Today, i bought packet of amul gold (1/2 ltr.) today. After poring in the vessel i realized that some substance is inside. When i cut the packet to see it, i was horrified. Some sticky precipitate was stuck to the packet and i think it may weigh in few grams. I really don't understand what should i do with the milk. As of now i have boiled it but i am scared to touch it. Milk is a naturally existing product. I think any company has no right to play with it because finally it puts consumers at risk. I here by wants to complain that, on 10 jan 20 at 1030hrs i went to retail shop of amul at dauleswar mandir tirwa kannauj, where supplier has denied to give me milk on printed rate i. E. Rs.55 a ltr, he was asking for rs. 60. I do not know the name of vendore but the address i have mention is unique in itself. Then i enquired in tirwa and found that all are selling milk on the rate of rs. 60 a liter against printed rate of rs. 55 a liter.

My complain is not based on personnel grievances and is true. Further i also want to state that society is changing and a clear ruling is needed for all. I have asked for reason in difference in price or a bill but they refused to give the same.

I am against such open loot and hope that your organisation is also against such open loot. If your organisation will not act on my complain i will be forced to take further action against this corrupt practices of your vendor.

I paneer brought from vasanth vihar thane tasted bitter and slimy in novelty store in jan 9, 2020. It was bitter and dlimy and stinking in same date. It was krpt in cooling section in store and its packing date is nov 2019 and best before 180 days. That means its not yet expired. I saw similar complaints for amul malai paneer in same paneer, so even im repirting. I had to throw the entire packet of 200 gm paneer worth rs 72.

Amul malai paneer 200 gm brought from noveltys store on 9 jan 2020, it was in the fridg or cooler section, in vasanth vihar thane, paneer tasted bitter and slimywhen tasted on same date. Date brought on jan 9, 2020. Pckg date nov 2019, best before 180 months. Even tgough expiry date is not yet over. It had a weird smelland some slimy layer. When washed and tasted to check it was bitter and not fit for consumption. I have found similar complaint in consumer conplaints when i searched in internet. So even i am sending complaint. Had to throw the packet.

I have purchased 5 litres amul desi ghee container on 13th dec 2019 from d mart haldighati marg jaipur but when today i have open this container it is stinking badly which can't be eaten.

Amul is one of the trusted brand in india and i am regularly used amul desi ghee for my 20 months old baby & all my family members. If i could use this ghee for my baby it will be very harmful for his health.

Take this issue very seriously & replace this container as soon as possible.

Let me suggest what should i do?

I bought two tins of amul cool coco which didn't taste the usual i. E it was spoilt. I took it back to the outlet owner for an exchange but the guy refused to do so and showed a really bad gratitude towards me. He not didn't even take back the good (Unused) purchase back.
I hope that you might pay some due attention to this matter and teach these guys some gratitude

I purchased Amul ghee from BigBasket on 30th Nov 2019. The ghee texture was suspicious to me as in Delhi when the temperature was touching 10 degrees C, the ghee was at its melting state just like refined oil. Hence I raised a complaint at the Amul 'Talk to us' portal. Two men from Amul came on 4th Dec 2019 to my place and took that ghee box and told me that they will replace it and let me know the result that what was in that ghee box because they also suspected something wrong.
I tried contacting that person today but he has blocked my number. And I didn't even get the replacement or the test results. I have the sample of the ghee with me even now.

I had a very bad experience with this amul outlet. The shopkeeper keep the stock of expired food product and cheat the customers to selling it to them. I have encountered this problem many time and raised the issue with the shop owner but he was very rude and did not addressed my complaint. Due to the consumption of expired food i suffered from food poisoning twice.
The attitude of the shopkeeper pathetic and he has made an allegations that amul (Main branch) only forces them to achieve the daily target.
Being loyal costumer of amul for many years i am disappointed with service and i expect that a strict action will be taken against this shop (Manasi traders).
He doesn’t care if i do not purchase the product from him as he has many other costumers.

Many time i have compliant to distributor "asha sales" that provide invoice with batch no. That we provide this batch no items on this date. Second things every time they send near expiry date items like masti dahi, fresh panner, cheese, butter and kool. When we complaint of this, they says what we receive from amul we send to you. So sir this type of expiry product amul send to his distributor?

On[protected] unites but date on cup is 21 - oct - 2019 and 12-nov 2019. So i compliant to distributor that this is expiry and near expiry date dahi cups so please change it. So he very misbehave and says we are not provide this items to you. Go when ever you want. How can you prove that we provide this items on this date? So what we do? Here if we not recevied satisfacty answer they we go to food corporation. But my moral responsibility that first we complain to company. So i complaint that take some corrective steps to this distributor and force them that provide invoice / bills with batch no..

I went to amul parlour at nizamabad telangana i went for amul sagar milk powder there i got that but the price of 500g milk powder in mrp is 150 and he is taking 170 he is telling that new price has came and talking very bad very bad behavior and telling that if you want to take this item take in this price or else go to hell very roud behavior of them please help me and tell him why the are doing like this take a big action against him plzzzzzz help us and take a big and truth action against him and do as soon as possible plzzzzzz help us

I have used amul cow milk daily. But at 28th oct 19 the taste of milk was very bad, not only my home but i have tasted cow milk in other home also, the same bad taste also there. Then i have change cow milk to toned milk, but it is also bad taste, we can make paneer from milk, we can't make khoya from it. Amul company definitely use some chemical in milk.
I am from baner, pune. Every indian faith on amul brand, we are not excepting from amul.
Please do the needful.

I recently bought 1 litre pure cow ghee of amul from abudhabi, uae. It has white granulated sediments at the bottom, that dont melt on warming. Even if i spread it on hot chapatti or dosa... It dont melt. Nor does it melt if i rub it between my fingers. It sure dont smell like ghee as well. It looks like wax.

I have been giving my 5 year old this tin for the past 2 weeks, until today when i scooped from the bottom. If it causes any health hazard for my little boy, i will surely sue amul under the uae consumer court. Extremely upset with a brand that i trusted and loved since childhood.

Near my house, there is about 2 to 3 shops which are charging 1 or 2 rupee more than the mrp of the product like they are taking 13 rs instead of mrp of rs.12. Therefore, taking rs.1 more from everyone everytime on amul products. So, this is my main concern. They are charging 1 or 2 more on products like amul buttermilk, amul milk, etc. They are saying that they are charging more than mrp because to keep it cool. But in my concern, this products are meant to be served or keep freezed.

I have recently bought amul ghee from my near store here in australia. Which doesn’t seem to be pure ghee. It looks like mixture of dalda because it has white colour lumps which doesn’t get dissolved. Even after spreading it on hot chappati/roti it still doesn’t melt. It also does smells like a pure ghee. It’s expiring date is january 2020. I don’t whether the product has already expired or it was manufactured like this only. Very disappointed with the product. As it was known as best brand for dairy products in india.

While eating unfortunately Ur's butterscotch found four substandard points that the whole ice cream in cone was 'shrinked' and biscuit cone was too 'soggy' with the extra layer 'sugar syrup' and improper chocolate topping distribution...
After all these observations I threw the cone as it was...i want compensation and satisfactory answer also...

The parlour always tries to give milk that is to expire on the same date unless you ask for a packet that expires the next day. But this morning (28.10.2019) the sales person at the counter informed that since they had left over they have not ordered for fresh milk today and thus we had to take milk that expires today. For senior citizens its difficult to consume in a day. Thus please ensure that they have milk according to the demand and secondly they should be trained to behave.

Yesterday i brought a packet of amul kaju katli. I was excited to open and eat it. I ate one piece of it and i found some hard piece in the kaju katli, when i saw that it was the broken plastic piece of the cover. The cover was broken from inside and that piece went inside. The quality of the packaging material was not up-to the mark and very low graded. I request you to look after it because i was lucky that i found it while eating other may not be that lucky. It's about ur health so plzz..

AMUL is prestigious brand name for the people of India. It is the reliable name and we trust
this name. AMUL is a player of co-operative sector.
AMUL has so many parlor as various place. I have one bad experience that AMUL sales its item
at different rates at different rates.
I purchased Amul cool bottles at Statue o[censored]nity and Borivali Railway Station ( Batch No. -GAW2551) for Rs. 30/- where same product at Vadodara city for Rs. 20/-. It is true that MRP was printed Rs. 30/ of the bottle of Statue o[censored]nity and Borivali Railway Station. It is printed Rs. 20/- at Vadodara. I cannot understand this. This type of selling is Unfair Trade Practice. AMUL is not a multinational company for sole object to make money from the business. AMUL products are purchased by the people for its purity and honesty. I request you to rethink your policy and do the needful.

I have purchased 3 packets of amul cow milk 500 ml each on n 15th of october 2019 whose batch no is ks01ce used by date was 16th of october 2019 was very bad and bitter in n taste. Just like some chemical. So i complain about it in amul co.. They said that whole batch carring same batch no ks01ce was faulty. But they took no action against it. My complaint no in amul co. Is 51194.
Please request you to take some immediate action against amul company.
