0.5 kg butter mfg date 27/04/19 bbwii71-li-a2 purchased from kwality store jaipur mansarovar on 02/08/19 had a crawling insect in in the pack on the butter inspite of kept in refrigeration
50 slices pack of cheese baw0101 10/01/19bought from reliance store shyam nagar on 02/06/19 had bad taste and green fungus on the slices
10 slices pack of cheese kfw1842 03/07/19 bought on 14/08/19 from kirana store mansarovar jaipur had packing of individual slices torn and cheese melted and congealed together
Stores have not co-operated for replacement/refund also amul customer care doesnot take the call repeatedly
Please get amul to respond and pick up its spoilt products and gompensate for the harassment to my family

The shopkeepers in my village which is near mathana, village lohara is selling your product at higher cost than mrp.

Please do something it's been very difficult to buy your product at high cost.

All of shopkeepers have made union.
The product amul moti which mrp is 25 but every shopkeeper in village selling it at ruppes 28 and many of villagers are buying it everyday due to thier need.
And they like your product but they have to pay higher than mrp. This is against right.
And they are not giving your product to them who are complaining against it.

I want to complaint regarding curdling of milk problem and get my money back.
Today on dated 13/08/2019 at 9 pm, i have purchased two packets of amul shakti milk of 500 ml pack from two different shop stated at amraiwadi, near mahakali temple, ahmedabad and boiled in two different flask and the result of both flask is curdling of milk. Now i want my money back.

I am interested in knowing whether the product am I purchasing and consuming on regular bases belongs to Amul or not.
I am suspicious it is not and taste unhealthy like it is not a kind of your regular tetra pack milk so how to confirm it.
product is Amul taaza plastic bottle homogenized toned milk (200ml)
I have visited the Amul website to get a list of products that Amul manufacture and find that this product that I have doesn't match with any, .further I read the bar code present back of the bottle and it was diverting it to Amul tetra pack which is different from my product.

I bought amul garlic butter from the reliance mall, anand on 9th august. The product was packed on 26th june 2019. When product was unpacked to prepare garlic toast at home, butter was found to be full of fungus and smelling bad. This spoiled our family dinner and created negative impression for amul brand. This is not good for the company. Company should be always vigilant for it's brand value.

Yesterday i had ordered amul butter & few more products of amul from hari om traders, bhayander east amul supplier for my restaurant. While at the time of delivery the sales agent refuse to accept card payment or other online mode of payment. He said we only accept cash payment. Although he is charging gst but not accepting any other mode of payment except cash. I requested him to accept payment via other mode as i was short of cash but he refuse to provide the product & he rudely told whenever you have cash then only collect the product otherwise leave it. Such a reckless behaviour is not expected from such a reputed brand.

Please provide alternate solution to order your product for my restaurant.

I had purchased afghan dry fruit ice cream from amul parlour, in which some particles of plastic and thread were found in the ice cream and the taste of the ice cream was also bad. I purchased the ice cream on 4th august 2019, from amul parlour which is located at gordhan wadi tekra maninagar ahmedabad. I am very much upset that amul provides such ice cream. I want that amul takkes some action and see that such type of mistakes will not happen again. Please look into the matter and give me reply as soon as possible. And my money back.

In gandhidham, kutch one amul centre has refused to sell milk to me r and has told that i cannot sell to retail customer. He told me that you can purchase milk from adjacent shop by paying rs one extra. I have seen that he has sold one packet to his known person.
Is it true that amul has restricted not to sell to retail customer?. Please reply.

Today, i had bought amul butter of 100gm quantity from a local dealer near my house. When i checked the expiry date later, it was written mac there instead of mar (March). Then, i tasted the butter and found its taste very different from the usual ones. It was sticky and tasted slightly bitter and then i was sure that the butter is duplicate and of low grade quality. While the rest of the packaging details and price was same as the original butter but it was of poor quality and duplicate.

I purchased 200 ML amul ghee last month from reliance store, Nazarbad, Mysore. MRP Rs 100/- it says ghee with aroma & cow ghee, so i was impressed.
I regret to inform it does not smell like ghee, neither has the taste of pure ghee. Even in cool tempretature it is in liquid form like oil. I do not know why such impure products are being sold in the name of AMUL. even the amul emblem is not there.
High time AMUL should awake and prevent such items for sale in their name.

Hello amul india i was having from last 2 days amul tricone and amul frostic the problem is the taste of chocolate is not sweet its like salty the taste is very bad. I purchased both 2 days ice cream from 2 diffrent shops and the taste is same as salty. Pls look in this matter it can be harmful for public. Hope u will se this and revert all stock back....

I purchased Amul paneer from a shop of Amul products near bohri wala chock Amritsar road Tarn Taran Punjab on 17/7/2019 indicating manufacturing date 12/6 /2019 .It was smelling bad and rotten and product was shown to shop keeper Sharma Amul shop at Tarn Taran .

You would be lucky if neither of our family members get sick.

I request you to look into this action ASAP and revert back to me or this will be sent out on all social media fronts.

Dear sir i am mohan singh bisht from delhi and i have amul parlour in delhi. Sir i am facing many problem and also complaint many times to area incharge but no action taken by him. Sir our current distributor not supply milk products on time and when i told to area incharge then he shouted on us and also use bad language. Sir i have requested you to take serious action otherwise i filled a case against amul company and the distributor. I am waiting for your reply.

Insect found in frozen paneer. Bought from al madina hypermarket, al quoz mall, dubai united arab emirates. Had to throw the entire pack. Pictures available for proof. This is not expected from a highly reputed brand in india. Probably will never buy any of their products because of poor quality. Dairy products should be made with utmost care and insect is unacceptable

I use Amul toned milk. But for the last few days the milk smells like chlorine. I am unable to drink the milk because of the strong milk. I buy the milk online from milkbasket. There is definitely something wrong. Even my son who is around 2 years old drinks the same milk. I request you to investigate the matter immediately since it is a food item and revert with an action.

They explain dealers ask them to charge more than mrp, please look into it.
Why we will pay more than mrp, you need to strictly stop this. Make this a strict rule. This is negligence from your side and is genuine theft from customers

Parlour name Shop in Bhadreshwar Housing Society, Sardarnagar Ahmedabad there is one shop which is selling amul dairy products of your company like milk, butter milk etc, but charging extra from the customer and behave very rudely like (Itne me he milega lena h to lo) this is not the way to do business and amul is a brand name and you give your franchise these people i just ask him why are you charging high mrp of Amul taza 200which is printed on packet 9/- rs and he is charging rs 10/- and no reason why? It's not a matter of rs 1/- how he treats the customer

Amul milk is being sold at big bazaar outlets at half the price.How is it possible?The milk also tastes wierd.I want a checking of the packets.The milk is thinner.Each person buys 40 packets and sells it in the market at double the price.This seems to be a big scale SCAM.It needs to be resolved at the earliest.Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

It is being brought to your kind attention that Fake 'unsafe' "AMUL" and "Mother Dairy" milk being supplied/sold at 2 Shops at juncture of "E.W.S Colony near GANGA BAL VIDYA MANDIR School at Rasulabad Ghat road, Teliarganj, Prayagraj(Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh- 211004."
They are still selling milks in old packets of AMUL and the quality of both 'full cream' and 'toned' is very low standard.
The fake milk is supplied heavily in the evening ( 6 pm - 8pm) and morning hours(8am onwards).
It is necessary to collect samples of AMUL milk from these shops and testify their originality. If samples are found fake/unsafe, it is a kind request to please inform the concerned authorities of your department and the Government to take action against these miscreants as per law.

Manvendra singh this side from jodhpur there is one shop which is selling amul dairy products of your company like milk, butter milk etc, but charging extra from the customer and behave very rudely like (Itne me he milega lena h to lo) and abusing this is not the way to do business and amul is a brand name and you give your franchise these people i just ask him why are you charging high mrp of buttermilk which is printed on packet 11/- rs and he is charging rs 12/- and no reason why? It's not a matter of rs 1/- how he treats the customer (Tu kya karlega dekh lunga tujhe) these are the words of owner.in jodhpur shop is located in laxmi nagar paota b road near taxi stand and park 1 of laxmi nagar so if you will do necessary action against him or otherwise i will go to the consumer court take legal action against amul and shop owner. I am also a educated person and this can't accepatable
