If this continues than we would be forced to shift from Amul ghee to govardhan.

I have bought the mozzarella cheese recently and i am storing in freezer but after a day it is infected and smells bad odour.

Please check the attached images.

Now amul are compromising in product quality and braking the customer trust.

We have been an ardent Amul customer.

Recently we purchased 1L Amul Ghee carton pack.

Upon opening the pack, the product inside was not giving the feel and smell of the ghee.

The product was solid and very hard. when we removed the product and examined, the product was found to be adulterated with dalda.

This is a way of cheating innocent people.

This is least expected from the brand AMUL.

I want Amul to inform me why such a adulterated product is marketed and sold.

I m Deepak residence of bahadurgarh I'm customer of your milk for daily use I use daily tond milk for my family.i Happy to us for this product .
But sir on 13August 2020 I purchased one carrat (12kg) milk near a distributor for my family function . Expired date of milk already mentio two days advance 15/August 2020.But sir all milk have a very dirty smell like as a lassi, As soon as i heated the milk, all milk burst.
I told the about this local dealer, he also heated the milk, result was same.
But dealer not given replacement milk.
Dealer contact to their plant but plant not gave any advance.
At last I contact to your customer care but not got any response.
Sir am very disappointe that type of response.i have lost of 480/-which is cost of milk.plz tell who is responsible of that milk.why I m lost this amount .plz take a action regarding spoiled milk as soon as possible take a action on milk plant and refund my money or milk.

From the several days i got a complaint from the retailers as well from customers regarding the milk burst of amul gold. I have already called at your customer care no [protected] but i dint get any kind of response from there and apart from that they gave me a unregistered no for submitting a complaint of dehradun region. A retailer of your amul product named m/s gopal diary haripur kalan ([protected]) had a complaint of milk burst of almost 12 packets of amul gold of very same date having a batch no bbu08ae. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. This will result in gaining your goodwill on my complaint. Today i purchased a 1 litre full cream milk packet from a nearby shop. The expiry date of that packet was of today i. E. 15 august, 2020.

However, when the milk was boiled, the milk became curdled and the entire milk was wasted.

Request you to please refund the cost of the same or provide milk in replacement of that.

Their is not proper supply of milk, buttermilk and other items and have the negative attitude in his language and saying no when he have that perticular item in his stoke

I bought amul ghee 5 ltr tin and on use i found it to be of very bad quality. It seems there has been some adulteration in the ghee either dalda or oil is mixed in it... The ghee is not even saturating though it should be which clearly shows there is some mixing in it... I m a regular consumer of amul ghee... But now a days a quality is detoriating day by day... Very much disappointed with the product

Today we observed that bought amul milk has split or we can say in other words it becomes curd or what we say in gujarati "dudh fat jaana".

We buy amul milk daily from one of its retailer:
Shop name - shri ambika dhanlakshmi shop, hirawadi road, thakkarbapanagar, ahmedabad-382350

We talked to that retail shop person. Also we complained to him that since three four days the color of the milk layer when we heat it, is yellow. This is an unusual observation. We told him to escalate this to amul.

So i am also escalating matters to the amul authorities to check the reason for the milk split and provide necessary justification and investigation to this matter.

Today i called amul customer care [protected].
Customer care executive does not know how to talk with customers. I know amul is a brand but that does not mean customer care executives will disconnect calls without completing talks or without providing solutions. It seems amul is not interested in listening to listen customer voice.

Yesterday i purchased 2 pouch of amul shakti milk 500 ml date to use 6th august 2020 from panchayatayat chowk university road rajkot. But today morning i found both pouches spolied. You are requested to give compensation for the spoiled milk of rs 50. Batch no ga 33a dated 6.8.2020

Amul is selling spurious ghee now a days. It mixes dalda in it. Marketing of amul ghee should be banned. No one should buy amul ghee. It's totally a money waste. Food adulteration in india should be restricted. If action not taken i will not sit quietly.

This is to bring to your notice that we have found a foreign substance, which appears to be a piece of plastic, in the cheese slice pack.
Pfa the images that shows the foreign substance and contains the batch details.
We are very disappointed as this is not acceptable coming from such a trustable brand.
The product was bought from spencers, vadodara, gujarat, in 14th of july 2020.

We found this foreign substance in the second last slice and by that time we had already consumed the rest of the packet, which raises a health concern whether the product is genuine or not.
We don't expect this from amul.
Kindly look into the matter and revert asap.

I bought 4 nos. Of amul cow 500 ml pouches from vastrapur based vendor. After taking milk pouches at home immediately found it in ejaculation condition. So, vendor asked to complain in amul but still i didn't get support from amul. Either provide me fresh 4 nos. Of amul cow pouches or amount of the same immediately. I am chasing amul more than a month.

I'm staying in chembur mumbai 40007. I have been cheated again by your company sales person. I had complaint abot purchase of against 2 kg duplicate sagar ghee in this platform. A call came by name mr sushant chaurasia ([protected]) he told he's acting on behalf of my complaint and told me to keep 2 kg of sagar ghee at near by residence grocery store i. E. Kalyan store chembur mumbai which i kept on 27/7/20. Now your company sales person is not picking my phone call nor replying.

Today i bought 5 bags milk from iswarbhuvan road parlour ahmedabad. When i went for gas hot preparation - very sadly to say that milk is badly thick means i can't use it. So it is our prestigious problem because i am a fan of amul. So please kindly help me.

Amul full cream milk and masti dahi have lot of chlorine smell in them which makes it difficult to consume. Plase check.

I got 500 gms amul butter from nearby dealer which has a very bad plastic like taste

I bough 1 kg of amul ghee, where packaging of amul ghee is not as per authorized packed amul ghee, original ghee package contained computerized seal on packet where as local of fake ghee is not packed has different packaging.

I am also not getting any other channel to complaint against those fraudster.
