I bought amul butter and it was having fungus. What is this? You want us to get sick. Its smelling foul. Its your responsibility to check. Its expiry date is nov 2019. Its april and the butter is rotten. Please do something about it or i will do something. This is not tolerable. Amul should be responsible for this. I opened the pack and it was fungus all over it, with knife i cutted that part, you can see in the packet that the fungul part i cut. Do something.

I bought amul butter here in gurugram dlf phase 3, its counterfeit. Same amul packaging but the product is totally fake.
The product smells & its texture clearly distinguish from original item.
Even kept it in hot sunlight this pallet of butter doesn't melts, definetly have higher melting point that of original similar item.
This is not for the first time.. Its a repeated instance and i have sample available.
This is serious concern, god knows what goes into making of any such items and these may cause serious health issues.
Also, its brand value loss to amul as well. I use to trust amul and has always been my first prefrence buying any dairy product, but now i have think multiple time whether i should prefer any other brand.
Please look into this & investigate.

Retailers in our area are taking 1-2 rs. Extra on most of the products of amul.
We are student how we can afford that much extra price every day.
Not only the student but also the people of our area having such a problem. Please take strict action against this. Milk and milk products are the primary need of our student so we request you to decrease that unnecessary price.
And we have not any other option to buy at the higher price

As we usually receive Amul buttermilk everyday, today we received the Product of Amul which was post dated on the Packet as 10/04/19.
The Product was as badly smelling that one cannot drink the Buttermilk, this kind of Service was not Expected from Amul. We just Request to just check it out on this Problem and also kindly request to look out another time as it can also cause healthier change.

I am buying amul toned milk packets from same store everyday, but from last 4-5 days found that there is some smell in the milk. Smell is so bad that even after boiling. Unable to drink the milk.
Tea prepared using that milk is also not in drinkable state. Please look into the matter on priority.

I bought the amul moti milk which has a shelf life of 90 days without refrigeration. I bought the milk on friday whose manufacturing date is march month and when today i open the packet the milk was spoiled. I ignored first time but this happened to me second time in 1month. The picture is not getting attached here because it says the image is larger than 2mb but i want to tell you that the manufacturing date is 19th of march 2019 and the batch number is m aw068c1

I am complaining about your dealer rokomari stores located near the new garia telephone exchange, sreenagar main road, near garia station, kolkata 700094.
They are selling all kinds of amul ice cream dated back to march 2018. When i asked them to supply me a fresh ice cream, the shop owner said that amul is refusing to supply them ice cream until the old stock is liquidated. My family in the vicinity had fallen ill last week after consuming this old ice cream pack. They are simply not caring and continues to sell back-dated ice creams and other amul products almost an year old.
I will be grateful if in the interest of the community you please take necessary action against the mentioned rokomari stores your amul stockist.

The amul outlet in one of the place in ahmednagar district doesn't allow to choose different flavours while buying buy 1 get 1, people are forced to buy same flavour ice-cream, even they don't allow to buy single ice cream at half price. I have observed such behaviour for the first time. I have been buying it even in pune without any issue. But here in newasa phata, dist ahmednagar 414603, scene is completely different. Please keep check on these people. It's very disappointing.

I am a regular customer of many amul products especially milk and butter. I have been buying milk at more supermarket kharghar for the past two years but the quality of the milk bought in the last month is not at all good. I used the milk to make curd and the curd turned to be like mucus. It was coming out to be in thread like structures. I tried more than five times and it was the same. Also if i keep the milk to boil it starts burning in the bottom of the vessel.
A milk is good only if i can make curd out of it which isn't the case with amul milk now. I strongly feel that it is been adulterated. Please look in to the issue and take necessary action.

The suresh hotel well known for snacks like samosa and mithai is selling the amul products for the last 2 years however they are selling these products above the mrp. They are charging 3 to 5 rupees above the mrp on each and every product. Please take necessary action against them.

I am residing in muscat and indian brands like amul have always been on our safe-to-buy list. I bought a tin of amul pure ghee this week and find a lot of white solid materials at the bottom which is hard and i am afraid is in no way any form of ghee. Amul ghee tins were sold on a discounted price this week and i am afraid they are already aware of the fault in the product and want to sell it out asap. Sorry to say such trusted brand has given me such adulterated product that i am now risking my family's health by buying it.

I searched for amul franchisee on google and on the very first link that appeared i submitted the application. Now that link is not visible, but it was something like http://www.amulonlinedealership.in. later on i received a call from the number [protected]. He said he is speaking from amul anand headquarter and asked me to deposit below amounts :-

I have been a consumer of the kesar shrikhand since i was a kid and my palate is accustomed to the taste of it. This time when i purchased the product, i was really disappointed. The shrikhand was not up to the mark. It tasted like artificial honey, the texture was unusual and it had a sour funky smell, almost similar to spoilt cream. I have had the amul shrikhand for the longest time and such quality is something i can never expect from the brand.

I bought processes amul cheese (1 kg block) box from a big bazaar (Vasal mall, ladowali rd, opposite hotel president, police line, jalandhar, punjab 144002).

I used the same while cooking the pizza, but i found that the cheese is not melting while baking the pizza. I spend rs. 385 for the same.

The expiry date hasn't come yet. It was packed on 6th oct, 2018 and the box says "best before 9 months" and it was stored in refrigerator at the same temperature.
I want this issue to be resolved soon. I have paid money for it. You are requested to refund my money.

Hey this a consumer who had got amul dard chocolate 5 days before from my near by shop, i had just open the packaging to eat that but what i saw is something small particle all over the chocolate just like sugar i just tried to taste that to confirm that's sugar or not i intake a small bit of the amul dard chocolate and it taste really bad even it is far away from its expiry date! I vomited that certain moment and even i'm not feeling well after eating that

I am susar kanti banerjee, distributor of amul milk, paneer and dahi from rampurhat, birbhum, west bengal.

I was a dealer of bhagirathi milk & co.in dec, 2011 rural marketing coverage mr. Kazi emroze ahmed gave the proposal to join in amul and left bhagirathi. First time i took product from saithia dealer, mr. Kaushik.in 11th feb, 2012 i started my own dealership and that mr. Emroze gave this opportunity and promised me that i will be only one dealer in my small town, rampurhat with 35 to 40 counters.
Now rural marketing coverage mr. Sri santosh josh makes another new dealer (Mr. Snehasis saha) for more sales. That new dealer is entering my counter for his sale. I think this is cheating. They are not going to cover new area (Ex. Tarapith) but hatching my counter.
So my complain is against rural marketing coverage mr. Sri santosh josh who is doing this type of frauds till now in the market. He is torturing me for sales and not sending me as per my order. Every time he is sending more as per my order level. Even his behavior, attitude is very bad to me and he is liar, giving fake promise.
So my request is please give a permanent solution about this problem as soon as possible and save me from this bloody rural marketing coverage mr. Sri santosh josh. Otherwise i have to consumer forum for this problem against rural marketing coverage mr. Sri santosh josh.
