Near my house, there is about 2 to 3 shops which are charging 1 or 2 rupee more than the mrp of the product like they are taking 13 rs instead of mrp of rs.12. Therefore, taking rs.1 more from everyone everytime on amul products. So, this is my main concern. They are charging 1 or 2 more on products like amul buttermilk, amul milk, etc. They are saying that they are charging more than mrp because to keep it cool. But in my concern, this products are meant to be served or keep freezed.

I have recently bought amul ghee from my near store here in australia. Which doesn’t seem to be pure ghee. It looks like mixture of dalda because it has white colour lumps which doesn’t get dissolved. Even after spreading it on hot chappati/roti it still doesn’t melt. It also does smells like a pure ghee. It’s expiring date is january 2020. I don’t whether the product has already expired or it was manufactured like this only. Very disappointed with the product. As it was known as best brand for dairy products in india.

While eating unfortunately Ur's butterscotch found four substandard points that the whole ice cream in cone was 'shrinked' and biscuit cone was too 'soggy' with the extra layer 'sugar syrup' and improper chocolate topping distribution...
After all these observations I threw the cone as it was...i want compensation and satisfactory answer also...

The parlour always tries to give milk that is to expire on the same date unless you ask for a packet that expires the next day. But this morning (28.10.2019) the sales person at the counter informed that since they had left over they have not ordered for fresh milk today and thus we had to take milk that expires today. For senior citizens its difficult to consume in a day. Thus please ensure that they have milk according to the demand and secondly they should be trained to behave.

Yesterday i brought a packet of amul kaju katli. I was excited to open and eat it. I ate one piece of it and i found some hard piece in the kaju katli, when i saw that it was the broken plastic piece of the cover. The cover was broken from inside and that piece went inside. The quality of the packaging material was not up-to the mark and very low graded. I request you to look after it because i was lucky that i found it while eating other may not be that lucky. It's about ur health so plzz..

AMUL is prestigious brand name for the people of India. It is the reliable name and we trust
this name. AMUL is a player of co-operative sector.
AMUL has so many parlor as various place. I have one bad experience that AMUL sales its item
at different rates at different rates.
I purchased Amul cool bottles at Statue o[censored]nity and Borivali Railway Station ( Batch No. -GAW2551) for Rs. 30/- where same product at Vadodara city for Rs. 20/-. It is true that MRP was printed Rs. 30/ of the bottle of Statue o[censored]nity and Borivali Railway Station. It is printed Rs. 20/- at Vadodara. I cannot understand this. This type of selling is Unfair Trade Practice. AMUL is not a multinational company for sole object to make money from the business. AMUL products are purchased by the people for its purity and honesty. I request you to rethink your policy and do the needful.

I have purchased 3 packets of amul cow milk 500 ml each on n 15th of october 2019 whose batch no is ks01ce used by date was 16th of october 2019 was very bad and bitter in n taste. Just like some chemical. So i complain about it in amul co.. They said that whole batch carring same batch no ks01ce was faulty. But they took no action against it. My complaint no in amul co. Is 51194.
Please request you to take some immediate action against amul company.

Hello, i have faced this issue twice wherein today i found a fly in the cow milk and then few days back i found a hair and few particles in the milk.. Send email id,
I can share screenshots. This is really very disappointing.. It's not only we adults but the kids (Of all ages) who drink this milk... Imagine how and what will be there growth if they consume unhealthy milk which has fly, insect.. Please keep up the quality standards at least for the future of this nation... I'm really sad and disappointed.. Not expected this when the tagline says 'amul.. The taste of india'!! : (

Last 3 month i face the complain against amul gold milk. Every morning i go to your distributors to bring amul gold milk in three month your milk come from kutiyana prbander district. I many time complain your distributors he say we are already complain but head office could not support me. He say you both customer complain to head office and boycott the amul. Sir this is to much. I busy man i am from jamnagar:- 361008 my area every person take amul milk and your product but today my area every home and house wife tired your very bad service and behaviors. My mother in totally in bed many time request your distributors he support me complain against you. Your head office officer come last year conduct the meeting with retailer and distributors. Problem was your service you solved it but today this complain again and again. You think "amul ka naam hogaya to customers jaye bhadmey". We are sorry to sey if you not solved this complain we are about 481 house are not purchase your amul milk and we are purchase mahi milk. Today mahi milk service regularly every moring i saw mahi mlik van come on morning 5:00am good service and your service very poor and bed. Your distributors also now contect with mahi milk. This is to much. You think ignore this complain this guy are mad man. This your great fault and face in consumer court. Your kutiyana depo not give proper answer and bad word use it. Please this my final warning you. Swastik society, patel colony, sarusection road, and valeshwari area cutomer also support me and some many advocate also support me and case against your amul milk and products. Please do better or close your milk product.

I asked retailer why you take two rupees extra on pack of milk and butter milk so they give reasin we keep it in refrigerator so we take two rupees extra and some are also said they pay m. R. P price to wholesaler so for profit we take two rupees extra and i argue with them you can not charge extra rupees but they say everyone is paid the same why you the one who complaint so i said because i am consumer and i aware of your nargin you can't say that you get the product on m. R. P byt they dont listen to my complain and nit ready to sale on m. R. P and uts not about one retail its happen in whole area with same reasons.

The problem is with the new package of 2ltrs of milk packet i tried using it trice amd it ended up me with the same result everytime. i stay in powai and i only use amul products and they are really good in quality. But this time in this product amul milk packet of 2 litres which i purchased from dmart- chandivali in past 2 months and i have seen there is some issue because all the three time when we boiled the milk just after purchasing and bring it home just after the moment still the milk curling and all it was wasted

I bought amul cheese 1 kg block which consists of two half kg blocks, from reliance trends on 9th october 2019. Today on 10th october at morning 4am, i opened the silver wrapping it was rotten and spoiled. It is not even expired as there manufacturing date is :11/july/2019.
I bought this cheese for my 3yr old nephew and 12 year old cousin.
Surely it was not the taste of india.

I bought two packets of amul gold from the local dairy shop, as soon as i booked it, a layer of yellow oilylish layer started to form at the top.
It became more and more dense as i boiled it.
The dairy shopkeeper doesn't took the authorization of the same, and asked to file a complaint.
Please look into the matter asap.

Amul gold milk in poly packet is showing yellower colour, its fat layer is getting thinner, butter and ghee from this milk is showing worsening of flavour and colour. This is over past 4 months.
Have you made any change in process?
Technically all may appear normal and passing in quality apparently, but we old customers can sense the change. It is not good.

I am complaining the matter to this forum as per the information which we have that amul parlour at irma gate is under supervision of gcmmf directly. The complaint it about amul parlour which is located at irma gate. The people who are taking care of this parlour, they behaviour with the students is not at par. The rude behaviour with girls in terms of giving change while buying products or any unrefrigerated products during cold.in addition, due to having monopoly in terms of selling amul products, these guys also treating irma students in unfair way. They only give change of 500 rs. While purchasing products to those customers only who purchase more than 100 rs. Worth of products. They sometimes don't give change deliberately. The repeated complaints from our batch have been raised regarding their behaviour with the students. Please look into the matter in terms o[censored]nfair treatment with the customers. I have attached one mail from my batchmates for your reference.

While eating butterscotch ice cream got a glass pice plastic what should i do this is how to give products to customer have kept the piece... Received a call from executive.. Hopeless customer service... Rude staff whoever he was ([protected]) he has no manner he treats customer like he his doing some favor.. Ek ice cream deta hu ya ek chocolate deta hu.. And now no one is replying to my mails... Already sent images and everything to amul..

Your retailers always charge extra amount on each and every time, when we went there to buy your retailers argue with us to give extra money on your amul milk packets and curd packet, and when we ask about it, they argue and abuse to us, i hope amul will get my complent resolve, and he openly said i'll sell that milk on his own price thats not fair and you should help us in that, i'll wait for your response. I am eating amul butter cookies since a very long time they are my favorite but there is a lot of change in the taste and ingredients i have found coconut in butter cookies but before coconut was not an ingredient in this cookies and yes sorry but i cannot send a picture as you can only know that after eating them. And the quantity of the cookies varies from packet to packet and even the size of the cookies varies. The amul butter cookies which i ate before where way more different

Buying amul gold milk... Its smells lik a chemical burning.. Chemical smell coming out from most of the packets.. Its all fake... I have switched to another brand but it is the solution...in jhansi or any other cities amul milk is getting defamed. Dont play with the health of millions of people.. Kindly take strict actions otherwise it wil be too late.. Lots of fake or adulterated milk is getting sold daily.

I asked for cornetto butter scotch on which mrp was 25 n he ask me 30 rs when i ask for bill he was giving me hand written bill without stamp.
Sir plz see to dis as he might b doing it from years.n cheating everyone.due to dis i lost my faith in amul outlet.n i m much sure dat i wont suggest anyone to visit any amul shop in india.
